Came at 2:15PM in the afternoon on a random Tuesday. Not one single person in the restaurant, 5-7 mins before anyone said a word or acknowledged my existence lol. 3 workers mind you... I get it 1 was prepping what looked like a to go, 1 was cleaning, other was doing some other random work but all 3 were up front and saw me. Two people were helping us and were awesome. Lots of suggestions, helped with the process of ordering, and just pleasant. 2 Stars Food: It's really hard to criticize a place that lets you create your own meal and then cooks it for you. You choose your crust (low carb and gluten free options), sauce, and toppings. And I will say that there is no shortage of toppings. HUGE selection and all seem very fresh. The customer service at this location is so horrible that I would not even send my enemies there. They are stingy with the toppings. So much so, you have to pretty much beg just to get a little tiny serving of meat on your pizza. You pay $50 for 3 pizzas and you and 2 children just to leave hungry because the pompous arrogant snot refuses to be polite and helpful; but instead, be rude and pissy because they don't want to be there. Came here with two friends, figured I'd do the smart thing and order ahead on the app for my own pizza. We get to the store and there are ~4 people in front of them, so I'm feeling pretty smart about ordering before we got there. They both place their orders and we all go sit down to wait on the food. After 10-15 minutes or so both of their pizzas get called and they go get them albeit slightly burnt. I think that's kinda weird as I placed an online order, and watched it print from the machine behind the counter. So I wait another 10 minutes till they both convince me to go up there and ask what's going on. I get up there and ask where my pizza is, the person cooking/running the register says it'll be a few more minutes till it's done. My pizza is easy to mess up, it doesn't have cheese, I get that. But I never once saw them remake it or trash one that was similar to mine. The pizza order was placed at 11:40, and the "promise time" for it was 11:55. I didn't get my pizza until 12:28. And I wasn't the only one waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my pizza to finally get baked. I came here on a work lunch, my entire work lunch was eaten up waiting on a burned pizza. They weren't even that busy until after my friends had already finished their pies, we beat the lunch rush by a lot and that was the entire purpose of coming here. It's not like it was a one off thing where they just forgot only my pie, there was a doordasher, and two people who ordered in person just casually standing there impatiently waiting 25/30/40 minutes for our pizzas to come out. It makes it really fun to see people go through the line, and then have their name called for their pizza while you've been waiting on yours well past the 15 minutes it's supposed to take at maximum (although isn't it a three minute cooking time?). Though it was interesting to see how many crusts they were cutting off of the pie to hide that the edges were very burnt. So you somehow end up with still raw veggies and a burnt, and partially missing, crust. Not to mention the fact that the middle was soggy and falling apart (as soon as it was handed to me) from all the tomato juice they dumped onto the pizza when they overloaded it with Roma tomato chunks. I think someone is lying here because amazing where? what? who? Not one single picture on this page looks the least bit appetizing. Everything looks cold and undercooked. My mom has been hounding me about this place because she had it in Portland or somewhere or another and loved it. If it wasnt for her, i would never try this place on the pictures alone. Even the pictures on the website dont make it look good. So Friday night we place a couple orders for pick up since we are in the middle of a move, we needed something quick and easy. They lost one of our tickets, so they weren't aware of part of the order. Not a huge deal, i dont even care about that. The pizza was just not good, at all. And to clarify, not just my pizza was lacking in flavor, but 4 out of 4 pizzas we received and we all felt the same way. We ordered the Dillon James, the Maddy and a couple of Create Your Own pizzas. The pizza was severely lacking in flavor, it was so bland. The crust was completely detached from the pizza itself. I have had better pizza from quik trip if i am being brutally honest. I am sure its a great place for some people, you have plenty of options to choose from. You can have as many toppings as you like for one price so thats great. First the food was cold and I was there five minutes before scheduled pickup time. Food was sitting on the counter. I called for my curbside pickup and had to wait. She the guy brought it out he practically threw the bag at me. It was cold and hard as bricks! We thought we might break a tooth so we scraped the toppings off of pizza and bread sticks. Once you've had a taste of MOD Pizza you'll never want to go anywhere else. I usually get the Calexico without any additional toppings. However, if I wanted to put everything behind the counter on top I could and would pay the same price. There is no extra charge. I usually like a thicker crust, but when I tried the normal MOD Pizza crust, I was blown away. Although I haven't seen it on the menu, they can also make a " mini" pizza, which is perfect should you go alone to get your pizza fix. The first thing you will notice when you walk through the door is the wonderful smell of fresh ingredients. Seriously, tremendous. Second, you'll notice how clean the restaurant is. I'm sure that if you've eaten at sandwich shops where you walk down the line, you would regret looking at how dirty floor behind the counter. Not at MOD Pizza. The floor behind the counter was spotless. There was not so much as a square inch of lettuce on the floor. If I'm not clear, very, very clean. Third, you will be amazed at the friendly and helpful staff. They've obviously had some great training and awesome management. In fact, every time I've visited, the manager was behind the line helping out or actually baking the pizza. No conveyor belt here. You get the real thing with a personally prepared and baked pizza. I've visited at least 8 times since I discovered MOD Pizza. Fourth, you will be stunned at the great flavor of your pizza. The crust was just perfect. It was crispy with a light brown color from the freshly prepared meal. It was perfectly baked without any sagging in the center without being too crisp. If Goldilocks were to choose. It's just right. There is delivery by the restaurant so you get your pizza fresh and hot. There is carry out. Just park in the specially marked spots, give them a call on the posted number, it will be delivered right to your car. Of course, you can still walk in and pick it up at the counter. There is also inside and patio seating. All the tables are appropriately marked for social distancing. Face masks are required. Everyone wears a mask, except while you're feasting. It would look pretty funny to watch someone trying to get a slice through their mask. I felt really comfortable with all the precautions taken by MOD Pizza. Don't forget about downloading the app. You earn a point for every dollar spent (except for alcohol). Better yet, you'll get 75 points free just for registering the app. At every 150 points you are rewarded with your choice of anything on the menu (or customized for you) except for alcohol. If I could give MOD Pizza 100 stars, they would deserve every single one of them. If you haven't had the chance to try out the Montfort location, you must go. You will enjoy yourself and become a fan at the first bite. read more

I have heard good things about this place and was recommended by my roommate so I decided to get a pickup order. I do like that it is unlimited toppings and completely customizable. As a note their regular crust does not have eggs in it to be vegan friendly but this causes the dough to not be as crisp. Their cauliflower crust is very good much crispier than the regular but it is a $2.50 up charge. I made my pizza like a supreme since they do not have a default option for it. I got the MOD pizza which is 11" thin crust $9.83 with red sauce, mozarella, beef, sausage, pepperoni, black olives, mushrooms and red onion. I did not like the red onion being in strips on such a small pizza as they come off in one bite. The overall taste was okay, they obviously have fresh ingredients but for the price and size just okay in my opinion. May try to customize a different type of pizza in the future. read more
