Just ridiculous. I put special instructions to Not burn my pizza as a friend had warned me to do. Nope. Damn thing is burnt bad. Tasted burnt. Looked burnt. Nearly inedible but I was starving. Now, the real question is WHAT IS UP with the cheese bread? It was Luke warm, hard and tasted like cardboard. Awful. I think the toppings were good, sauce I believe was hood but I couldn't get past the burnt charcoal taste of the crust to enjoy it. What the heck is wrong with these cooks, not good at what they do at all. read more

MOD Pizza - Burnt charred pizza - Pizza Near Me - Georgetown, Texas

I love MOD pizza. Such a simple yet brilliant concept. It's like Subway, but for Pizza. So many toppings, it's tempting to go crazy. I put almost everything on one, it fell apart but it was great. Sometimes they are a little slow so don't come if you are in a hurry. read more

Ordered a takeout and upon arrival I notified a guy at back counter I had arrived. as I noticed the people that were in line when I arrived and arrived after me getting their orders i finally asked the same guy to speak with the manager. He said he was the manager and I stated how displeased I was that it was clear they were working those in line first before doing the takeout. I told him I could have got my order quicker if i had got in line upon arrival read more

Lost our order, never delivered, made us pay anyway and come get cold pizza, not good!

I like their pizza. I wish the sauce was a little less spicy or they had a different option. But I like that I can order the way I want things. Servers are always pleasant. read more

During covid I decided to try this place. Wow. They have great pizza and for the price you just can't beat it. Their little dessert thing is good as well. I like to freeze them. I have had their cauliflower pizza crust as well and it was good. Could not tell Much of a difference. read more

I love Mods. Everything I've ever ordered has been perfect. Their blackberry lemonade is also the bomb. I drive out of my way to come to the Georgetown location because of their amazing staff. They are always super friendly, helpful and make me feel welcome. read more

Greeter at the door was super nice. Girl at the register NOPE. Felt like our orders were bothering her. Not helpful. No smile. Got ours to go instead of staying. Not sure about this place! read more

Mod pizza is usually pretty good. This location though; not so much. Location is good. Safe and easy to find. Right on the interstate. Employees were arguing with each other. One was training the other and was frustrated that the new guy was slow. It wasn't pleasant. Also, the trainer was grabbing pizzas without gloves. So, our gluten free pizza was not gluten free anymore. There is a great location a few miles north in Temple. MOD is great. But, not this one. I'm sure they will resolve those issues though. read more

Love this chain, and especially this location. Pay one price and get a personal crispy thin crust pizza with as many toppings as your heart desires. Courteous, efficient staff, and a great shaded outdoor eating area. They also give back to the community through fund raising and volunteerism, and provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities. It's a win-win. read more

This was my first time visiting this location and I can say I will never be back. As soon as you walk in you can tell the energy from the workers is not welcoming. What really topped everything off was the negative attitude from ISAIAH working there. Not only was he slamming the food/ sauces on the counter but when we had asked for ranch he paused and exhaled extremely deeply replying with "yeah sure I'll get that" with such sarcasm. Stuff like that just ruins someone's day. He definitely needs to have a reality check because working with people takes a skill he doesn't have! read more

I usually love getting Mod pizza. It is one of the few places I can eat due to gluten and dairy allergies. Today I went with my wife and the girl waiting on us was incredibly rude and seemed extremely aggravated that she had to serve us. I ordered first but was made to wait because it seemed she didn't want to have to accommodate me even though I was very polite. She asked if she had to change her gloves before making mine despite the fact that she had flour all over her gloves. She mixed up our tickets that go with our pizzas into the oven and when I brought it up she was annoyed. It didn't matter to her that food allergies are serious. We didn't show up at a busy time and there were no other customers on line at the time . I won't be coming back even the guy cooking our pizzas was very nice to us. I can't afford to take chances on getting sick . read more

MOD Pizza is what I would refer to as "very good for what you get" which is what I feel they aim for generally. Unlimited toppings for a very good price point is great given that the quality of the pizza is also on the higher end compared to what you would normally receive for more mainstream fast casual places. The 5 stars is due to the price point matching the quality but whenever ordering here, it does feel that you are actually getting more for every dollar you spend compared to it "just matching". read more

