Unfortunately, it was impossible to have it serviced after 6 PM because the necessary part wasn't readily available and had to be ordered. When I called Medical House, Darrius answered and went above and beyond to assist us. He remained on the phone after closing hours to explain everything clearly regarding the rental of a motorized wheelchair scooter. Thanks to his help, we were able to work it out and pick up the motorized wheelchair we rented for a month at a very reasonable price.
