First off they were very chincy on cheese (half a ladle) they were also very rude both at the make table and the cut table. Stopped in for the first time while visiting from out of town. My boyfriend and I were so pleased that the staff was so welcoming and patient! I have been to a few Mod Pizzas in the area and was excited to see this new location. I had a modified version of the Jasper but I always trade a slice with whatever my husband is having too. My Jasper was delicious and his Dillon tonight was also sooooo good. I want to know where they find their staff because the few Mods I have been in seem to have the friendliest employees. This location was no exception. We were warmly greeted as we came in and asked if we had been in a Mod before. They were busy but the line moved quickly and the food was up fast. We have eaten here for the past couple of years and have had good service and the food is, if you choose, made to order. If you especially like something, ask for more and they will add more. We have not encountered any negativity or bad food. I get a MOD salad every time and all the ingredients are fresh and plentiful. Since moving to this side of town, we have found ourselves going to MOD Pizza at least once a week. We love the "create your own" concept as well as their specialty pizzas that you can order. They definitely are not stingy with the toppings and they also offer unique toppings, like roasted garlic and Brussels. The service is always friendly and the people working here always seem to be having a good time(for work) and keep their cool even when there is a line almost out the door. The pizzas come out very quickly once you are finished topping them with whatever your heart desires and you can top them with more sauces at the end if you choose. I have never had one of their milkshakes, but they do offer them. I have tried their delicious lemonades and teas though, and they are awesome! They also offer a couple beer options in case you are feeling like having a beer. All in all a great experience every time if you are looking for some quick, yummy pizza! read more

Decided to try MOD Pizza tonight. Usually pizza is not a dining out option because my daughter has severe food allergies to dairy. MOD exceeded our expectations in the preparation of her pizza. As soon as we asked the employee to change her gloves, she went into "STEALTH" allergy mode. At other restaurants, this request is usually greeted with an eye roll and bad attitude. Not at MOD. She offered to get fresh ingredients from the fridge, as to not put anything that might have come in contact with dairy, on my daughters pizza. This is also something that we typically have to ask for, but not at MOD. And finally the employee followed my daughter's pizza through the rest of the prep line to make sure that it would be safe for her to eat. WE ARE VERY IMPRESSED!!! By the way...the rest of the family enjoyed our pizzas as well, but the entire experience was highlighted by the incredible employees, and their great attitudes! Delicious, fast pizza by a hardworking crew. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They quickly took my order (Fred mini pizza, Hawaiian) and moved me down the line for all the toppings. They have pineapple and roasted pineapple. The roasted pineapple is awesome. I also had the cinnamon sticks with strawberry dipping sauce. Pleasantly surprised for 'fast' food. I had higher expectations seeing all of the good reviews for different locations and it exceeded the hype. Ingredients were fresh, there was plenty of selection without it being overwhelming. The pizza was really good, crust was perfectly crispy. Iced tea was freshly brewed. Employees were very helpful and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Don't forget a no name cake, it's a freshly made ding dong BUT it tastes like what you remembered as a child. Good food but awful guest experience. The female employees here have horrible attitudes. Don't ask for extra toppings because you will get eye rolls and sassy reactions. Terrible service. Walked in to the manager telling us and 5 other customers we could not dine in 30 minutes before closing (it appeared that she got overwhelmed because clients were walking in to the location). She didn't even say "sorry" in her statement. We kindly asked if we could seat ourselves outside because we were hungry and trying to go to the store afterwards when one of their pizza-maker employees with curly and orange hair told us no that we should have came in earlier if we wanted to eat there. The manager then yelled at us and said to go eat outside on the patio if we wanted to, after we gave some pushback and told us she was going through a hard time. This is disappointing as we absolutely LOVE Mod Pizza, however, their rude and entitled employees have made me not ever want to step foot there again. Would like to see Mod Pizza treat their employees better because these kids seemed really unhappy and their unhappiness translated to unhappy customers. Boo for the Arvada Mod location... all other locs are fantastic so pretty disappointing because this is the closest one to us. read more

We love this MOD Pizza! We eat here most Fridays after a yoga class. The pizza is excellent and the crew is so friendly. They always greet you when you come in and say goodbye when you leave. They started greeting us by name after about 3 visits. One thing that is really impressive is how every one of the staff stays busy cleaning during every little lull in business. As soon as there is a break in customers they start wiping counters, sweeping floors, restocking supplies, etc. Fantastic place. Excellent food. The BEST staff. Go there. read more

We were excited to see this place open up in Arvada. We talked to Oscar about a week ago to see if they could accommodate a large group to celebrate a birthday and he indicated the best time to come. When we arrived Alisha was there to welcome us and offered her hospitality! They were so efficient in working with our party and we never felt like a burden.
