This place reminds me Blaze. There wasn't a much line when we arrived on a Friday evening. There was a small hiccup as the guests behind me were served before I was, but they might have thought I was with my colleague who ordered his first. But when I was greeted, I decided on the mod size pizza with grilled chicken, spicy chicken sausage, anchovies, and jalapenos. I did the garlic rub and presto as sauces. It took a couple minutes to cook the pizza and it looked very nice when I came. I seated in a table with my colleagues/friends. The slice was still pretty hot with cheese oozing from the slice, but it was very enjoyable with the right amount of heat from the jalapeno and sausage. The chicken was fresh and the anchovies provided a nice salty flavor without being too powerful. I loved the garlic flavor from each bite, and the grilled chicken tasted good. It was filling enough that I saved two slices for home so my dad can enjoy as well. The service was good, but seemed a bit impatient when I was making up my mind. There were so many choices that I couldn't decide immediately. But they were still polite and understanding. They also helped me when I had questions. The dining area was pretty casual, but still nice and clean. I didn't recall seeing any outdoor seating. Mod Pizza is located in Vineland Pointe shopping strip, right next to Fogo de Chao. As mentioned, it has the same concept as Blaze, where you select the ingredients you want and they prepare it in front of you. For 13 dollars on a filling personal sized pizza, I will say it's well worth it. I think it is just a small step below Blaze, but still a very good chain. Parking can get difficult as it is in a tourist area. However, I think it's worth the effort to visit and the money. I will definitely visit again for good pizza in the Lake Buena Vista area. This was a wonderful option for a fast and easy lunch in Orlando. I wish we had MOD in NJ, though it's similar to other fast casual pizza concepts like Blaze and &Pizza. I love how pizza is thin crust, everything came out fresh and fast, and there were a ton of toppings to choose from. My hubs and I shared a sausage and pepper pie and my kids enjoyed the plain pie. Don't sleep on the salads! We all shared a cesar which came with a large portion and was delicious. I like that they have an outdoor patio area with plenty of space for the kids to run around. First timer, and probably will be my last time even though I work right next door. Customer service is non existent here. The 2 girls working wasn't very welcoming at all. I walked in, ghost town!!! I love MOD pizza and I haven't been in years honestly. This location had very friendly staff members! The whole restaurant seemed very clean. This is my second visit and second location. The food is very good, but I did only order the Greek Salad both times. My friends all had pizzas and they were VERY happy with what they had. My only problem with both locations is that they are understaffed. If you have plenty of time this isn't an issue, but if you are on your lunch break be prepared to cut it close, or just get your food to go. On a side note, even though both locations took quite a bit of time, the staff behind the counter were MORE than friendly in communicating what was going on in their process and just in general very pleasant and friendly. read more

**Mod Pizza - Vineland Pointe, Orlando, FL** I've been wanting to try Mod Pizza for quite some time, so my husband and I decided to make the hour-long drive to the location at Vineland Pointe in Orlando. The parking was convenient, right up front, which made for a great start. Upon walking in, we loved the concept of choosing our own toppings. My husband was happy with his selection, but I encountered a bit of a hiccup with mine. Initially, I was considering vegan cheese but changed my mind and opted for mild cheese instead. However, due to a slight miscommunication, both cheddar and vegan cheese were added to my pizza. It ended up tasting like a cheese sandwich, which overpowered all the other toppings. While the staff member who helped me was very understanding and offered to remake the pizza, I decided to keep it as is at first. But after taking a few bites, I couldn't enjoy it, so I requested a new one. The lady who helped me remake the pizza seemed hesitant at first but was incredibly kind once I explained what happened. She was very informative, explaining that the cheddar cheese is strong and recommended sticking with vegan cheese. The new pizza she made was much better, though I noticed the crust came out quite dark, nearly burnt on one side. I didn't want to make a fuss, so I sat down to enjoy what I could. She even offered buffalo sauce and oregano, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, my husband's pizza also came out with a very dark crust, and underneath was burnt as well. He described it as tasting like a crisp cheese sandwich, which wasn't enjoyable for him. Half of my pizza was good, but the burnt portions made it hard to fully appreciate. What really turned our experience around was TJ. He checked on us to make sure everything was okay, and his kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference. TJ truly elevated my overall experience, and I was grateful for his effort. The next day, I realized I had left my wallet at the restaurant. I called ahead and spoke to a lady who said she couldn't find it, but TJ, who had been there the previous day, had kept it safe for me. When I arrived to retrieve it, he made me feel so comfortable and reassured, which really cemented my positive impression of the place. Overall, while the pizzas didn't turn out perfectly, TJ's exceptional customer service and the friendly atmosphere made up for the experience. I think everybody already knows that I love it coming to MOD. Their dairy free cheese is absolutely amazing and their service is through the roof phenomenal. The lovely Val assisted me with getting me my pizza out of the oven. I see her quite a lot and she remembers my face of my name and that's amazing customer service for a chain pizza place. If you're unfamiliar with MOD, think of it like a subway but for pizza! The pizza was really good - the ingredients felt fresh and looked like they were prepared daily. The guy making my pizza made the experience a little uncomfortable as he was standoffish and I felt awkward asking for more of this or to add some of that. The lady who handed me my pizza was also a bit rude, but maybe they all were just having bad days. The crust was a great consistency and the red sauce had solid flavor. Fast, great pizza. There are lots of quick service pizza concepts (Blaze, Pizza Press, MOD). I like MOD a lot. The ability to get spicy sauce and lots of topping choices works well. I recommend downloading the MOD Pizza app as it is so easy to use. Also your pizza is ready in 10-12 minutes. This avoids lines and waiting. My only complaint is the largest fountain drink size is 24oz. This would be a medium at most places. I'm here once a week. Trying to break the habit. Haven't been able to. read more

Wish I had turned to my fellow yelpers before ordering! I didn't know they had Beyond crumbles. In fact, I didn't know what sauces they had, what the toppings were, what salad dressings were available.... The servers were nice creating our custom pizzas, but a list of toppings or signage would be very helpful to know what all of the choices are besides just visually guessing. The no-cake at the checkout wasn't even labeled. I thought the simple silver wrapper was going to be chocolate because the tiramisu and lime were labeled, but no, it was lime. Tried out this pizzeria located in the Palm Parkway, Lake Buena Vista area. Simple menu with already pre-selected options that you could modify once you're able to order. You are able to create your own pizzas or salads as well. Seating is both on the inside and outside. Staff are friendly and the restaurant itself is clean. It seems like it can get backed up once everyone's already order their pizza but you can see the open near kitchen and fire brick oven in the background. I tried the Jasper pizza and added red onion, garlic, and Basil to mine. Came out pretty tasty and you're definitely going to get a great Instagram cheese pull from the pizzas here. read more

I came here with a friend. It was a long drive form her house in Hunter's Creek but she wanted this pizza and I didn't know the area, so here I was. This is a quiet area, and MOD was almost empty. I ordered the pizza with tomato and pesto sauce. The people that were making the pizza, as MOD works in a line like a cafeteria, were very animated and funny. I enjoyed making my pizza with them, it was like being drunk at a frat party. I don't remember if we high five'd over the counter, unlikely under Covid, but any other day it is a "Hell, yeah, man!" The pizza was cooked right. They added grated cheese at the end, under request. We grabbed our pizza, got our drinks, sat outside, I chowed down the whole thing, she saved half for later, and then we left. It was a thin crust pizza so I didn't feel like a brute.
