After calling around to local pizza places, I found Marco's. They have gluten-free crust AND they do not put sugar in their sauce! We went into Marco's, and we were helped by Ross, he's the manager and also the gentleman I spoke to on the telephone. I told him all of my food, allergies and he made me the most beautiful pizza with gluten-free crust, sugar-free sauce, and lots of beautiful vegetables. It's hands-down the best pizza that I have ever gotten. My husband got a pepperoni pizza that was on sale and he was very happy with it as well. This restaurant has both booths and tables. I picked up another Too Good To Go bag from this location because of my great experience last time. Unfortunately, my bags this time were cheesy bread. This wouldn't exactly be an issue, except that the advertised value of Too Good To Go bags is supposed to be $18. Cheesy bread is $5.99. At least it was really good. This place is a joke! Ordered a pizza at 5pm via the app. It stated the time to delivery was 30-35mins. Got an email saying estimated delivery was 547. It's 647 and still no food. My wife called the store and got attitude! For the second time, we've had to call and cancel delivery because the pizza just doesn't come. The promise time isn't even close, it's 2-3 times longer. They don't seem to care either. Sometimes we've waited it out. Other times we couldn't and had regrets that we ordered. They don't have a manager at the store to cancel orders, it has to be a note left for the manager. It doesn't make sense for us to continue to order from here when we're counting on dinner at a reasonable time. Consider that when deciding to order. This used to be a good pizza experience, but continues to deteriorate! Ordered a pizza Friday at 5:30 for delivery and it said 6:30 time for delivery. At 7:00 I called and they said on the way, at 7:30 they delivered the wrong pizza, even had another persons name on the receipt! I don't know how this could happen! Disappointed in Marco's Pizza. It was always my go-to place for pizza delivery. There was some confusion on their part a few months ago and I didn't get my pizza until 2 hours later than requested. I gave them a few more chances but tonight was the last straw. I ordered the pizza on line and received several texts from Dasher who is apparently the service that Marco's is using now for deliveries. Dasher text said they delivered the pizza to me at my address and I never received it. When I called the Dasher person who texted me, she said I need to talk with Dasher and hung up on me. I truly hope she is enjoying my pizza. I called Marco's and cancelled the order and asked for a credit. Marco's you have lost our business. Came here because we got a coupon and why not, got a speciality large pizza (Chicken Hawaiian we added jalapeños) Got the Cheesy Bread also. Got to say we were impressed for a pizza chain it really delivered. We ate at Marcos and the staff was super friendly brought our food out to our table came up and checked on us a few times to make sure we got everything that we needed and if made sure the food was good. The pizza was piping hot and fresh, the breading was nice and crisp but soft in the middle, toppings were delicious can't complain about that. The cheesy bread was oh sooo good you got to get the cheesy bread for sure! We didn't order online which it looks like the bad reviews relate to that but overall we had a great experience for our first time at Marcos. Pizza wasn't even in a warming bag or anything, and was over an hour later than the estimated 30 min delivery time. We order at Marcos and we love the pizza but the service sucks and I thought it wouldn't affect deliveries. But it does. They always cut thick crust pizzas in pie shape and the thin in squares. I asked them both to be cut on pie shapes and extra sauce and extra cheese. I paid extra and fine with that. When we got the order neither had the extra cheese AND they cut both kinds in squares. I can't stand ordering from Marcos. I love their pizza. 5 stars for the pizza. It's delicious. Unfortunately it's basically impossible to get them to honor a coupon code online -- even the ones they provide RIGHT ON THE WEBSITE! Enter a coupon they mailed you? Gives an error code. Click on a deal directly on the website? Tells you that you have to 'complete the coupon' even though you clicked through all options and ordered everything in the deal. Go to the coupons section and click one of those? It tells you it doesn't exist. You basically have to call them if you want any kind of coupon from them, or show up in person. Their system is horrible. And don't bother ordering any sides or dipping sauces. They won't include them. They will, however, charge you for the sauces you didn't receive. If it wasn't so infuriating to order any kind of deal, coupon, or promotion, I'd probably order from them more frequently. I can't tell you how many times I've started to order from them -- because their pizza is DELICIOUS -- only to give up in frustration because their entire online ordering system is a GIANT FINGER to the customer. They hate you, and they make sure you know it. Thanks again for nothing, Marcos. You don't deserve my business. Or anyone's really. All I wanted was the pizza you sent me a coupon for.
