From the service, to the cleanliness, to the level of deliciousness, this place nailed it! The fried chicken is the perfect amount of juiciness, thickness and breading, then slap on your flavor of choice and make it into a sandwhich, game over! I enjoyed the hot honey sandwhich, which I was scared of being too hot, but it wasn't, it was the perfect balance of spice and sweet. My husband enjoyed the buffalo ranch sandwich and we ordered the cheesy bbq sandwich for the kids to split and they devoured it. Now let's talk about the fries....the portion is very respectful. An entire tray for $6 is mind blowing. You can tell they are real and fresh and definitely on my top 2 fry list! Super Chix high five!

And if you're a bread person, their breadsticks are absolutely worth it... borderline addictive. Portions are generous for the price, so you definitely get your money's worth. I really wanted to like this place, but our visit was a letdown from start to finish…read more The service was the first red flag. It took almost an hour and a half to get our food. When we asked about the delay, our server, Justice, apologized but explained that he had to make drinks for other tables, so we'd just have to wait. The restaurant was dead when we visited, yet we still sat there largely unnoticed for far too long. When a place is that empty and you're still being ignored for 90 minutes, that says a lot. The food didn't make the wait worth it. The pulled pork was fatty and unpleasant, and the barbecue sauce was bland and watery -- not what you want from a barbecue joint. To make matters worse, no additional sauces were offered even when we specifically asked. The sausage came out burnt. My son ordered lean brisket and got a plate that was essentially all fat. Another son tried to order ribs, only to be told they were out. The one bright spot was the brisket chili, which was genuinely excellent -- but one good dish can't carry an entire meal. The fries were fine, nothing more. The value doesn't add up either. A combo plate at $24 that doesn't even include brisket is honestly a little absurd for a barbecue restaurant. Bottom line: between the poorly prepared food, the missing menu items, the questionable pricing, and service that left us waiting nearly 90 minutes, we would not recommend Jim N' Nick's and won't be coming back.

She even checked on us in the dining area a bit later. Our order came out quickly, and everything was accurate, which is always appreciated. The food itself was fine, but the temperature was inconsistent. Some items were nice and hot while others were noticeably cooler, which took away from the overall meal. The restaurant itself was pleasantly clean. One thing worth noting: both order kiosks were occupied during our visit, and the line to order started to back up which made the front area feel a bit congested. A few people actually left rather than wait. As for Taco Bell experiences, I've had better and many worse.

When we arrived this visit the drive thru line wasn't moving so we got out of it (we were at the end and nowhere near the speaker to order). Then we went inside and the manager (I guess) announced to be patient with them because they were busy. Had to pace my order on the kiosk and then we waited. They did offer us a complimentary drink. Towards the 30 minute waiting mark the police started to arrive. Not sure exactly what was going on but a customer was there and I believe they never received their food. Once we finally got our order it was missing parts of it and the nacho fries we cold. Since we had been there so long we didn't even have the engery to ask them to remake them. Taco Bell used to be cheap. It's not anymore and it's not worth it to have to waste so much time for small portions and cold food.