Very disappointed!!! Went to MOD pizza today ordered a pizza and they had no plates. No problem, but ordered a salad, and they have to utensils to eat with ( forgot to tell you this before purchasing). Told the lady that she should take $5.00 and run across the street so her customers could eat. She said oh no I could not do that we are a Corp company. Really you could take $5.00 get 100 forks and happy customers. Instead, a refund for salad because a customer could not eat. Very disappointed!!! read more

Probably the worst pizza place I have ever visited. I'm not normally very picky, after spending 25 years in the miltary, but this place takes the biscuit. There seemed to have been one size of pizza crust, which the assistant kept pulling down and showing. The same pizza base that we actually became. The menu is small and the pizza crust is probably best described as a warm water biscuit. Give me Papa Murphys any day!! read more

3 stars because as there was a line of people the worker was just gossiping with co worker (we could hear the conversation) to where people were walking out. read more

I'm completely understanding of places being short staffed but this MOD was very understaffed with only two employees working. The service was horrible, you could tell they didn't care & half assed our order. The customer service was even worse. Definitely don't recommend! read more

Very good consistent quality and solid customer service. They're always very patient and accommodating to our large family when we come and that's much appreciated. read more

The business model is full of holes, very clearly demonstrated by my experience with the ordering process. For anyone not familiar, this must be done by phone through an automated system. When asked how long until I planned on picking up the pizza, I stated "half an hour," but the system understood "an hour." With no way to return to the same menu or revise the order, I called the location directly and spoke to a "manager" (supposedly...she sounded like a kid and exhibited no traits whatsoever pertaining to a veritable manager). After I explained the situation she advised me no orders are taken by humans and I would need to call the automated number again, assuring me there would be no error -- how the heck could that be the case if all I was going to do was repeat the same process which already proved the system was VERY capable of making errors?! read more

Always come to this location and have wonderful service and friendly people. Today came in, was greeted by an employee not even on the clock. The one behind the counter (Myra) had NO personality and started my pizza, then put in oven and started working on other pizzas while my wife waited on hers. Had to FINALLY get a manager to build my wife's pizza then rack it. While Myra was still working on other pizzas. Had to ask her to put in my wife's pizza. Got mine before I even paid. Horrible service and customer support. Will not come back when she is here. read more

The design your own pizza offers so many varieties. My husband is lactose intolerant so we're so glad they have the non-dairy "cheese". We love cauliflower crust pizza and are glad they have that option. The balsamic fig glaze was a tasty touch. There are so many toppings to choose from! The 11" pizza was plenty for the two of us. And did I mention that it's very affordable?! read more

The manager overcharged us purposefully. My daughter asked if she could get a mini garlic sticks. They told her yes and then charged for a full pizza. The large was $2 cheaper than the mini. The boy helping us asked her how she charged it and she laughed that it cost more the way she charged it. When my daughter time asked the manager if she had made a mistake and she was very smug and said that is just how they do it. A full size is $2 less than a mini. We will not be back. This was Fri night March 3, 2023. read more

Huge disappointment. Bland pizza that i had to salt to be able to taste. Ordered cheesy bread which was mostly bread and no cheese. The cheese was all in the center with a good 4 inches of bread around it with nothing on it. Probably ate 6 of the maybe 12-14 pieces because those 6 were the only ones with any cheese. Sad really because it seemed like it was going to be a fun place to eat but i have this thing where i like for my food to have flavor. Call me crazy. Theres a WAYYYYY better pizza place downtown and its name rhymes with shmix shmundred bugrees, now THATS pizza. This place will only appeal to low sodium diet hipsters who know nothing about pizza. I'm giving 2 stars because their cauliflower crust was actually really good. Herbed and pleasantly crispy. Its just too bad the stuff on top had no flavor. read more

We are a busy office of 4 ladies and have always loved ordering from here on busy days but not after today. We placed our order at 10:50am....at 11:30am, we get an email saying they have canceled our order so we call and they said they cancelled it because they had 2 orders for an "Emily" and rather than call the number to verify, they just decided to cancel it. So, they said they would redo our order and said we will have it no later than 12:45. We called again at 12:50 because we still didn't have our order and they informed us that they screwed up our order and had to remake it. 1:30 and we just got our order...completely wrong, missing a pizza and it was burnt and cold. read more

we come here a lot. never more. $28.00 for two pizzas that are bald, cheese is evidently a supply chain issue as we got mostly burnt crust and after waiting ten minutes as the first in line to just get a hi there? Not the Mod pizza we know and love.. sorry if their team lost this weekend but really unsatisfactory... never coming back again to Mod Georgetown!!! read more

