As soon as I got to the new hotel, I contacted them again via email and asked if they could drop it off at the new location in the morning. Unbeknownst to me, I woke up to a wheelchair already there, because they brought it in the middle of the night!! The communication process was fantastic, they responded as soon as I emailed them. Both th woman & gentleman I spoke to on the phone were pleasant, caring & informative. When we returned the wheelchair, they actually found that there were pamphlets and things in the wheelchair pocket that my parents had left, so they emailed me and said they would mail those things to me. However, when my credit card was charged $115, I requested the invoice and discovered they had added the protection plan anyway. After my email and voicemail regarding the unauthorized charge went completely ignored, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and was successfully reimbursed. I am incredibly disappointed by this dishonest behavior and will not be renting from them again.

I had an in person initial visit to select a mask and fit it. I have the F30i mask. I have been…read morehaving fit problems with both the mask and frame. The frame is too small pulling the mask upwards into my nose so it feels like my nose is squashed. In addition, the mask rides up into my mouth. I tried stretching the frame upwards onto the top of my head even though there is no adjustment for that. Adjusting the straps has no effect on the upward pull of the frame, which squashes the mask into my nose or the mask moving upward into my mouth. Contact with staff at Quality DME has been very difficult. When you call to speak to a live coach you can never get anyone no matter how long you let the phone ring, which is why I resorted to texting through their website but as I previously stated they may not respond in a timely manner. I tried calling to make an appointment to get the mask and frame fit problem fixed but the phone prompts when you call do not have a selection for making an appointment so I pressed something until I got a live person to make an appointment. I knew not to press the selection for live support from a CPAP coach because they never answer the phone. So after several weeks of waiting I now have an appointment at the Lorton VA location to fix the fit. An opening for an appoint with them is not easy to find so you have to wait until you can get your problem fixed. I am strongly considering stopping CPAP service with Quality DME due to the poor support. I live in Maryland, which is 30 miles from their Lorton VA location. There are many CPAP providers nearer to me including the one I went to 10 years ago in DC. I only went to Quality DME now because my current ENT doctor directed me to go there. The place I went to 10 years ago had good CPAP patient support so I know what good communication and support should look like. I am not getting that at Quality DME.
