Service is poor. We were never asked how our meal was by our server. They forgot half of our order also. Staff let the online order machine alert unanswered, therefore we had to sit and listen to it beeping repeatedly. Staff also kept changing the music repeatedly, so it was overall a terrible experience all around. Highly recommend not wasting your time or money at this restaurant.

The egg rolls were the highlight of our visit but everything else was just blah. We didn't even get the plate all pho establishments give you with the thai basil, bean sprouts, lime wedges, jalapeno or thai chili peppers, cilantro, green onions, sawtooth herb, etc. Nothing guys - Not sure if you just forgot or if its charged as a separate item on the menu. The taste was pretty solid but there were not nearly enough noodles at all. My honest opinion after all of that is your prices are way too high especially for the area. Will not make a 2nd trip!

I thought I was going to walk into a cafeteria style kitchen where you choose your already cooked food and they plate it for you, quite the opposite! They cook every dish on the spot, veggies and choice of protein were fresh and tasty! You choose your dish from the menu on top, there's daily specials, the prices are reasonable but the portions are big. I asked for mine extra spicy but oh man! That dish was very spicy, so next time I'll choose medium spice** lol They have vegan and gluten free options upon request** overall very good and the choice of music was the cherry on top! Had several appetizers (homemade dumplings, spring rolls, potstickers, and calamari). Overall, all were good, the spring rolls were a little overcooked and the homemade dumplings were a little too smooshy for my liking. But good. Decided to have the Pad Key Mao (drunken noodles) with pork and boy I'm glad I did because It was delicious. I didn't want to go extremely hot but went with medium and definitely wished I went higher but nothing that wasn't a deal breaker. If you're on a time crunch I wouldn't recommend as there seems to only be one waiter who was the cashier as well. But we were in no rush which allowed my friends and I to enjoy each others company sharing stories and laughter.

The Tom Yum soup was perfectly balanced--spicy, tangy, and packed with flavor. It had tender chicken, fresh herbs, and just the right amount of heat to warm you up without being overwhelming.
