The bikes are intuitively very easy to use and give a very smooth ride. We also had a great experience during the research and purchasing process. After having visited a few other stores where no one could help us or understood their products, it was a relief to find this store. The owner, Tom, takes great pride in his great customer service - took us out in the parking lot to try out a few different bikes, and what helped us make the decision is the warranty, and being able to have a brick and mortar to bring the bikes in for service as needed. They are not the cheapest out there, but we feel the investment was well worth it, and plan on using these bikes for many, many years.

While I knew they didn't need major work, I expected to leave the bikes with them until they could find time to look at them. Both bikes needed the cable tension tightened and air in the tires. While being a minor fix, Mason took care of me just like I was one of their biggest customers. We aren't the most avid bikers but GRBC has earned our business going forward.

Installed the tube, two days later found a flat tire, removed and found the tube had bulged out and popped at the manufacturing seam. Brought back for a replacement and was told in a condescending manner that I messed up when installing the tube and they would not replace it. I've been working on my own bikes for 20 years and know how to do repairs. Bad customer service. Tube costs $7. Had been considering a replacement adult bike soon, it won't be from their shop! I guess not replacing a few dollar part on good-will is worth losing a customer forever!

This shop was closed for the season but we happened to run into the owner in the parking lot. He was clearly not dressed for working on a greasy dusty bike but agreed to take a look at it.
