Each person that I dealt with from the man…read morewho gave the estimate, to the woman who called for scheduling to the installer, could not have been kinder and more helpful. I had a stair lift installed in my home. When they came to do the estimate they explained everything to me and left literature so that I could read more about what I was getting. The scheduling was easy and they worked around my schedule. The installer was great. He did a marvelous job, taught me how to operate the equipment and left not a trace that he had been there. A company that was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. And the product they installed is high quality and durable.

After a week of waiting with no communication, or responses to emails, I called and was informed that Freemont has been out sick. I was put in touch with another salesperson (Randy), from the start he gave the impression that he didn't want my business. He stated that he couldn't do anything w/o a driver's assessment, encouraged me to go elsewhere. This company has installed hand controls on three of my vehicles in the past. But I will never do business with them again. I encourage anyone needed work done to be cautions, as this company clearly don't care.

I confirmed with bin that it would be available for test drive if we left within a few minutes to make the drive to see it. I even texted when we were 30 minutes out to be kind and considerate of his time. When we arrived, we were directed to take a seat in the waiting room as Fremont was on a test drive with another client. A little while later we were told the test drive was the van we had just driven an hour to see and was being sold. Given that my communication with Fremont was utilizing Facebook messenger, it seems that the VERY least they could been done was an update to let me know someone else was looking at the van. I would have even respected him more had that occurred while he was a passenger on the test drive. Instead, he chose to be self serving and spiteful in what could have been a positive interaction. It would appear that clock mobility has a blatant disregard for their potential customers, a lack of value for time and consideration to the general public. It is absolutely disgraceful to me that businesses like this no longer value people or offer even minimal courtesy in a world that is cut throat enough already. If you value your time and resources, please consider making your future purchases elsewhere and remind the world that businesses do not have to operate in a way that isn't indicative of positive values and basic moral compasses.

    VAN LIFERS AVOID I…read morecalled a week and a half in advance to inform the shop of what parts I needed, and what was getting serviced on the van. When I brought my van in, the back doors would close reliably, just not seal 100%. The slider door was held closed by a ratchet strap. I wanted both doors serviced. Three days passed with no communication from the shop... I had informed them that it was really important to have my van completed by Friday, because I needed to leave Saturday for a three month work trip. I picked up my van Friday knowing that there was an issue ordering parts, and the parts for the slider door would come on Monday, too late to be fixed. I thought the back door would be fully serviced like I asked... Unfortunately when driving home, the rear door flew open at 55mph. They did not service the back door, and in fact, it is in significantly worse shape than when I brought the van in. Now the rear doors won't latch on their own, and both my slider and back doors are being held in by ratchet straps. Yeah just really disappointed overall, they broke my van worse than it already was and kept my van for four days. They did me dirty for sure!!!

I tried to resolve this with them directly but they simply walked away from the job and are now ignoring my emails. They also failed to provide any warranties for the installed product and have again ignored all requests to supply them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    Had urgent need for analysis of a trouble code on my just purchased 2007 Sprinter van with…read moreMercedes-Benz 2500 diesel. I explained to Service Advisor Andrew that we were in dire straits and needed to determine if the van was safe to drive to San Diego. I also explained we needed to return to San Diego for an Oncology appointment for my wife within two weeks. I first inquired by phone then drove 30 miles to ask in person. He said he would try to squeeze us in by Tuesday of the following week (5 days hence). I said we would remain in town until he called so we could get the analysis completed. Andrew seemed totally unsympathetic and couldn't care less about our plight. The parts guy was very nice and willing to get us whatever we needed. We just had no idea at that point. Based on the lackluster response from Andrew we decided to take the chance of immediately driving with the engine light and find another repair facility enroute. Turns out that was a great decision it has been 14 days now and still no follow up call from Andrew. I cannot comment on the professionalism of the repair team but if Andrew is any indication of the rest of this company, I would avoid this place. Customer "care" is non-existent.

I struggled to find any place in Michigan that would service my Sprinter/Mercedes motor home. I've found Andrew to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. My biggest complaint with this business is the cost of service... but now days, what's new about that.
