Came in for a sweet treat and left satisfied! The mochinuts are so light and fluffy, they almost melt in your mouth. Contrary to the consistency of regular donuts, I didn't leave with a heavy feeling in my stomach. They also offered Ramen, which I didn't know, and other treats. The marshmallow-chocolate and strawberry funnel were my favorite. The fruity pebbles one was really good as well, except the fruity pebbles on top tasted a little stale, as they were probably sitting in the case for some time. Flavors are rotated, but they also had Matcha Oreo, blueberry cheesecake, and one other flavor. I also ordered the tiramisu drink with espresso. It's served with a toasted marshmallow on top, which was delicious, but made it a little hard to stick the straw into the drink because it's so large. They have oat milk as a substitute. It was pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Inside is clean and bathroom was tidy. This is a great place to bring children for a light dessert. read more

We were so excited to try something different and the website made them all look so delicious! We tried 3 different flavors of mochinuts (they had 6 available). And they all tasted exactly the same. I got the dark chocolate berry mochi donut and loved each round bite. They swap out their flavors on Monday so if you see something you like - enjoy it while it lasts!! I swear I wanted each drink - the menu and visuals are appealing and easy to read. I noticed the hello kitty banner poster and the cashier let me know it's a seasonal item. I was debating between that and the dirty tiramisu but alas, the 5 apples tall icon that is Hello Kitty led me to say YES to the strawberry lemonade slush and marshmallow doodad. Stopped by Mochinut and tried the new Hello Kitty strawberry lemonade with my wife and daughter, and it was everything! Super refreshing, perfectly sweet, and honestly adorable--almost too cute to drink. I am not a big fan of sweet drinks but this was really good and refreshing. Also had to score this weeks flavors and the strawberry cheesecake is my favorite. As always, Mochinut delivered with great flavors, fun vibes, and a creative menu that keeps me coming back. The half n' half (half sausage and half cheese) with a potato coating was absolutely amazing! There was a variety 6 different donut options. I choose the Nutella with chocolate pebbles as well as purchased the original milk boba drink. The staff were extremely friendly and great at assisting with questions regarding the menu. There were accessible restrooms for customers. Indoor seating available. Very cool artwork and bright colors throughout the place. Came with my daughter to get a quick treat! Was surprised when I walked in because it smelled like ramen but I was expecting only donuts! Walked around and was surprised at the extensive menu....offered drinks including boba, smoothies and coffee drinks, machine donuts, ramen with different toppings to choose from and also Korean style corn dogs! Decided on the Brown Sugar Mochinut for myself and for my daughter, she chose the Mango Smoothie with mango boba. The cashier was kind enough to go over a few menu items and the favorites. She also mentioned everything in the store made is GLUTEN FREE! Important for those who have allergies and sensitivities!!! When I come back next time, will definitely try something different and will come with my appetite! The mochinut I tried was very soft and sweet. Overall, just okay. Customer service was not good the mostly young staff seemed lost in a long line with no happy faces. Food was disappointing. The donuts were soggy. We ordered two mozzarella corn dogs and one mozzarella and sausage corn dog. Only the one with sausage stayed on the stick both mozzarella ones fell off, and the stick coloring transferred onto the cheese. When you order sugar as one of the condiments, it should be rolled on immediately after frying, but ours came on the side, making it hard to coat evenly. We also tried the stir-fried ramen, but the machine made it too watery, so the noodles were wet and soft instead of moist and chewy. Worst of all, this is a Korean chain marketed as Japanese. Not all Asians are the same, and misrepresentation is unacceptable. * The owner replied, but it came across as very passive-aggressive. I'm not trying to be spiteful but was being honest about my experience. I had specifically asked for the sugar to be on the corn dog, not on the side, yet it was still given separately. The ramen machines can be adjusted even the instructions show which buttons to press to get a proper stir-fried noodle style. And regarding the Asian representation, nothing was explained about why a Japanese family is representing a Korean chain. read more

I would suggest coming on a weekday. They get swarmed on the weekends... considering its location, surrounded by residential, and its the only mochinut in the city. I've had these donuts many a times in other states and this location is just as good. The donuts are chewy and delicious -- not served fresh though keep that in mind. The corn dogs are always good too and I like that the ramen station is there though I don't ever see myself using it. This specific location just needs time to get on their feet and stop using just the seasonal donuts. Once they start serving the regular full menu I think it'll be great. read more

The place was nice it was packed with people I got a cheese dog a donut and boba the cheese dog was good. I made sure to get it with all cheese. It did have a little bit of the sausage at the bottom but overall, it was pretty good. The doughnut was good It was kind of soggy, but it was good. My daughter and I were excited to hear that this place is around the corner and has Boba Tea. It was our first time going to Mochinut tonight and I am not impressed! I had no idea how to order or do anything and they were not so helpful. we walked in. no one greeted us. One lady was helping 2 people with how to use the Ramen machines. Another behind the counter and another standing by the kitchen. We used the Kiosk to order, looked around trying to figure out what and how the menu was, noone came to ask if we needed help. Or had questions. it was clearly our first time here as we were amazed at the items on the menu! After we order. A lady walks and just handed a us the receipt and walks away. Our name was called with part of our order, then the rest. We were given an empty bowl. We were so confused not sure if we ordered something wrong or if the machine does it all. My daughter who sees the best in everything and everyone says the lady that kindly walked the other people through the whole process will do it for us when she gets back so we wait and she never comes back. So I finally get someone's attention and ask. And am told to just pick a flavor over there and point. We then pick one and try reading the instructions on the Ramen Machine to figure out how to cook the noodles. And again start looking around for help and no one is around here r tries to even offer help. I then look for the people the other lady so kindly helped and they already left. finished and then didn't realize although we didn't pick the spicy packet they were spicy, I remembered the other lady did tell the previous customer a hint about some packet....but we never knew as we assumed we were going to be guided the same way.
