Fantastic value, acceptable food. Obviously the price is fantastic, and the portion size is large. The pizza is definitely gourmet-style, which is not my preference, and the service can be slow. Now I am a Check in regular I can now leave a review ! I am a fan of their pizza and salads! I love having to customize my own food and not have to worry about if my husband is going to like it or not since we have two different preferences. I do have to say that their garlic strips I am not a big fan of since it is so salty! I can eat 1 piece and that's it . Other than their garlic strips being overly salty I think my experiences there is pretty ok. The pizza is definitely good but other than that I think it's just ok . The pizza was excellent. First time we have tried there pizza, and they did not disappoint. If your expecting a sit down restaurant with servers, this is not the place, but don't let that deter you. The pizza is worth the self service. It's fast, delicious, cheap, and staff is super friendly. I had the James Dillon I believe. It's like a Magarita pizza. Crust was thin and crispy, just how I like it. Perfection! My husband had the Mad dog and he loved it. Regardless of how many toppings you add, price is still the same. I would suggest the pizza on the menu got the first time, then make your own next time. Keep the toppings at a minimal, so you can pick your pizza up and get that crunch in your crust. This is really good "fast food" pizza - they make when you order and you can get what ever you want all for the same price. Very good thin brick oven crusted pizza with the nice burnt edges. We ordered online and chose a time of 8:30 to pick up our 2 pizzas. So we get there at 8:30 to pick them up and were told it was going to be a couple minutes. No big deal, until they told us they hadn't even started them. Why not? I have no idea. It's not like they were busy at all. There were 6 or 7 employees standing around behind the counter not doing much of anything. So we sat around and waited. And waited. And waited some more. It was nearly 20 minutes before we were told our pizzas were done. We opened the boxes to check them and they looked good and smelled great, however, they were cold. At that point we were so hungry and frustrated by this experience that we didn't even want to say anything. We were home within minutes to eat them and they tasted good, but probably would have been much better if they had been given to us hot. We really wanted to like this place, but this was such a poor first impression. We'll probably give it another try, but not for awhile. I work close by this place and am starting to go in pretty regularly. Their pizzas are fantastic, either a BYO or one of their listed recipes. No matter what you get it is one price, thanks for not nickel and diming us. I always get the Tristan with chicken but tried something different last night and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful the person building my pie was. I mentioned that I would be eating it in the car and she offered to cut the pizza into six slices instead of four - much appreciated. She also suggested diced tomatoes instead of the sliced because they're easier "one handed" :). The gentleman who rang me up actually recognized me, which was surprising as I've only been in maybe 5 times to this location but he remembered me and where I worked which doesn't really matter to me, but impresses me. It was actually kind of nice to get that kind of attention. I formally introduced myself and he back to me, his name is Josh and he's pretty awesome. Marrionberry lemonade... pretty damn hard to beat and only $2. This is a great place with good food. It is pretty quick and totally worth checking it. Think of it as the Chipotle of pizza. Fast, good, and seemingly more than a business. Their people seem happy. Tried a pizza with custom toppings, cheese and sauce. The pizza is cheap at $7 but i felt the crust was a little too chewy and didnt like the crust much. Otherwise the pizza was well made and the concept is good compared to other places where you need to buy the premade pizza by the slice. They put so much on the salad (and I don't even put that many items on it!) that it barely fits in the container. This is definitely the best bang for your buck. The pizzas are good as well but are a very thin crust which allows them to cook in about 5 minutes. MOD Pizza is a solid lunch option whether you want a pizza or salad. The line can get very backed up when they are busy or if the person in front is unsure of what they want. I like being able to make my own pizza. I put almost every toppin fb on there so the employees get somewhat annoyed, but hey if you say I can put as many toppings on as I want then don't be annoyed when I get a lot of toppings. The pricing isn't too bad, but it does cost a lot more for an individual to eat pizza than going to other pizza joints. Overall give it a try. I got extra dipping sauces for no additional cost, and free samples of their lemondate (which is fairly tasty) Food: 1/5: Ultimetely, a yelp review is based on food, and I didnt find any of my experience particularly appitizing. I got a small caser salad, which was standard, and pretty decent tasting, thogh it didnt have nearly enough croutons. Got a small garlic breadstick thing for $3 which had WAY to much garlic. This is the right place for a unique concept, fast service (food comes out like speed of light), clean and casual atmosphere and most importantly tasty food that's just the right amount .. My brother took me here for the first time, and as we were driving i asked him if pizza was any good. Being from New York, we take our pizza seriously. He told me it's "fast food" pizza.. Which sounded a bit funny as you can imagine why. There is a menu on wall as you enter and right away you walk to the order counter. We had a few people ahead of us, line moves pretty quickly you can either order any of the pizza combos from above mentioned menu or order yours from scratch and put any topping and sauce. Without exaggeration in less then 3-4 minutes they call your name out as your pizza is whipped out of the oven pipping hot. I ordered the special of the month which was called Valencia, it was a MOD Pizza which means it's 11inches (all pizzas are paper thin crust) and it had cilantro, chorizo, white sauce, red onions and a few other toppings I cannot recall. I will post pic of the pie and please note it tasted as good as it looked.. Ordered a fountain soda also which everything was less then ten bucks per person and I left there fully satisfied in every way. These simple joints are subtle details that make me like Portland even more and alright I found out it's a chain in the Northwest but its still great pizza and the home made lemonade had just the right amount of sweetness and tartness at the same time. read more

When I went tonight, I found jalapeño and green pepper in my pizza, neither of which I asked for. I also found a hair in mine...disgusting.
