Their thin crust pepperoni pizza is the bomb, and often for a special price of $9.99 for a Large that easily feeds 2 if not 3 people. I've been impressed by the two different types of pepperonis cooked to perfection. The thin crust is chewy without being heavy - definitely rivals some of the pricier gourmet pizzas I've had in Dallas and other big cities. The regular crust pales in comparison: too much dough for the amount of toppings. So stick with thin crust, and embrace that garlic butter drizzle! read more

This is by far the cleanest Marco's Pizza location I've ever visited! The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely take pride in their business. The food and service are consistently great, and the whole place is well-kept and inviting. Great job to the owner and the entire team! You're doing a fantastic job--keep it up! read more

We went in today to order what we have many times, what we ordered yesterday as a matter fact. We were getting the New York style pizza with light sauce and extra cheese instead of pepperoni. Fine. Well, whatever manager was on duty today at 5:30 PM, said they wouldn't do it. So we walked out, NEVER to return. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. We've ordered that same thing many times. And I guess Marcos does not want regulars. read more

Out of town and ordered for the family. Ordered a pizza over an hour ago. Never heard back from them. Called the store only to be informed that it was cancelled. They have no drivers. They use door dash. Never in my life have i used door dash. They tell me my number was entered wrong to door dash. That's a Marcos problem. No solution, i would expect a pizza to be sent immediately. Order from Dominoes. At least there is open communion with them. LAST TIME I'll use Marcos. Was so good when they opened up, gone to crap the last few years. read more

First and foremost this specific location has some great employees! Everytime we come in we are greeted with a friendly tone and employees who actually take the time to talk to us and give us honest feedback while also making great sales suggestions! The assistant manager at this location Dalton has helped us have a great and easy experience every time! Especially for myself who is very indecisive when it comes to food if you know what I mean! The location is very clean and good area. Highly recommend! read more

I went to Marco's to order a pizza to go. They weren't very friendly. They had a pizza online for $8.99. Because I didn't order thru the app the same pizza was $17.99. No offer to help me order thru app. I'm a Sr. On a fixed income. I told him I did not want the pizza at that price. A 1 topping pizza. read more

Good pizza, mostly terrible website! They'll publish discount codes online that don't work during self-checkout. Or if you call the restaurant, they work only half the time. Pizza is decent but the online service needs a lot of improvement. A whole lot. If I were a franchisee, I would be very mad. A frustrating online order is enough to default to good old and reliable Domino's. read more

Food is good most of the time. There were maybe 2 occasions in many, many years of ordering with Marcos. The manager there is a rude kid running the place. I once got a pizza that was dropped on the floor. And another time that apparently the delivery driver was high and gave us the wrong pizzas twice.. Today $50 in pizza was cold. Then ager said he didn't feel comfortable with any compensation. I have heard rumors that workers there spit on the food when they don't like you. When you pay $50 for 3 pizzas, it should be hot. I'd rather go to Domino's. read more

... love Marco's Pizza!! Duh-licious !! Seriously.. I am a super habitual person. When I moved to Dallas at 20 yrs old and didn't know a soul or place to eat ... I ate a bologna sandwich and Fritos for a year and a half .. and I don't like bologna. So thank God for Marco's pizza .. it's always good ... and a nice step up from bologna. read more

One mile away from location delivery time was one hour, which was not the problem. The problem was the food was cold when it got to me. Wings were dry very little sauce and pizza didn't have enough cheese to hold the meat on the pizza. read more

Rude, slow, and filthy workers. We ordered over the phone for pick up and was estimated to be done within 20 minutes. As we got there to pick up the lady asked for our name.. our order was not ready.. after 15 minutes, the same lady asked for our name and order. They forgot to make our order.. so we waited for an extra 35 minutes. The food was alright. The workers there are very dirty. Hygiene not the greatest.. the ambience was super cold and just unwelcoming. Too bad this is the only Marcos nearby. read more

Just to set the record straight, there ARE better pizzas available in Carrollton, but not many. If you have a separate pizza category for your standard, every day takeout pizza, Marco's would then top the list, ahead of the other national chains. We got a small thin crust pizza with ground beef, and a medium original crust with extra pepperoni. While I am not a fan of thin crust pizza, my wife certainly is. I enjoyed it too. The original crust is good with a really nice chew. They were both very tasty, and affordable as well. Additionally, they were ready as soon as we drove up, and had left to go pick them up as soon as our online order was done. Quick, tasty, and affordable! Thumbs up. read more

This store seems to be experiencing difficulties with their delivery drivers. The last two times that we've ordered (both in March 2024), the deliveries have been screwed up (either very late or delivered to the wrong address). If we order again, we will do carry out. We like the pizza. But we don't trust the service anymore. read more

Love Marco's pizza bowl! All the ingredients, without any crust. Great for Keto diets. The sausage has fennel, Chicago and NY style, best ever in Dallas. Could have been 5 stars but failed on a couple ingredients and sanitation. Before I ordered I asked if the mushrooms were fresh or canned. I was assured they were fresh. Nope, straight from a can, the rubbery mushrooms almost ruined a good pizza. The tomatoes were sliced instead of diced, and the tomato skin was very evident and hard to eat. Next time I'll just get only sausage. But then again, maybe there'll be no next time. I didn't see gloves, masks nor hair covering on the long dreadlocks. And when I waited for my order, the booths were all dirty, tables and seats both. read more

We ordered pickup. The all meat, thin crust pizza was amazing and the salad to go was fresh.

