Everyone can have their favorite. We decided to come for dinner and all three of us got 11" so we would have lunch for the next day. My husband also wanted the cheese garlic bread. There is plenty of parking in the lot. The staff was welcoming. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for outdoor as it was a beautiful spring evening. The staff was working quickly and efficiently to get orders made. I cannot remember all the toppings the guys got, but for me? I chose Italian sausage, bacon, roasted red pepper, artichoke, and roasted garlic. When the pies came out, I added the ranch drizzle. I had the blackberry lemonade to drink. That is tasty. Just stopped in for a quick slice as I was craving a piece of cheese pizza. They don't do slices, but they do little mini build your own pizzas. I got the smallest size had pesto, mozzarella and fresh sliced tomato and it was divine. Initially went to a Mod down in Parker while seeing a friend. We have one much closer to home so it was nice to stop in and compare. The general idea of Mod is a fast casual pizza place. The setup is much like a Subway sandwich store but instead of sandwiches crispy pizza. You can choose a number of preselected pizza combinations. Think of them as staff favourites or tried and true flavors. OR you can make your own pizza. Best of all the toppings are free. No two proteins and a veggie, you can have ALL the proteins and ALL the vegetables. Sauces? They've got them. Extra drizzle out of the oven? They have that too. Squash? Sure why not. I really enjoy the variety of vegetable options. Same for the meats, although I'm personally a veggie lover. You could learn something from Mod pizza Domino's / Pizza Hut! Inside you work your way around to the prep line. Choose your crust or pizza style. Salads are available too for a lighter option. They also do garlic knots or breadsticks. Desert wise they have some small cakes and depending on your location a frosty or ice cream option. Your pizza is built right in front of you and cooked in the oven super fast. They have desserts available, tea, lemonade, draft and bottled beer, and a few wines to complete your meal. Tons of seating inside for groups of all sizes. High tables, lower tables, clean bathrooms, and a nice fast casual layout make this an excellent choice for any time of day. This location has a fairly large parking lot and a fair amount of sunny outdoor seating available. Downside of this location is how busy they get on weekends or for dinner. A prime time for families but the staff usually gets overwhelmed. Several times our pizzas were incorrect. Not a huge deal but have to take a few points for those factors. read more

This was my 1st visit to a MOD Pizza and I was really impressed. This is unlike your normal pizza joint where you call (or tell) them what kind of pizza you want and they go off an make it. At MOD Pizza, you start off by picking your crust (2 sizes, regular/thin or double/thick). Then you pick your sauce (red, white/alfredo or olive oil and garlic). Then they pass your pizza down the line and you pick your toppings - several kinds of meat, all kinds of toppings, etc. and at the end of the line - they stick it in the pizza oven. I had n 11" with red sauce, ground beef, bacon, and spicy chicken sausage and then added onions, jalapenos, garlic, black olives and green peppers. My wife had a white sauce with artichokes, garlic, black olives and some other toppings. They do have a number of "standard" pizzas if you've not into "creating your own". For example, my daughter-in-law ordered the Maddie - which is a cheese pizza with a red sauce. The interesting twist is that all pizzas are the same price ($7.99) regardless of how many toppings you add. It's not $0.50 or a $1.00 for each additional topping. The end product was excellent. The crust was nice and slightly crispy - not the least bit greasy and the pizza was excellent. read more

I love mod!!!!! As a vegan it's hard to get like, an actual pizza with cheese on it. Usually my options are either cheeseless pizza or frozen pizza, but mod made my life complete with their fresh dairy free cheese. They also put just the right amount on it too, so it's not too gooey which I adore. They're the only place I buy pizzas from, everywhere else needs to get on their level of accommodation. The staff at this location are incredible too, always. Been coming to mod pizza for a loooooong time! They have great value because they offer unlimited toppings, and they pitch as such. I usually get a salad when I go and always the entree size. And I capitalize on the unlimited toppings offer. They have so many good options, tons of protein and delicious veggies. You can get several scoops of anything you want, until you can't. If you get "too many" toppings (which makes them no longer unlimited) they charge you for the next size up, which is 50% more expensive! If toppings are limited then do not pitch them as unlimited. Furthermore, be consistent. The time that I came in prior to this, the unlimited toppings were not a problem and I was charged for my entree size as that was what I ordered. Sizes are based on lettuce that they put into a bowl, not the amount of toppings that one orders. I was a loyal Mod Pizza patron but may not be going back anytime soon read more

The four star rating is based on the context of this being a fast-food pizza chain, it is by no means any sort of traditional/authentic style pizza. It was very fast (delivery) and fun to design each unique pizza with a diverse selection of toppings for the same price. The thin crust is extremely thin and crunchy. The thick crust seems about average. I only did a few toppings on salad thinking they would adjust the the amount of toppings but no so would order more toppings (why not?). I have ordered from MOD Pizza in Arvada, CO several times and was so impressed with their pizza and especially their Greek Salad. I would give this restaurant a 4-5 star rating. Last night was not even a poor experience. The pizza was overcooked and cold in (100 degree weather) and missing all the toppings except a few pieces of chicken sausage. The Greek salad consisted of Romaine Lettuce and a sprinkling of feta cheese. Missing: Red Onions, Black Olives, Mama Lil's Sweet Hot Peppas, Tomatoes - Diced, Chickpeas and Cucumbers. So in essence, I paid $9 for a bowl of Romaine lettuce. I called Mod Pizza this AM and tried to email them last night but the email address provided with the receipt did not accept responses. The lady I spoke to said I should have called last night to receive a refund and there was nothing she could do now. No, I'm sorry for what happened, can we comp you a salad. She was very "rude" and Mod Pizza has lost a customer. You need to train your employees on customer service. This lady needs to loose the gum she was chewing while talking to me on the phone. Our looking at Christmas lights and we popped in on MOD. This is by far the best "instant pizza" chain out there. My kids love that they have a kids sized pizza for them. Personally, I get the salad option. I make a pizza salad. Basically, they let you get any toppings on a salad and it makes for a delicious and "healthier" option. They also have some special tea flavors and naturally flavored drinks. A family favorite is the dessert pizza. All in all, tho is a solid option for the fam. Give it a try. Every single employee that I have come in contact with were very helpful and friendly. When I walk in I'm greeted and when I leave I'm thanked for coming. The pizza here is really good for a fast casual place. I always get the Jasper (Sausage and Mushroom) and add pepperoni, and have no complaints about the food. I knock off one-star because for some reason a couple of times when I've placed online orders I've shown up 15-minutes later to pick it up and they tell me they've just received the order a minute ago, so I have to wait another 10-minutes. Otherwise everything is good. UPDATE: this time I came in and went to the online order pickup place and let the girl know I was here to pickup my order which was placed 15-minutes ago. She asked if I was "Jesse", I said "no". Then she asked if I was "Jim", I said "yes". She turns around and sees my uncooked pizza is sitting beside the oven, then says "I'll throw it in now". For reals???? Far out! I wonder how long my uncooked pizza had been sitting there. I will say one thing, it seems like it is always the same person working that area whenever I have issues. Whatevs!
