Best Caesar salad I've had in a long time ! Even better with the bacon I added to it. This place is my new favorite Pizza place . The kids love it also. I ordered the Calexico or something like that. I had a much better experience here than at Urban Brick. The server preparing my za was friendly and helpful. I was quite pleased with the results. The crust was light and crispy and the veggies were fresh and tasty. The mini was the perfect size for me and the price was nice. The restaurant was clean, which was surprising during the lunch rush. My husband and I stopped in for lunch this Thurs. We've had Mod Pizza before and I love their GF crust. (I have a gluten intolerance). My review is specifically for the outstanding customer service at this location. So I'm currently 12wks pregnant & I was craving the BBQ chicken pizza. Normally I like the gorgonzola cheese that goes on this pizza but being pregnant sometimes the aversions are STRONG. So we sat down to eat & after a few bites I realized I was having an aversion to the cheese. I HATE being that person but I'm pregnant & was very hungry. So I asked if they would make another one without the gorgonzola & just mozzarella. I was planning on paying for it but they ended up giving it to me for free. I insisted on paying but the manager (Im assuming) said she understood and that it was no problem. The woman who made our pizzas was really great and super friendly too. My second pizza was perfect too! I had to leave a review because this location truly went above and beyond. This was actually our first date without our kids in almost a year so it was nice to have such good service along with good food. Tried a different pizza place yesterday at about 7:00 pm. No customer service, not acknowledged with a hi, hello, be right with you! Stood directly in front of two people making pizzas until they were done doing what they were doing. Pizzas were expensive for what you got, food cost probably not more than a dollars worth . Paid 26.00 for two minis and 2 drinks. Decor similar to the now popular warehouse look . Could not locate red pepper but I refused to bother the indifferent staff! Oh well this was definitely a nope for myself and daughters! The one paid 19.00 for her pizza and salad and voted a strong nope, nope, nope also. One more thing I was handed my cup with the cashier's finger down the inside of the cup! Total no no for someone who may have possibly taken a food handler's course! Something smelled funky when we walked in and then we walked up to the counter and three employees at counter and not one could pick up a towel to wipe down the counter! Most don't know this since I am a foodie, but I had gastric bypass in 2008. I've gained some back because food is life!!! Its made with a pumpkin puree, canadian bacon, arugala, spicy red peppers and I add red onion and regular bacon...Yumms...soooo good. I know what you're thinking...pumpkin puree! Don't knock it until you try it. The combination is pretty tasty. The drink I chose to wash it down with is always the blackberry lemonade. The line was decent and it went by pretty fast. You can personalize your pizza anyway you like it! Today I wanted the white sauce with pesto base with bacon, olives, arugula, hot peppers, pineapple, etc. After it was baked I added ranch drizzle to it. They have gluten free dough options as well as a thicker and larger crust. Also, if you're watching how much carbs you eat there's a choice of pizza salad. Don't forget to try their cinnamon strips! You get choices of dips: cinnamon glaze, chocolate, and there was one more option. It's thin, crispy, and amazing. They have draft beer, choices of wine, canned wine, and soda. There's boxes to take your food to go on the side with the drinks and all the condiments. This location was one of worst experiences I've had from MOD. I believe it was the Team Lead, short girl with blonde hair, made a comment that "anyone who is ordering a pizza at 830 at night should just order from Papa John's. If you ask for extra toppings they have no problem giving it to you. The only confusing part is picking up your order once complete.
