This place is a joke! Ordered a pizza at 5pm via the app. It stated the time to delivery was 30-35mins. Got an email saying estimated delivery was 547. It's 647 and still no food. My wife called the store and got attitude! We just asked for an updated ETA.....The response.....don't worry it's being delivered don't eat the couch.....don't eat the couch.....I called back and told them to cancel the order because not only is it an hour past the estranged delivery time you wanna be an asshole to my wife?! The when I tell you I want to cancel because of the delay and your smart remark you tell me you don't have to listen to me and hang up?! The amount of reviews taking about their attitude and NOTHING is being shows that the managers/owners don't care. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS HOLE Edit: The food showed up over 40 mins after posting the review which is over 1.5 hours AFTER the estimated delivery time. It was obviously ice cold. For the second time, we've had to call and cancel delivery because the pizza just doesn't come. The promise time isn't even close, it's 2-3 times longer. They don't seem to care either. Sometimes we've waited it out. Other times we couldn't and had regrets that we ordered. They don't have a manager at the store to cancel orders, it has to be a note left for the manager. It doesn't make sense for us to continue to order from here when we're counting on dinner at a reasonable time. Consider that when deciding to order. This used to be a good pizza experience, but continues to deteriorate! Ordered a pizza Friday at 5:30 for delivery and it said 6:30 time for delivery. At 7:00 I called and they said on the way, at 7:30 they delivered the wrong pizza, even had another persons name on the receipt! I don't know how this could happen! Disappointed in Marco's Pizza. It was always my go-to place for pizza delivery. There was some confusion on their part a few months ago and I didn't get my pizza until 2 hours later than requested. I gave them a few more chances but tonight was the last straw. I ordered the pizza on line and received several texts from Dasher who is apparently the service that Marco's is using now for deliveries. Dasher text said they delivered the pizza to me at my address and I never received it. When I called the Dasher person who texted me, she said I need to talk with Dasher and hung up on me. I truly hope she is enjoying my pizza. I called Marco's and cancelled the order and asked for a credit. Marco's you have lost our business. Came here because we got a coupon and why not, got a speciality large pizza (Chicken Hawaiian we added jalapeños) Got the Cheesy Bread also. Got to say we were impressed for a pizza chain it really delivered. We ate at Marcos and the staff was super friendly brought our food out to our table came up and checked on us a few times to make sure we got everything that we needed and if made sure the food was good. The pizza was piping hot and fresh, the breading was nice and crisp but soft in the middle, toppings were delicious can't complain about that. The cheesy bread was oh sooo good you got to get the cheesy bread for sure! We didn't order online which it looks like the bad reviews relate to that but overall we had a great experience for our first time at Marcos. Order online, only half order comes in. Driver doesn't understand English. I call store. I am on the phone quite a while, someone answers and put me on hold. He did that several times. We order at Marcos and we love the pizza but the service sucks and I thought it wouldn't affect deliveries. But it does. They always cut thick crust pizzas in pie shape and the thin in squares. I asked them both to be cut on pie shapes and extra sauce and extra cheese. I paid extra and fine with that. When we got the order neither had the extra cheese AND they cut both kinds in squares. Like don't ask for anything or we are going to screw your pizza up! We HAVE to find another place! Can't they get better help? it was this way before Covid and still this way. I can't stand ordering from Marcos. I love their pizza. 5 stars for the pizza. It's delicious. Unfortunately it's basically impossible to get them to honor a coupon code online -- even the ones they provide RIGHT ON THE WEBSITE! Enter a coupon they mailed you? Gives an error code. Click on a deal directly on the website? Tells you that you have to 'complete the coupon' even though you clicked through all options and ordered everything in the deal. Go to the coupons section and click one of those? It tells you it doesn't exist. You basically have to call them if you want any kind of coupon from them, or show up in person. Their system is horrible. And don't bother ordering any sides or dipping sauces. They won't include them. They will, however, charge you for the sauces you didn't receive. If it wasn't so infuriating to order any kind of deal, coupon, or promotion, I'd probably order from them more frequently. I can't tell you how many times I've started to order from them -- because their pizza is DELICIOUS -- only to give up in frustration because their entire online ordering system is a GIANT FINGER to the customer. They hate you, and they make sure you know it. Thanks again for nothing, Marcos. You don't deserve my business. Or anyone's really. All I wanted was the pizza you sent me a coupon for. The customer service here is awful. We ordered two pizzas, cinnamon sticks, and four garlic sauces. When they arrived our driver said they should be in the box. We opened both boxes in front of him no dipping sauce. He said I will be right back with them. We waited about 20 minutes called them back and they said they couldn't send anyone back with the sauce they were too busy. I would like to preface this by saying, I am not a person that writes reviews. I worked in food service and understand how difficult it can be. Tonight we ordered a pizza online at 5:16, it was promised at 5:31. We showed up at 5:30 and was informed that there was a problem with the system and that they were behind but my pizzas should be done in 15 minutes. No big deal, we went across the street got something to drink. Came back at 5:45 and was again told it wasn't ready, but should be done in 15 minutes. Mind you there were 4 people in the back not one person making pizzas and not a pizza coming out of the oven, and they have a lobby full of guests. The manager (Jesus) was ignoring customers and when he would answer he would make rude short answers. TO CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE ALREADY PAID AND WERE ONLY WANTING FOOD OR A REFUND. I honestly prefer their pizza over their competitors, but the service at this Marcos is absolute and utter garbage. Nobody has a clue what's going on, and guidance for management is nonexistent.
