Atmosphere: Counter service type pizza spot. Bright, open, plenty of comfortable seating. Self-serve fountain drinks, tea, water. 1 Star Service: Exceptional. Especially for a counter service place. Two people were helping us and were awesome. Lots of suggestions, helped with the process of ordering, and just pleasant. 2 Stars Food: It's really hard to criticize a place that lets you create your own meal and then cooks it for you. You choose your crust (low carb and gluten free options), sauce, and toppings. And I will say that there is no shortage of toppings. HUGE selection and all seem very fresh. The pizzas were both very good and the crust was crisp and tasty. Only downvote I can give this is the fact that it wasn't the "best" pizza I have ever eaten, but it was top-notch. 1 Star Overall: Great little pizza spot with great service. Would definitely go back.

This was my build your own pizza, awesome idea! If you choose over 2 toppings, it's going to be the same price as choosing 5 or 10.

My first visit here was amazing! Jeremy went through all menú items and gave personal recommendations. He was polite and very personable. This was a new concept for me but I loved it. The pizza came out wonderfully crisp and goey at the same time. They cook it right after you order in the pizza oven!

It's all great!! Fast service and friendly staff. Always greeted when entering. If the pizza is wrong it would be my fault because I created it.

My first experience with MOD pizza was in the Phoenix location. It was very good and one pizza was enough to feed two people (one if you're really that hungry!) -- our party had ordered 4 pies! Imagine how excited I was when I learned there was an Addison, TX location. I couldn't wait to try it. Visited here on a Friday after work hours and ordered the Maddy (classic cheese pizza) and it was just as good as I remembered it in PHX. Good experience, good pizza.

I went to this location and hopes of a good tasty MOD Pizza unfortunately, when I walked in the first lady I saw was sweating all over the pizzas that she was making They put like seven pieces of pepperoni on my pizza I go to MOD Pizza a lot as I am a part of the rewards system I have yet to be introduced to a bad location unfortunately today that was the case. They had no Parmesan packets and refused to give me any Parmesan on the side Even after offering to pay Lady was very rude and the tables are very sticky would not recommend this place

Cauliflower crust. Deliciousness without the guilt!

Yet another AMAZING experience at MOD Pizza. If you haven't tried or did not know that they have a cauliflower crust, you have got to try it! It reminded me of a really really thin crust pizza. I could have sworn it was bread. SO GOOD! The customer service here is unbelievable. In a world where many restaurants have been quite rude to me lately because they don't care or are in bad moods, that is not the case here. I love me some MOD!!

The pizzas were great - per usual - but the wings were extremely underwhelming. They look pretty pitiful and didn't taste much better :( The lady making our pizzas wasn't the kindest. I told her I'd like the Jasper pizza and I suppose she didn't know what was on it because she got upset and had to keep looking at the menu. I haven't had that happen before in the past :O

I've been here many times just to make sure the pizza was not a fluke. I love building my own veggie pizza. I'm not missing much when I choose my toppings. The finishing sauce is a nice touch when I order it on the side.

The "Promise Time" of 11:55 that turned into having to wait till 12:28 for a lousy pizza when they weren't that busy.

Came here with two friends, figured I'd do the smart thing and order ahead on the app for my own pizza. We get to the store and there are ~4 people in front of them, so I'm feeling pretty smart about ordering before we got there. They both place their orders and we all go sit down to wait on the food. After 10-15 minutes or so both of their pizzas get called and they go get them albeit slightly burnt. I think that's kinda weird as I placed an online order, and watched it print from the machine behind the counter. So I wait another 10 minutes till they both convince me to go up there and ask what's going on. I get up there and ask where my pizza is, the person cooking/running the register says it'll be a few more minutes till it's done. My pizza is easy to mess up, it doesn't have cheese, I get that. But I never once saw them remake it or trash one that was similar to mine. The pizza order was placed at 11:40, and the "promise time" for it was 11:55. I didn't get my pizza until 12:28. And I wasn't the only one waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my pizza to finally get baked. I came here on a work lunch, my entire work lunch was eaten up waiting on a burned pizza. They weren't even that busy until after my friends had already finished their pies, we beat the lunch rush by a lot and that was the entire purpose of coming here. It's not like it was a one off thing where they just forgot only my pie, there was a doordasher, and two people who ordered in person just casually standing there impatiently waiting 25/30/40 minutes for our pizzas to come out. It makes it really fun to see people go through the line, and then have their name called for their pizza while you've been waiting on yours well past the 15 minutes it's supposed to take at maximum (although isn't it a three minute cooking time?). Though it was interesting to see how many crusts they were cutting off of the pie to hide that the edges were very burnt. So you somehow end up with still raw veggies and a burnt, and partially missing, crust. Not to mention the fact that the middle was soggy and falling apart (as soon as it was handed to me) from all the tomato juice they dumped onto the pizza when they overloaded it with Roma tomato chunks. Needless to say I will not be back to this location.