I can't tell you how many times I come here a week! MOD pizza has an amazing staff and amazing service! I've gone to pizza restaurants all over georgetown and no other compares! If your looking for a quick and delicious pizza stop here you've found the right place! read more

Mod's build your own for a flat price is amazing for someone who basically uses the pizza crust as a food delivery method. I'm grateful for the amount of fresh ingredients that they provide on each pizza and for the fact they have chicken available as a sausage as I'm allergic to pork and beef. I never really expected quality and flavor to be as high at a build your own pizza shop as it is at Mod. It also helps that the staff is friendly. read more

MOD Pizza - Pizza's were made extremely poorly - Pizza Near Me - Georgetown, Texas

Not worth one star. Ordered pizza on app, waited to pick up at curbside 30 mins later, never arrived. Went inside 20 mins later, pizza was made, not cooked. Gal behind counter said they'd cook it and comp it -- I still got charged. :( Won't go back. read more

First time to Mod Pizza in Georgetown. The menu was prominent and easy to understand. There were several types of pizza listed but essentially you can customize your own. I ordered a thin crust version and loaded it up. The staff was friendly and efficient. Prices are great. My order was ready in just a few minutes and was done to perfection. I enjoyed my pizza as did the other members of my party. The only unpleasant aspect of the visit was the volume of the background music-absolutely the loudest I've ever heard in a restaurant. It was impossible to hold a conversation. Upon request the staff lowered the volume to a still-loud level. Still, I'll be back and I recommend that you try it too. Just remember your hearing protection. read more

We ordered through DoorDash and as you may already know, their app can be glitchy sometimes. We were having issues with it so I called MOD and spoke to Sam. He helped me figure out what was going on and went above and beyond to make sure we got what we ordered. Really appreciate when businesses put the customer first, highly recommend getting your pizza fix from the Wolf Ranch MOD! Thanks Sam! read more

The first time I went to this location was a pretty bad experience in terms of customer service. The first fella I talked to was nice enough, but the other two guys were extremely rude and seemed annoyed at my presence (this was at 7:30pm, far from closing time). I will say that they were busy and I get being stressed from being slammed. I was a kitchen manager for Torchys for 5 years, so believe me, I get it. However, there's no excuse for acting as rude as they did. I was considering not coming back to this location ever again. I decided to try it again a few days later and had the exact opposite experience. Every single person working was super friendly, helpful, and just all around pleasant. They were super busy at this time as well, but they all maintained a great attitude and provided great service. They absolutely saved their reputation and are the reason I go back. Would have been 5 stars if not for the douches working that night. Either way, The food was great both times. So at least they've got that going for them. read more

Mod pizza always has amazing food; but the reason I am writing this review is because of the excellent customer service! I called at 9:30 (30 minutes before close) to place an order and they said that pick up orders cannot be placed over the phone because of company policy. But then when I explained that the dairy free cheese is not on the app (because of supply issues, I later came to find out), they made an exception and placed my order over the phone. The staff went above and beyond to make my night better even though it was 30 minutes until close. 10/10 food abs even better service :)) read more

My visit was less than stellar. The pizza once corrected was delish... but first the wait was about 40 min to receive my order. The cashier charged me 2x for a salad. I was able to correct the overcharge before I left the premises. I got to the car, drove off and my son grabbed his pizza and it was not a cheese pizza but someone else's broccoli and corn pizza. So we turned around, my daughter ran in to show them we Got the wrong pizza. They remade my son's cheese pizza. After my daughter said "my mom wants a drink for this" - they gave her 2 cups for drinks for the inconvenience. We made our way home to Leander. I opened my salad... completed soggy and wilted Bc they put the ranch on the to go salad. I didn't I notice this in their preparation and had requested ranch in the side. So I had 2 ranch cups and a completely yuck and inedible, slimy, salad. I really think it's a given that dressing doesn't get added to a takeout salad. Needless to say after over an hour dealing with this business and now not getting to eat the salad I ordered, I was very disappointed. Not a fun Friday take out meal. AND for each mistake the staff was NOT apologetic or gracious, they fixed things but after all this I would expect "I'm sorry. Let me make this right" from the manager. This left a "never returning" taste in my mouth. I usually wouldn't bother writing a bad review, I much rather write positive ones.... but this was just a bad experience. read more
