Absolutely love mod and support it and like to keep it real. I've gave this place a couple chances and every time dude on the oven always burning the pizzas. Leaves you as a customer upset because you already paid and if you tell them anything they upset. Point is you as a customer shouldn't say anything if the worker sees it's clearly not a well done pizza etc. Toss it an make a new one no big deal. This mod needs to get workers that value mod not just out here to get a check and half a things. Ridiculous. read more

Does mod pizza know the meaning of extra cheese. When I ask for extra cheese it doesn't mean a sprinkle of 4 shreds on top and then give me attitude when I ask for more. Your slogan is unlimited toppings so stick by it. This location is also lacking in customer service, wrong online orders, missed toppings and even if they are not busy you need to wait at the counter to pay or order your pizza when one of the employees finally decides to help you. Need a consistent person at the counter to ring you up, there's 5 people back there give me a break . What happened to the mod pizza I know of at other locations ????? Someone come here and save the Lakeland hills location, they don't deserve to serve the area with service like this. read more

The online ordering system needs serious improvement. Ordered online and still had to wait 20 minutes and they forgot a pizza. Also, they didn't cut the pizza. No apologies. Just terrible . The pizza is good but I will not be ordering online again. read more

we came on a Tuesday night and it was very busy but it moved quickly! very warm environment with kind people sauce was lacking and so was cheese. meat portioning was good. wait time was not bad & pizza was not over priced would rate a 7/10 read more

This location is the absolute best! Corey the manager really knows how to take care of his customers! Keep up the good work MOD Lakeland!

Slowest place ever, they take online orders first and make people wait in line, the line was out the door. We waited 15 minutes just so they can take our order. Kept saying "a few minutes". Maybe you need to hire more staff? Do not recommend this location. read more

Fast fresh and friendly! Corey the manager is pretty awesome I came in and saw him helping a little old lady across the street so he could sell her pizza. read more

We have ordered online at least 3 times, probably closer to 5 or 6. Every time we come when the online order page says it will be ready, they haven't even thrown the pizza in the oven yet. Which sucks because you are probably already hungry AND you already tipped them. The whole point of placing the order online was to avoid the wait in store. Not ONE time has the order been ready when we show up at the allotted time. In today's case we came at 9pm as the online page stated to be here, they hadn't even made the pizza and now 15 min later it's still not ready. In fact everyone else that was in line got their food first. We were the last ones to go in. Last time we ordered my boyfriend even showed up LATE and it wasn't ready. read more

I have loved this place in the past.... but went last Friday and it was absolutely disgusting.... floor had pizza crust and crumbs all over... all tables were filthy and dirty.... garbage everywhere. No extra plates were available.... absolutely disgusting read more

Great Pizzas, but you can't count at all on their order timing. Sometimes you will be waiting 20+ minutes for your online order past the pickup time and other times it will be ready 5 minutes early. read more

When you walk in the door the friendliest people greet you and ask if you've ever been in before. We had but not at this location. Mod pizza is by far one of my favorite pizza places so I was excited that they opened this one close to my house. The pizza tasted as well as all the other locations, I love it! They offered a 15% military discount and even gave a sincere "thank you for your service!" I am impressed with the people who work here and I will be back! read more

What can I say about Mod Pizza in Lakeland Hills, other than a whole lot!  For many years, this was our favorite local pizza place.  That is, until 2 weeks ago this past Saturday.  At that time, my wife placed an online order  for 6 pizzas as we were celebrating our granddaughter's birthday.  Huge mistake! The restaurant had few if any customers and the only thing worse than how the pizza turned out was that of the total lack of customer service and care. Had we any idea that their online pizzas were not the same as one would order directly at the restaurant, we never would have done so.   I'm not a big fan of Totinos but the $4 ones at Winco and Fred Meyer, would have been far better. The lack of customer service and actually caring about the customer. continues now, two weeks later!  My wife was not only charged once for the 6 pizzas but twice. It was a total travesty and my biggest mistake was that I did not take pictures of these disasters to share with my friends on facebook.  As for the owner of this location,  perhaps you may want to have someone else try ordering online.  And at the very least, as it's now been 2 weeks, you still have not refunded the overpayment! read more

