Turns out they don't process the card that day, they keep it on file until after insurance a few weeks later. They don't even ask if this is okay and anyone could have my card numbers on file. I had to request to take it down when I never even had an account or anything. Imagine a coffee shop worker entering your card info in their computer where anyone has access, not telling you, and you having to request it to be removed? Absurd. So the workers I talked to were all nice but this is illegal. You can't hold card info in Michigan without authorization.

Called Friday. Someone will call and pick it up. Friday night my daughter saw a tag on the door saying they'd been here. No call. I am in my bedroom full time because I will NOT .. CAN NOT sit and look at that bed without him in it! Hospice nurse called Sat. Someone called me and said tonight or tomorrow morning. I told them I am going to church for the first time in 10 months and they need to get it today. Got a text ... tomorrow morning. Told him I can't do this one more day and I have somewhere to be and asked if I can put it outside. He said "ok". I sent another text later to say the chair and oxygen are on porch but I can't get the bed out and they need to get it or I will take a hammer to it. This is cruel torture. He said "got it". I said, "No one had better come after me if I damage something because you've left me no choice." He responded and told me Carelink will not allow me to bully it's employees. I'M A BULLY? No. You are bullies. And you are cruel and heartless. It's Saturday night! He's been dead since Wednesday. Way to make the worst pain I've ever felt ... even worse! I truly hope this never happens to you!

Quite a selection to choose from. Excellent customer service. Waseem and Ali went out of their way to custom fit my wife's mobility needs. Test drove a couple and we settled on a pair of Pride Pursuit 2 scooters. White glove delivery and adjusted to fit each of us properly. We've enjoyed these scooters tremendously. The folks who work there are all super helpful and I was out in less than an hour. The jazz cd I was listening to was even back on when I returned to my car.