The Yelp reviews did me a solid. I tried this place out of curiosity as was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the pizza was much higher than I expected. It was flavorful, not real greasy and everyone who ate it was happy. Ordering online was a breeze and there are coupons. This may be my new pizza place. Well done Marco! read more

Just an FYI, their "white sauce" isn't white or a sauce. When people see white sauce as a choice for their pizza sauce most would be led to believe this means Alfredo sauce but no. The manager let me know it is literally an oily garlic parmesan mix.....so when I got my pizza I didnt see ANY sign of white sauce. That's when called and was informed it isn't alfredo.....never in a million years would I think white sauce would be anything other than Alfredo. Now I have an extremely greasy pretty tasteless pizza. read more

I have ordered a pizza for pickup from here every Friday for months (It only takes 12 minutes from ordering to completion). Every single time the staff has been friendly and attentive. The pizza itself has always been fresh and ample with toppings. My Friday ritual will resume. Came here today and mentioned that we had signs around our apartment complex for 50% off. We were told that only applied for us on Thursday's. I got a coupon for marcos and decided to try it out. I got a cheese pizza with white sauce and my girlfriend got a mushroom and ham pizza. We also got wings. The customer service was great and they were extremely helpful. They gave us extra ranch for our wings without charging. The wings ended up being pretty soggy. Like they were crispy. Most pizza places don't have amazing wings but these were perfect in taste just extremely soggy...my girlfriend loved her pizza but when I bit into mine I realized it was really dry. I don't know if they forgot the sauce or if it was just so over cooked that the sauce was absorbed in the crust... not too sure. I ended up not eating it because it was just cheese and bread. Kinda disappointed. read more

This was my first time coming, i wanted to try their pizza but they close early than the time they are open. I went at 11pm, they close at Midnight. Someone was using their phone while being near the food. And the cashier had a attitude when they told me they were closed for the night. They just stared at me until i drove away. Im not sure why they didn't want to serve me but i will never come again. Poor management, had high hopes but disappointed! read more

I placed an order at the counter for carryout because I have never been to Marco's before and this location is fairly new. The entire staff was teenagers except for one single adult male. I ordered a salad and for some reason it took 4 teens to make one salad. I had never seen such a thing. The staff was not particularly friendly on my visit. I asked where the restroom was and the same worker who told me where it was located went inside before me with a broom and dust pan. I was like, wow, really. The thin crust pizza is really good though and they do offer a gluten free crust for a $2.00 upcharge for patrons looking for gluten free. The stars are for the pizza not for the customer service that's definitely lacking. read more

I have been a customer for 5 or 6 years. I ordered my usual. Last time I ordered well done and it was hard as a rock. So this time I ordered light done. It was like it was barely even cooked. It ask what type of crust and their is not a original box to check. I took it back in and was only offered a refund instead of remaking my pizza or even put back in to cook longer. I use to have great service but the manager was a jerk and only offered a refund. They just lost a long time customer. I been going since they opened in Carrollton. Never again!!!! read more

Well I figured I'd give the new pizza place a shot. Its across the street from my house. I would rank it about the same bland quality as Cicis. The ceasar salad was pretty good for a salad in a box with dressing in the little bags. I thought it wasn't a very good value and will probably never come back. LOVE THIS PLACE!!! We are addicted to Marco's here in Carrollton. We got a flyer when they first opened and decided one night to try them. Until now we have been loyal to another pizza place not to be named lol... We have now placed over a dozen orders with Marco's and have NEVER been disappointed. Every order has been exactly what we requested, fresh, tasty, and good portion sizes. We have tried about 1/2 their menu by now pizzas, wings, subs, salads, deserts, etc. and its all good. We will continue to order from Marco's going forward and wish them the best of luck in the new year! read more

The pizza was amazing! I got my crust with the garlic butter sauce and it was bomb.com!! The wings were good too however, I asked for hot and when they came out they were basically bare. I looked at my receipt and i noticed it said hot wings- no dipping. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for more hot sauce. I also ordered dine- in and they but my pizza and wings in to go boxes. Besides those two things all was great! They have different size pizzas to choose from and deliver!