HUGE shout out and thank you to the Lakeland Hills MOD pizza! We placed a mobile order and mistakenly ordered it to the Lakewood store ‍ so when we went to pick it up here in Lakeland, obviously they didn't have it and of course they were super busy! As soon as it was realized what had happened, they sprung into action. Taking the time to take our order, make it quickly and call the Lakewood store to let them know about the mistake! Our order was made perfectly and fast! Above and beyond great customer service!! read more

This mod may have decent pizza but don't even think of eating in the restaurant!!! It's absolutely freezing!! We had a party of 4 - one who rarely wears a coat and we all froze. It must be in the low 60s. Unreal read more

Pizza is good service is awful. I've been waiting 15 minutes after they said it would be done and they haven't processed one transaction. Showed up to "curbside pickup" and they said to come in and pay. What's the point of curbside pickup then.REALLY SLOW read more

My first time trying the pizza! Great service and food! Will be back soon and often for sure now that I'm in the neighborhood!

I go in at 8pm Sunday and they tell me they're closed. Don't have enough "man power" to handle anymore orders. They didn't even have a line and was stopping all in store orders for the night. 2 hours before closing. Easily the worst service I've gotten anywhere!! Horrible management!! read more

Love love love Mod pizza! This is new and close to us, so we checked it out and the did not fail to supply our tastebuds with "mod" deliciousness! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the guy cooking and serving the pizzas had a full bushy beard and it was not covered. Kinda grossed me out. But he was friendly, as was the rest of the staff. read more

The service was terrible... the drinks and utensils station was a complete mess.. the trash was overflowing... don't know if I'll go back...

I ordered online. App said the wait was 15 minutes. It's been 45 minutes and I'm still waiting. No coming back here!!

Simple put one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Katie was amazing. She really went above and beyond to really make us feel taken care of and genuinely cared for our experience without any hesitation. It's people like that really make us want to come back. She was really amazing. Can't wait to come back for a great experience and pizza. Thank you Katie!! read more

I love this place. It is fast friendly and delicious. The staff is friendly and I got my order fast. I love all of the selections of toppings and the freshness of all the ingredients they offer. They also give tips on what pairs well with what. I highly recommend this place. read more

Going to give you a three star. I like that you create your own pizza and salads. That is great. But today choosing my salad was not quite the best experience. First of all, the person making our pizza and salad had a very long beard uncovered. That was not inviting. Secondly, I would have chosen the romaine lettuce but it was ALL brown and unappetizing. I did mention it to the man making my salad, he said it was distributed to them that way. Honestly, it was not at all anything that should been put out for human consumption. The place is always clean. The music level is loud. So if you want sit down and visit, it's not quite the place for 5hat. This was the Lakeland hills location. And I have no idea why it sausage I am from Oregon! read more

I love MOD but I was very disappointed to see the employee's touching the dough without gloves on. Won't be coming here again

First off, Delicious. Mod is amazing. So, this location is SUPER busy. They are that good indeed. If you are ok without getting a extra handful of sausage, garlic or cheese, then I highly recommend ordering online! Keep and eye on their special days, because if it's teachers novo - I would go the next day! They are super friendly and working super hard to make on demand pizzas, for you read more

Tonight not so MOD good, lines are long, as expected around 6pm. But after 50 minutes waiting for our pizza they were all burned a lot. We've ordered via internet, one time was ok the last time the toppings were incorrect. This time large portions were burned and most of the pizza over-cooked and hard. Management should have (freebie certificates) on hand for when this happens and give that out instead of offering to have you wait another 10-20 mins for them to redo your pizza. (I'm a bit picky and choose my toppings so just throwing together a few basic toppings and watching it closer before it burns wasn't an option for me tonight.) While they are friendly, I have learned from tonight not to go in when they are that busy. I will go back to internet ordering, but checking the pizza to make sure it's correct. Internet orders are 25 mins and take priority over standing in line, we witnessed that multiple times tonight. Sorry for the rant but not impressed tonight - would have blown it off if they would have offered a make good on my next visit. read more

Great service. Always greeting you as you enter the store. Pizza topping selection great. Fast service. Yummy pizza order to your specific desires. Friendly staff and managers. James, Al, Jacob, Cameron were awesome. Thank you. read more

Always delicious! People behind the counter are friendly and know how to make some good pizza.

