They use nugget-like sausage which is used at most cheap fast pizza places. Closer to jimmy dean sausage for breakfast than real sausage for pizza. The edge crust is over two inches wide and the rest of the pizza is very doughy and soggy. 20% of the pizza is crust. Pizza timed in the oven using a conveyer belt. Sign it's never good pizza w/ those type ovens being used. Cheap ingredients all around. Had a bad experience w/ this pizza place about a year ago. Disappointed once again. This franchise is Domino's Pizza quality and that's not a complement. read more

This review is about the two teenage girls running the pizza oven and boxing orders. Their masks were below their noses with mouths exposed and they are talking A LOT, which means lots of spit droplets flying everywhere. This was for the entire time I was there (10 minutes). I am real concerned about eating what I bought after leaving here, especially with two high-risk people eating too. Please wear your mask; the manager should be watching for this. I have never been a huge fan of Marcos but during this pandemic they have saved the day a few times. If you live nearby you know there's nothing out here but if you are in a pinch these guys will get you a fresh pizza in 20 minutes even on a busy night. You will need to pick up because they are always slammed with deliveries but if you pick up you're in and out in minutes. Try the pepperoni magnifico. It's the better of all the pizzas they have on their menu. read more

We stopped by here after viewing all the new house developments nearby. The staff was super nice and even gave our two year old a toy that another kid had left behind. They were all very sweet. What we swallowed: DELUXE UNO with WHITE SAUCE, THIN CRUST WITH GARLIC BUTTER TOPPING: The crust was crisp and tasty. The white sauce was very flavorful and the garlic butter topping just put it over the top. This was a very good pizza. PEPPERONI, JALAPANO, BLACK OLIVES, and BACON: This is the Canadian's signature dish. Good amount of fresh toppings. CHICKEN CESAR SALAD: Cold, fresh, and crisp. What a salad should be. Marco's has since been our go-to pizza now that we've moved into the area. Their delivery usually take around 45 minutes and the pizzas have always been consistent. My go-to delivery pizza is pepperoni and pineapple and it's hot and delicious every time. Their drivers are really cool guys too. Definitely recommend. read more

First off I rarely write a 1 star review. Wow. Unbelievably bad pizza last night. Called in order, as it was a Saturday evening and was notified straight away it would be at least an hour wait. Ok got it...no problem after all it was a busy night. Advised only 15-20 minutes for carry out , so went that route. Arrived at Marco's, while there were no customers in the pickup/ check out line had to wait quite awhile to be greeted even though lots of employees working this Sat. Night. Employees seemed to be busy so point taken. We had ordered a thin crust 1/2 Chicken Club 1/2 Pepperoni/onion/jalapeño. Pretty sure in lieu of thin crust Marco's substituted a left over cardboard bottom from one of their delivery boxes. We love pizza and over several years (as others have as well obviously) and have had some really amazing pizzas, some good pizza's, some not so great pizza's, and now can say the first pizza EVER that after a couple bites determined best to through away the entire pizza into the trash. (I did hesitate as since the pizza reminded us of cardboard to put the pizza in our recycling bin, but no, this was definitely trash.) Honestly would have preferred a Totino's frozen pizza, think possibly we could of least consumed a Totino's. Perhaps our mistake got ordering thin crust? Don't know for sure as that was the main killer in this pizza, but also lack of sauce and sloppiness of toppings ruined the pizza as well. This pizza definitely worthy of a zero star review. We see Marco's delivery in our neighborhood quite often as at one time not many pizza joints delivered up here, so others must be lucky enough to get a decent pizza, we were not in any way lucky. read more

I've had ups and downs with this location; used to order weekly and loved it but more recently something was different about the taste. Regardless, I wanted to give their management a shout out as if I have ever had a bad experience and shared it, they have immediately responded and resolved it, so they definitely deserve the credit and recognition for caring about customer service. Poor customer service!!! Stopped in for a sandwich and was told I could not add lettuce to an Italian. Employee was rude and not flexible considering I've always gotten lettuce on previous orders. nope. Big fail. pizza was decent not spectacular. . The teenage party atmosphere was the biggest failure. Teenagers coming and going girlfriends of employee's standing by fountain drink area staring at customers. running in and out, hanging around dining area taking up space. We almost left seeing that it was another teenager run establishment. But sadly we stayed. "Molly Hatchet" (the manager I suspect) in and around food prep with hair hanging out everywhere Lynyrd Skynyrd and Molly Hatchet style is no good for making food. The quality of the pizzas has dropped off some, but of bigger concern is that our credit card information was stolen twice after ordering pizza from this particular location. Also, trying to use their app is next to impossible. The app doesn't even recognize the immediate neighborhood where they have delivered for years. Done trying to deal with this outfit. I wish I could give less stars but this is the lowest I can go. My bill was over $129. I set my delivery for 5pm and it came on time. I got everything but the family size Italian salad so I called the store and told them it was missing. The guy said. "I'm sorry and we will take it off the bill. I said that I wanted the salad so he said that it would be brought to me within 15 minutes. Over an hour later I realized that the salad never came. So I called again and spoke to the same guy who had delivered to me. He reluctantly agreed to have a fresh salad made for me and brought to me. When the salad arrived it was withered up, not fresh because it was the same salad that had been made and sitting since 4:30pm. Long story short, I had to go back to the store and tell the manager what had happened. I asked for a refund on the salad and a reversal of the tip that I had given, because the delivery kid lied about the delivery circumstances, the freshness of the salad, the fact that he was going to redeliver, all of it. Basically , the kid said that the receipt for the salad didn't print out and that was why he didn't see the salad, but the receipt was still taped to the salad with the time that it was made. It was just the delivery kid forgetting the salad but not wanting to make it right. I was promised a refund of the cost of the salad, over $15, and the tip, which was ten percent of the total. The manager was nice but I never got the refund. I would not recommend this Marco's Pizza at all. There is a better one right up the road. We are all paying way too much at restaurants these days so I don't think it is too much to ask to get all of the order. I don't think it is too much to ask for honesty and good service. I don't like having someone lie to my face or make promises that won't be kept. They won't get a second chance to ruin another dinner for me! I will order pizza somewhere else from now on. read more

