I really appreciate that having placed my order online and therefore paying online, my order was ready and waiting for me in the heated self-picked up cabinet when I walked in. The pizzas had my name clearly showing, so all I had to do was open the door and grab them. I was in and out in under 90 seconds. I could see the employees working hard together, no angry words being exchanged. They seemed very focused on their jobs. I was there in the early afternoon before the big ice storm/freeze in January 2026. I think many of people had the same idea--let's grab some pizzas before being locked in for a few days! So I participate in the rewards for dominos. If you order enough you get a "free" pizza. Well now if you don't use it you loose the reward, which is stupid. Then you try to use the "free" pizza and get told the store has a 15$ minimum for delivery. Well then the pizza is t actually free then. It's all nonsense. Just will avoid dominos. read more

Domino's is running this new promotion that if you come to pick the pizzas up, they will take some money off the bill. I haven't ever done this, but I thought, sure! I ordered 3 medium pizzas and pasta, and I set it for after school so I could just get it and go home. Well, let me just say, it was a lot more enjoyable than I assumed it would be. The store is clean, I wasn't expecting it so clean when I walked in. Long ago, ages past in a faraway place, I used to work at a Domino's, and our store was never that clean. This store, yeah, it's amazingly clean. The front area is pretty, there's somewhere to sit, and it's immaculate. The staff is nice and fast. There's no yelling or cursing, or weird arguments, as I was honestly expecting because again, nearly 20 years ago, I worked at a Dominos. The only reason this isn't a 5-star review, the pizza is okay. It's not the world's most amazing pizza. It is however tasty, very hot, and my family is full when we eat it. So to whoever runs this store, good job! You have a great staff, you should keep them encouraged, and thank you for making cleanliness and calmness a priority. Last few times they got the orders wrong. Light sauce means light sauce not sorta light. No bell peppers on the the Philly sammie means No bell peppers. Add extra mushrooms means add more mushrooms not extra bells. Y'all can do better. I double checked my order instructions on line and I didn't mess up on my end. read more

Good pizza for cheap pizza. I've always been a traditional pizza lover but then came across the Philly cheesesteak pizza. Domino's has good philly pizza! In terms of follow-up, this location was amazing. I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese and it came dry as a bone. However, after I spoke with the Manager, not only was the pizza delivered with extra cheese and extra sauce but the General Manager did it herself. This was true customer service. When I called, the manager was friendly and said they would get a replacement pizza out to me immediately. My family and I are regulars with this location. The 101 Broade Way location may be a small shop, but they are mighty. The pizza delivery is always fast and the food arrives hot. The shop gets on our orders quickly. The pizza is always delicious and the orders are always right. (I'm saying this after a year of using this shop for our pizza deliveries!) EVERYONE working at this location--from the folks manning the front counter, to people on the phone, to the delivery folks--are all top notch, classy, friendly, and ultimately always professional. On my way to work and in a hurry I called in to place my order and was told it would be ready in 10 minuets. I arrived exactly 10 minuets later the entire reason I called in my order was because I was in a hurry and expected my order to be ready when I arrived. When I arrived my order had not even been put into the system. I've ordered from them quite a few times, mostly pick up as the online ordering will not let me do delivery, I am out of the area. I called a couple weeks ago and they said they would deliver for me, it was past their 11 pm carryout time. The pizza has been good every time, only once there was 1 topping missing. I'be been getting pizza from them each week and think it is a great location. Give them a try, everyone has been so nice each time I have gone in as well. We have ordered periodically from this Domino's for about a year. So this review is based on the overall experience we have had during that timeframe. We have had a number of problems with the order, the service or both over this year. I will provide some examples of several issues: (1) the store has refused to honor online coupons when we purchased through the store - for months, our address was not recognized in their system. Despite numerous complaints and following up with corporate, the address was not added for a long time, and the store did nothing to make things right., (2) they have delivered the wrong order - incomplete or wrong items, (3) we have been mailed coupons to our home. The coupons say that we can order online, but when we order online, the system does not accept the terms of the coupon. The pattern in all this is that this Domino's store does not stand by corporate advertising or customer service guarantees. We are not satisfied, and the store has done nothing to make it right. On top of all that, when we pay by credit card online and pick up, we are told that the credit card adjustment will take 4 days. We never saw the adjustment on one order, and just had this happen again. read more

This used to be a prime location. We ordered once per week and were never unhappy with our orders. That is until they moved locations. They now have "cut back their delivery radius" so that it doesn't include us. They are actually closer to us after the move and yet they tell us "they never should have delivered to us in the first place" even though we were well in their radius at the time. They have lost a customer and I hope this is a lesson to them to not cut out loyal customers. We are no longer ordering from them. They offered us "loyalty coupons" for the people removed from the delivery radius. Not what we wanted. They used the same lines over and over to defend themselves and it was just downright rude. Didn't order pizza tonight but delivery driver, Patrick K, offered help when I needed it. Was having major trouble with my unruly 50 pound dog while walking around the neighborhood with my toddler in her stroller. While placating the dog, distressed while my toddler cried, he took the time to offer me help. No one else stopped. Thank YOU Patrick. Leander Domino's staff and manager were awesome. We were driving home from the hospital in mourning of our little grandbaby who had just passed away. We called for an order of 20 large pizzas to be delivered to one of our family members as everyone was planning on gathering there. Domino's manager gave us a big discount and delivered all the pizzas just in time as everyone was coming in. We surely appreciate the discount and the kindness we received from the manager and staff. The discount was truly a big help as we already had a big funeral bill to plan for. I've been living in Leander for 2 years and have always ordered pizza from Domino's. They moved to a new location-- which is, incidentally, CLOSER to our house than the previous location-- and no longer service my neighborhood. Domino's has lost another loyal customer. Staff is not properly trained when it comes to coupons. If you bought a High school football booster card that has a Dominos discount, forget using it at this location. They will tell you 10 diffrent prices, then when you drive to pick up your order all of a sudden you can't use it. The manager was more useless than the confused employee's. But no worries, Papa John's down the road accepts the coupons on the same card with an educated staff. read more
