Just tried this place out this week. I can honestly say the experience was not what I had hoped. This place has the same concept as Your pie (can customize pizzas with different assortment of toppings). The bread tasted very bland (cardboard-like) AND not everyone wears gloves that work with the pizzas. Everyone on the food line handling the pizza wore gloves, but the person who was placing the pizzas in the oven was touching the pizzas with toppings already placed with her bare hands. I pointed hand hygiene out to the cashier and asked why the other worker was not wearing gloves and her response, "we wash our hands. We don't use plastic gloves because we don't want your pizza to taste like burnt plastic." I was so turned off, but this being our first time, I tried the product and was not satisfied. I gave 2 stars for the workers on the line-all 3 were very personable and inviting upon our entrance to the restaurant. Hope you guys will have a better experience! read more

Nice concept. Very Fast and Very Cheap. I would have preferred that the "Lebron James - backed" restaurant "Blaze Pizza" opened up here, but alas, we don't get anything good around here. It was a bit of a chaotic mess today for lunch. I ordered the special pizza, The Phoenix, and had to keep telling the staff what went on it because no one knew. Toppings were very sparse, four pieces of arugula, four pieces of sausage, four mushrooms. Four was apparently the training number, you get the point. I will give them one more try, otherwise you'll find me at 1000 degrees. First time at MOD. Went with my wife and two kids. Everyone loved it. We each got a Pizza. The Maddy, or cheese pizza, was perfect for kids who just like plain cheese pizza. The crusts were thin and crispy. Fresh ingredients. My wife and I ordered the Mad Dog. So good that I was eating so fast I could hardly breathe. Service was fast and friendly. This pizza place has the POTENTIAL to be a great spot. It's a 50/50 chance you will enjoy the food and service. They just can't seem to get it right. One of the biggest problems we've encountered is each employee has a different opinion on portions. There is no quality control so even if you say light. It's whatever they slap on. The other day the manager Mike made our pizza. He had a horrible attitude. Rude at every comment. Been here a good 25 times and the other day was my last time. Instead of the good service from the manager I was expecting. I received the worse service I've had to date from them. Love this pizza place! Reminds me of our pizza place back home. Although we had a great experience with the pizza, the cleanliness was very poor. The top of the buffet glass was full of dust like it hasn't been cleaned in days and bathrooms were not serviced either. Came in with not too high expectations, was welcomed by two employees but the next two were rude and didn't seem like they wanted to be there. One girl was more worried about her hair rather than pizzas being made. Wasn't too happy with her also because she kept giving me and my boyfriend dirty looks. But, overall food was great. The pizza is good and reasonablly priced. You can have as many, and as much, ingredients as you like. The line is long, but worth the wait.

I have been here twice. The first time I had the normal pizza crust which was really good, nice- thin and crispy. I prefer a little thicker crust so when we came back I asked for their thicker crust (which they do not really advertise) it was perfect! I love that I can choose all my own toppings and it does not cost any extra! And it is really quick which helps when you have hungry kids in tow! I will definitely be back!!! read more

Friday is our pizza night and we decided to give MOD a try. The idea of building your own was appealing and the fact that they were donating sales to the southeastern food bank was icing on the cake. When we walked in Latoya greeted us and she was SO pleasant and fun! She engaged with my kids and explained the menu and process. The staff on the pizza line was fantastic and friendly as well. The pizza was fast and yummy and the price was reasonable as well. We enjoyed the different teas and lemonades to. Latoya even came back around to check in and got my son to eat his dinner (a rare feat lol) and brought ice cream when they were done. Several people checked on us and even took our plates. The atmosphere and the food were fantastic and we will definitely be back!! read more

Love the addition of MOD Pizza in the area. I have been to other locations and going here was an easy decision. The pizza and the service was excellent and enjoyed the lunch. We ordered and split the pizza in half and also bought a Cream Soda and a San Pellegrino Blood Orange drink. Some issues I do have is the location. It is a little difficult to get into the parking lot especially if you are coming from the interstate. The parking lot is also small so it makes it difficult if it's a busy afternoon but we happened to go on a slow weekday. The males bathroom could have used a touch up. When I entered into the bathroom there were at least 10 strips of toilet paper on the floor in the stall, and the automatic hand dryer seemed a little low and at 6 feet I had to bend over and actually lean down to dry my hands. There was no trash bag in the can but there was trash in it and oddly enough the toilet bowl brush was inside of it too. All in all it was a excellent lunch at MOD. read more

Good pizza, good prices, but very unclean. I have been there probably ten times, and only once was the person making the dough pies wearing gloves. They wear gloves to put the ingredients on the pizza, but they stick their bare hands in the dough to make the pies. So disgusting! Yuck! read more

Finally tried this place. I was pleasantly surprised. Being a NY girl I am extremely fussy about my Pizza. Had the special with ricotta cheese, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan.
