He's also just a genuinely nice guy and great to talk with if you have a minute - though if you're in a rush, he's efficient and respectful of your time too. They let me know that it was a 50:50 chance that the iPad could be repaired but would give me a complete refund if it didn't work. I figured it was worth the chance and a few days later (they had to order the parts and it was the weekend) I have it back working. I really appreciated their honesty and their willingness to refund me if they couldn't get it to work. I highly recommend them and will return if I need anything else repaired.

Screen replacements on newer Apple phones will cause a lot of issues that the seller does not disclose during sale nor want to remedy when inevitable issues arise. I have an Iphone 16 Pro that had a crack on the screen that increased in size over time. I did not initially want to spend over $300 on an genuine Apple screen replacement and opted for an aftermarket one. i found Sycamore Tech through Yelp, contacted the owner who scheduled me to come in the same day. Went to this business and had my phone screen replaced in a matter of 20 minutes. Prior to fixing, the owner even upsold me for a OLED screen for an additional $20 since the genuine Apple screens are OLED. After picking up my phone, the owner told me that I will have to calibrate the phone screen which can be done through the settings. I paid a total of $179. The same day, I noticed that the motion/movement while swiping on the screen was very harsh and not smooth compared to before. I also noticed that my phone battery was draining a lot faster along with the fact that the phone was heating up quickly. When I tried calibrating the screen, the phone would not allow it and gave an error message saying that it does not recognize the screen as a genuine Apple product. I searched the error code on Google and apparently it is a very well known issue. An issue that the owner never disclosed. A day or two later, my phone screen went completely black. Initially I thought that my phone was off (due to the battery draining quickly) and attempted to turn the phone on. However, I received a text message and felt the phone vibrate. A purple hue then started developing on the edges of the screen. My coworker immediately took a photo of the issue for me. Using my coworker's phone, I was able to secure an appointment with Apple the same day. After work, I went straight to Apple and told them the issue. The Apple tech ran a diagnostic test as done procedurally and even asked me "This is an aftermarket screen huh? I can tell." Apple replaced the screen, ran a diagnostic test, and everything functioned as normal again. The Apple tech also commented that Apple products are way too advanced today and gone are the days where you can buy aftermarket replacements parts. I paid Apple $350 in total to have my phone screen replaced. My mistake however, was not asking for the malfunctioning aftermarket screen back. I went back to Sycamore Tech and informed the owner of all the issues I had. I even showed him the $350 charge from Apple to prove that I was not lying or trying to game him in any way. His response? "Well yeah I mean it's never going to be as good as an actual Apple one." When asked if I can get a refund or even a partial refund, his response was, "How can I give you a refund if you don't give me back the screen?" I pleaded with the owner and explained to him that even I went back to Apple, I was not sure if I can get his exact phone screen back. The owner told me, "What kind of business would I be if I just started giving refunds to people who don't have a product to give back?" I pleaded with him again that I was not some customer who returned months later demanding a refund with no type of proof. I asked him to stand by his business and his product and again asked if. there was something he can do to remedy the situation. His response? "You should have came to me first." First mistake I had? Using Sycamore Tech. Second mistake I had? Not asking for the malfunctioning phone screen back from Apple. Third mistake I had? Coming back here thinking that the owner will right a wrong. An owner who does not stand by their product/service nor make any attempt to rectify their poor service is an owner who only cares about the money you're giving him,. Spend your money wherever and however you want to, I'm Just putting out my experience with this business so you won't make the same mistake.

They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.