Pretty good pizza. They need more help to get the online pozza orders out though. Frustrating when you order online and go to pick it up (on your lunch hour) at the time it is supposed to be ready and it isn't! Update: They were awesome and refunded my pizza AND even gave me a gift card for ANOTHER free pizza! read more

Tried this location out for the second time tonight and ordered online for pick up. The first time we ate in and they messed up my pizza by forgetting ingredients somehow so I ended up getting my pizza free. Then tonight I went in to pick up our dinner (3 pizzas) at 6:13 since that's when it said they would be ready and they weren't even in the oven. The guy(I'm assuming the manager) felt bad that I had to wait longer so he gave us the pizzas for free. I love their customer service, but they need to make sure things are ready when they say they will be. We will give them another try since they're in our neighborhood but would use another location if this happens again. read more

Pizza was great, but the line was VERY slow. I've been to other locations and I have never waited this long--including during during Seattle pride parade. We were probably the sixth party in line, and continued to be as the line went out the door. I understand they are new, but they need to work out some kinks. We will probably be back, but maybe not at dinner time. read more

Love Mod Pizza! So glad we finally got one in the neighborhood. I like that I can pick my toppings even when ordering online. The staff is great here! I have been offered free drinks when the pizzas are late coming out. The manager, Cory, last day today. We will miss you! read more

Wanted something easy for dinner on Friday night after a long work week. Placed and online order around 6pm. Immediate pick up was not available due to order volume so I picked the next available options, 630pm with curbside pick up. Got to the parking lot at 635 and called to let them know I was there. They said they were running a few minutes behind but my food would be out shortly. Figured no big deal, but after waiting until around 715 I called back to make sure I hadn't fallen thru the cracks and been forgotten all together. I was told we are running about 30 minutes behind but it would be right out. Finally at 730, they brought the pizza out. Drove home to find my 10 and 7 year olds had both already fallen asleep and opened my pizza to find that when you order olives, apparently 1 slice is all you get. Very disappointed with my experience. Apparently going inside would have been the better option but trying to limit exposure for myself and my community leads to poor service. Was not offered a coupon, discount or any other incentive to keep my business here. I will be taking my business across the street to The Rock or Papa Murphy's in the future. Maybe a good spot during non peak hours but disappointing when it counts. read more

MOD Pizza - Pepperoni sausage and olive (just the one...) - Fast Food Near Me - Auburn, Washington

I usually go to a different mod- the other location I usually go to has great customer service and smiles and is great... this one the people working seemed grumpy they had to work. They forgot my shakes and seemed irritated that I brought it up- half of it was vanilla and the other half blueberry- they didn't bother to mix it to make it the intended blueberry- I mixed it myself. Pizza was good! Salad Lettuce was on its last leg and ready to throw out. My son only wanted pepperoni pizza and wanted extra pepperoni - they did not put extra as requested. I'll stick with my usual mod pizza read more

Everything that you hear of and like about Mod Pizza (friendliness, food variety & quality, etc.) is why you continue to visit. The staff, however friendly, is very disorganized. This, coupled with the loud echoing in the building, makes for a less than great experience. They ought to develop a more efficient way of processing, delivering orders. No one wants to hear names constantly being shouted. read more

I love this place the pizza is amazing and you don't have to pay for toppings, will come back Every time I want pizza

Great place to grab a quick lunch. Staff is cool food is great!
