When this shop was open I loved it. I always had great repairs. It closed a year or so ago.

I'll say this about them. They gave me a decent deal on a desktop windows computer. But that was…read morealso after taking advantage of me, my friends and family with unfair pricing and dishonest business several times. The greatest wrong done to me by this business, specifically by the owner Jabbi, was when I sent my brother to them to have his Macbook motherboard repaired. During the replacement process Jabbi broke the screen and promised my brother that he would replace it for free, just as soon as he got one of the screens in. This went on for months and months, it's actually been over a year now. Every time my brother called he would tell him the same thing "Don't have one yet, keep trying back." Finally I decided to reach out on my brothers behalf about it and Jabbi said that he didn't break the screen, and called my brother a liar. After asking him how much it would cost to repair it he told me $450, which is an extremely unfair price. Screens can be found online for about $50 and the labor is not very intensive. It may take a novice computer repairman 15 minutes to complete. Over all I am very disappointed with how dishonestly they have done us, especially after all the business I've given them.

The laptop had an issue with the battery within days of buying it, so they agreed to replace it. Took forever, but they finally gave me one. Got it home, opened the package and the thing was clearly NOT a new battery - dented and looked like someone had tried to pry it out without unlatching it. It did work, though so I let it slide. Turns out the OS and office software was not legit though and after a while it continually prompted for me to activate Windows. Which of course was impossible no matter how many times we tried to do so because we didn't have a true product key, etc. Still functioned, but unable to use many Windows functions. The laptop they sold my son was an even bigger sham, claiming to have some super duper drives and video/sound cards, but it turned out to be a poorly cobbled together hunk-o-junk, too. By the time we discovered all of the above, they were no longer at the same location and we couldn't find listings for them anywhere. We file all of it in the "Live and Learn" folder.......