All the phone retailer places I called around to to get a new phone was going to charge me 500 to 700 dollars that's why I really appreciate John and sati at the Mobil Mart they were cheaper than the rest for cellphone repairs they were nice and explained everything that was going on with my phone before they did it so I wouldn't waste any money . I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of because they explained what was going on thoroughly . They had me in and out of there in 2 hours which the other cell phone repair store said it would take 2 hours just to figure out what was wrong and then up to a week the fix because they would have to order parts . THIS PLACE IS UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP!!! I went there last year after i broke the back of my iphone and they were very unprofessional and rude. After breaking my galaxy s3 screen my friend told me to go to mobile mart, i told her i didnt like them. she then told me that they fixed her iphone right away and that they were great. so i decided to give them another chance. I went in and noticed the place looked very different, the guy there was very nice (i believe his name was john) he informed me that the store was under new ownership as of november of last year! anyways he fixed my phone in an hour! it was good as new. Bought a G1 when they first came out from this place, they gave me a rebate form that was expired and no longer has value. Went back there couple years later and fixed my computer, the guy installs a fake operating system of windows and now has a watermark on my computer screen, saying i have been a victim of software fraud because i don't have a genuine windows installed. Lastly in all my life i have never seen a business owner so ruthless towards his customers, he ripped off a minor out of his last penny. Grow up just because the young kid is not old enough to realize that your cheating him gives you a ok to do it. Have some moral and run your business with respect. I was impressed by their outstanding service. After being greeted as soon as walked in, I expressed my concerns about my damaged Iphone. It never performed the same after I dropped it at work. Of course the screen and other parts inside needed to be replaced. Other repair stores couldn't keep their promise on the time it would take to get the job done. John was honest and told me it would take several hours for him to fix my phone due to the high volume of customers he had before I came in. Came back later and my phone was ready to go. this place is a great place to get your laptop fixed. there very good at what they do. i bought a laptop from them by giving them my old laptop and paying off the rest for a good price if i may say.I love the laptop i brought home from mobile mart it was fast and played videos with no problem. eventually my laptop start turning off and on for no reason so i brought it back to mobile mart to fix it. Mobile mart fix it and only charge me 80 dollars for the repair i took them two days to fix it. They are a real cool group of guys that can help you out!!! read more

I broke my iPhone 6! :( I went to literally 3-4 different places to get it fixed and everyone quoted me so high and they didn't have the part in stock. I came across mobile mart on yelp and gave them a shot. I spoke to nabila over the phone and she was so sweet and helpful!! she quoted me a very reasonable price for parts and labor & had my phone ready in 30 minutes! They did such an great job! Called and left a message to get a quote for my daughters IPhone 5c that needed the LCD/screen fixed, after a few minutes of leaving the message "John" text me back a quote that was 20$ cheaper then the mall and others cell phone repairs. Unfortunately, as soon as I got in my car I realized that my rear camera was not working...it was working prior to the screen replacement. I immediately brought the phone back and was told that I'd have the option of replacing the camera part. Given the situation I figured I'd be better off taking my business somewhere else. The service here is great, but after this experience I would rather go to another shop if the quality is going to be hit or miss.

He likes to bite humans and throw their prized electronics on the ground. The more expensive the more he enjoys the destruction of that particular consumer good. I think he is jealous of this outdoor homeless cat family - The Meows - that I am slowly coming to love. My Apple Laptop and numerous phones all ruined. Filled with precious photos and videos all not backed up. My favorite Pig Pig video, my special friend dancing with Dr Dana in her living room cheek to cheek - not those cheeks - hot and steamy - bumping and grinding - all the best memories a person could have locked up in a phone with its guts spilling out. I love my little guy. I learned not to compare my new feline companion to Ms. Pig. She was perfect. No problems - just a companion that sat there and snoozed away and one had the feeling all was well in the world with her there. I tried to replace her with Rinks and Sweets - but that was a no go. Rinks - Ms Independent and Sweets - well, that was like no company at all. Enter Mr Moose - I invited pure chaos into my home. I'm so glad I have this business so near to my home. I don't think they can fix my cats biting or jealousy problems but they do know electronics. Watch out Mr Moose. Mr and Mrs Meow and all their Mini Meows might just take your place one day....

I went to Phone Repair Pro and they were willing to look at it and even attempt to repair it. They let me know that it was a 50:50 chance that the iPad could be repaired but would give me a complete refund if it didn't work. I figured it was worth the chance and a few days later (they had to order the parts and it was the weekend) I have it back working. I really appreciated their honesty and their willingness to refund me if they couldn't get it to work. I highly recommend them and will return if I need anything else repaired.

I came to EFX not expecting anything. I figured my phone was done, but figured i'd at least try and see. I was greeted by Fernando. He is a very nice guy. He explained to me my options. Fortunately, he was able to get my phone back up and running for a good price IMO. The shop wasn't busy when I arrived so it only took about 30min. He did recommend I get a new phone. Something I already assumed. I recommend his shop! The service is good and the turnaround time is pretty fast. Way better than shipping your item somewhere to be fixed.