Always love this place especially the location but hubby and I arrived on a Monday evening and they're supposed to close at 10 BUT they were already putting up the food and putting the chairs on top of the tables preparing to close and it was only 8:30 My pizza was delicious (Ciparian) I think that was it --it had bbq sauce and chicken VERY GOOD!! Just wasn't a fan of feeling rushed because they were prepping for closing almost 2 hrs early.

Great first experience last night. If you're looking for a simple Pizza with all the basic toppings ( variety of cheese, the meats, sausage, chicken, ham, veggies and olives) and a good variety of sauces (pesto, garlic, balsamic, ranch), this is your place. Easy menu, fresh toppings, fast service. Reasonable price ($9.95 for an 11").

Create your own with pineapple, jalapeño and topped with pesto sauce

I think someone is lying here because amazing where? what? who? Not one single picture on this page looks the least bit appetizing. Everything looks cold and undercooked. My mom has been hounding me about this place because she had it in Portland or somewhere or another and loved it. If it wasnt for her, i would never try this place on the pictures alone. Even the pictures on the website dont make it look good. So Friday night we place a couple orders for pick up since we are in the middle of a move, we needed something quick and easy. They lost one of our tickets, so they weren't aware of part of the order. Not a huge deal, i dont even care about that. The pizza was just not good, at all. And to clarify, not just my pizza was lacking in flavor, but 4 out of 4 pizzas we received and we all felt the same way. We ordered the Dillon James, the Maddy and a couple of Create Your Own pizzas. The pizza was severely lacking in flavor, it was so bland. The crust was completely detached from the pizza itself. I have had better pizza from quik trip if i am being brutally honest. I am sure its a great place for some people, you have plenty of options to choose from. You can have as many toppings as you like for one price so thats great. I think they have healthy options too, such as cauliflower crust and gluten friendly options. Good luck on your pizza journey!

I felt like this was below average pizza. The staff was a little disinterested and not particularly helpful. They aren't super generous with the toppings. It kinda felt like when you go to Chipotle and get the chincy guy who barely gives you any food. I honestly felt like the pizza quality was one step (star) above school cafeteria pizza. I'm glad we gave it a shot so I can cross it off my list instead of driving by and wondering if that place is any good. Nahhhh.

Anyway, we weren't there for hats. We were there for pizza. First, a public service announcement. Figure out what you want before you walk in because the menu is only available through a QR code, and it is awful. You scroll. Then you scroll some more. Then somehow you're still scrolling. It feels less like ordering dinner and more like reading the terms and conditions for a mortgage. The two of us ordered a large pepperoni pizza, which turned out to be ambitious. We ate leftovers for days. Next time I'd definitely order the smaller size. My only real complaint about the pizza itself was the pepperoni. There was just TOO MUCH of it. Sure, I could have asked for "light pepperoni", but then I'd be paying full price for less topping, and that just goes against my personal philosophy. I'd love to see a "light pepperoni" option priced accordingly. ALSO not it is the good and greasy cupping pepperoni, kinda spicy. The pizza was also a little unevenly prepared. About half had a thicker crust while the other half was noticeably thinner. I definitely preferred the thinner side. Service was perfectly fine, the bathrooms were clean and nice, and the pizza was good overall. Just be prepared for the QR code marathon before you get to enjoy it.

Our standard order is a large three topping with pepperoni, real Italian sausage and onions. You've got to try onions as that touch of sweet helps with all the savory flavors. We always include a side salad with their homemade blue cheese dressing for a small charge $2.55! You've can also purchase their homemade salad dressings by the pint or quart. The pizza takes a minute to get made so the salad calms our appetite. I swear it's cheaper to get a glass of their house wine than to get a glass of tea so don't hesitate to order. This place is a definite bargain on many items. Now the pizza is just spectacular. The Italian sausage is the real thing that has been sliced from the links not the sausage "turds" you get with fast food pizza. The crust is perfectly yeasty and the thickness on the medium side. They also serve on a rack at the table to keep the crust fresh. Since we order a large it is a knife and fork pizza with the heavy cheese and toppings. Another favorite dish is their lasagna. I've lost count how many times I've ordered at the restaurant and to go. It comes with a choice of salad or minestrone soup. The soup is homemade and simply the best warming dish - a hug in a bowl loaded with veggies. Service is always friendly. The murals of Italian scenes and the wine bottles hanging from the ceiling add a fun touch. Just don't forget to try the pizza and you won't have regrets. She finally looked up and said, "2"? Then seated us almost silently. We waited another 10 mins for someone to welcome us, say hi, or bring water, then a waiter appeared with a rushed, "Are you ready to order?" Umm....how about drinks? Specials? Anything?? We wanted a beer and were told the taps were empty and the only bottled option was Shiner. Rough start all around. Honestly, we were tempted to leave. It was that uncomfortable. We didn't. For the food: 1. Chopped salad was good, though it's not chopped at all, just a tossed salad. 2. Gnocci was delicious 3. Pizza was very tasty but the crust was strangely soggy/chewy. Maybe that's the style, but I kind of expected a bit of a crunch to it. The flavor all around was great. Our waiter disappeared (I'm assuming his shift ended?) without warning or letting us know someone else would step in.