My cousin who is visiting the US walked in asking to buy a slice after waiting until cashier finished his conversation and was still being rude denied selling him a slice of pizza said they don't sell by slice that he had to buy a whole pizza. We ordered pizza from here for the first time. We waited well over 2 and a half hours for some little entitled pizza boy with a terrible attitude. He demanded we pay cash saying the ticket doesn't say Grub Hub. We informed him that the Pizza was paid in full and offered to show him. He said he didn't care and that none of this was his fault. We told him we weren't double paying for a pizza and he needs to let his management know to either figure out Grub Hub or get off of it. Look at all the bad Grub Hub reviews. Even the Yelp reviews are terrible. He also told us if we don't want to wait over 2 hours don't order Grub Hub. So he acknowledged we did order off Grub Hub. He threw a fit like the entitled little immature baby he is and left burning his tires. We all had a good laugh at his expense. Will never waste our time with the pathetic mismanaged entitled "company". Plenty of options out there that can deliver a pizza in 30 minutes without the spoiled brat driver. read more

We love the pizza here, they are our go-to takeout restaurant. We have eaten inside the restaurant, it is noisy inside but acceptable at tables. A much better option during the summer is the patio. Marco's is accurate in estimating the time for pick up, and each time we've ordered, the pizza taste and appearance is consistent. We love the Italian sausage that's used in the pizzas, we have to order one that contains the sausage. We have used delivery, as well as pick up. Time for delivery is estimated accurately, and the delivery has always arrived hot and I good condition. Keep up the great work, Marco's! read more

I stopped ordering from these guys awhile back because they've never been able to get my order right - and often they can't find my house - takes forever. But thought I'd give them another try - big mistake. I tried to order off the website and it literally took me 30 minutes - only for it to say none of my emails were valid - they need to upgrade that site. And then when I tried to call - no answer. I understand they may be busy, but taking 30 minutes of my time - only to not be able to order a pizza is just ridiculous. Never again. read more

Aggravating, just a simple ask, stick the Roma Crust Topper on the Crust! Paint the garlic butter on the crust like you use to do, then sprinkle the roma seasoning, simple... Fourth pizza in a few months now and every time they take the shortcut and sprinkle roma seasoning in front of the crust, instead of on the crust so it sticks to the crust like they use to do regularly. Do not advertise Roma crust or Parmesan crust if it isn't going to be covering the crust. That is the only reason I buy your pizza, I'll now try ordering from the new Marcos off wadsworth in hopes the cook follows protocol. read more

I'm pretty much done with Marco's. Twice now, I've attempted to order over the phone. Once for delivery and once for pickup. The pickup order I gave up on after being on the phone for TWENTY MINUTES waiting for them to "Find the Code" for the coupon I had. I gave up and didn't even bother that time. This time, I ordered delivery. Over an hour ago. With an estimated 35 minute delivery time. It's been OVER an hour. They've still not called. How many pizza chains do we need? I guess each has it's own little take on the pie - Marco's even calls theirs "Italian style." Guess the marketing folks were up late with that one; like calling a hamburger "American style?" I placed my first order today and can sum it up with - if you like bready pizza, this is for you! It was somewhat like eating pieces of thick French bread with pizza topings on top (would that be "French style" pizza?). Anyway, the cheese bread was even thicker and...breadier! Have not been here in a long time but wanted to try the new crustless pizza bowl. It does not come out looking like the pictures show. Ordered on line and asked for lite sauce and cheese. Picked it up and when I got home saw that there was heavy sauce and no cheese. Sorry I did not look at it till I got home but assumed it was correct. Checked my on line order and it said with cheese light sauce. They give you this deep tray for the food but it only has a half inch of food in it. It is not worth $7.99. My wife and I were very disappointed and will not order again from here. I called when I got home and worker said he would remake it but we were home already and we drove 30 minutes to try this. Thanks for the offer though. Taste was okay but could have made this at home for less money. read more

Been wanting to try this place. Finally did and ehh it didn't go as well as I hoped. We ordered the works and got the pizza with NO MEAT lol. They offered to send us another so we were like sure. We ordered a few medium pizzas on a rather snowy night. The menu was a bit deceptive until we found the "specialty pizzas". The phone order process went as expected being quick and courteously although quite a bit of background noise. The delivery arrived within the promised 30-40 minute time by a courteous person. The pies were hot when received. They were both very tasty. the two 14" pies fed a family of four with little left over. The crust was light and buttery and the toppings tasted fresh. I can't do marinara sauce so I had the White Cheesy, loved it! I will definitely order again. read more
