Which Left my family members without phone service in the middle of their work day as they were not connected to wifi to finish the port & having older iphones they glitched connecting to tmobile. Was told go to any tmobile store near them & let them pick out a phone for the free iphone 17 promo & that also they could get their own plans & come off mine as long as it was within 14 days of my new service. (My intention was to remove them). Another store had a fit to be giving away a free iphone 17 (not sure but I think commission happens with the porting) but they did give one away to help as my daughter had no service & also said they would lose their promo price on the new phone if they went with a new service. Billing is confusing. Also if getting the wireless internet certain devices such as printers, roombas & cameras etc need to add a network 2.4ghz connection . You may need to call support for help.

I finally had to just leave because there was no end in sight to customers they were currently services. They never even bothered checking in after the initial we'll be tight with you. You've got to be able to multi task. Only so much is in their control, some customers are more needy than others but this time my experience went beyond an unreasonable amount of wait time. I had an infant with me as well, however my mom was with me to entertain him. My mother was only visiting from out of state so I don't have that luxury typically and to tote a 9 month old into a store to wait an hour is NOT going to happen. I also called the 800 number who instructed me to just head on into a local store to be helped and was then hung up on. I've been with T-Mobile since before they were T-Mobile. I'm extremely disappointed. This location is ALWAYS busy and two clerks does not cut it.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for a little over two months now, and I do like the friendliness of…read morethe reps unlike when I was with Verizon, however, the reliability of the service is poor in comparison. I have been through troubleshooting procedures with the rep already, they know there are problems in my area, but knowing isn't good enough. I had 4 dropped calls in one night last week, when on an important business call. And yesterday when going to a friend's house, where I had been before with my old carrier, and the phone worked then....I was unable to call him to open his gate until I backtracked and drove 10 minutes away just to get a signal, this is totally unacceptable service, and I will not put up with this. I contacted two reps, and they keep saying my buyers' remorse period is over, and they try to upsell me on phones, which will not help anything if there is no wi-fi where I am. I went to another friend's house after, and I had to go outside his house to get coverage, which was never the case before with Verizon. Now, they say my only choice is to pay $200.00 termination fee which I understand, that is standard policy. You can't have people canceling because of a change of heart. BUT, this is an entirely different matter, I am paying good money every month, and you as a company are failing to provide me the service I should be getting, this is T-Mobile's fault, not mine. At this time, I need you to let me out of my contract, due to poor service. I wanted to call this department, and I feel that me having to type this letter is a waste of my time. And it's not right that I am bound to a contract with a company who fails to provide a quality service to it's customers. And I don't want to hear anything about paying money out of my pocket to upgrade phones when I just bought this one, or about buyers' remorse period, that has nothing to do with the fact that I am getting horrible service, that I no longer want to pay for. Now to boot, they swapped out my phone which as I suspected, made no difference. And the guy at the store couldn't figure out how to set up the text messaging shortcut, which is an added inconvenience. And I specifically asked at the time I signed on, about Toronto, Canada, and they said I would not pay extra to text or call there, because they had towers there....my best friend lives there and to my horror, I see $28.00 of texting fees. T-Mobile can't get anything right, and at this point am not interested in paying those fees, OR the termination fee. Bad. Avoid this company at any cost.

Ok story time: The…read morestaff was unhelpful. Now this was several months ago so that staff might have been let go by now and new employees revolved in. My phone was completely dead/broken and I went there hoping I could understand my options for upgrading. However I was not the account owner/admin so they couldn't help me until I was one. That I understand, but they gave me zero help on how to do that. I had to then use there sample phones/computers to google how to do it while the guy "helping me" just stood there on his phone. After googling it and performing the actions needed, there was some glitch that wouldn't update me as the account owner on their end. Despite saying on my end saying I was. Again, understandable I know there are policies they have to follow. But what frustrated me was this guy offered zero help on anything. I had to google it myself on their computers and tried to figure it out. After about an hour of this I gave up. The guy was also clearly mad I was "wasting" his time. He could have saved me 30 minutes. And yes I did ask him for help but he just said I only know how to do it on the app (which of course wasn't working) the other staff members were clearly confused why he wasn't trying to help more. As I was walking out, I heard one of the other employees ask the guy "well did you tell him about the trade-in deal he could have with his phone?" And the guy just said "nope." I ended up calling the helpline the next day and got my answer on my trade in options within 30 seconds. That's all I wanted. I wasted an hour of my time because this guy either didn't know anything or was just lazy. I don't remember his name, but he was larger, bald, with a beard and glasses. Pretty generic description lol but maybe that can help with the feedback. Really frustrating day and I will not go back to this store or a Verizon store if I can help it

Of course you wouldn't know that as they know for a fact if they posted that specific info at their registers then they would quickly become the one business in america that people would refuse to spend cash at. They work on commissions and at their Gallatin location the store manager trains them on being worse than any car salesman you've ever met. It must be that way because once you meet the guy he does the same exact things and acts the same as his employee's. They will say ANYTHING to get you to buy something sometimes not even saying anything as one of their employees added a product at the register when I was in the process of making a very, very large purchase of a new computer over 2000 dollars. He explained it by showing me the product and saying "if you install this you will get 40% off the price of it". What he didn't tell me was that he charged me 100$ for the product and did not tell me so I had thought by his statement IF I installed the product AND bought it (online like you literally do with 90% of this type of item) I would get a huge discount). The manager had no clue as to why after I found out the employee "slipped in" the other product I didn't know that I was buying why I would bring everything back........... Where I grew up once you know for a fact someone lied to your face (really committed fraud) you don't do any business with them at all period because you can't trust them! I literally, literally had to explain that to the store manager 3 times because (here comes the teaching his staff to be lying salesmen part) acted as if he totally did not understand what I meant the three times I had said your employee flat out lied to me just to get me to buy the product. He kept trying to jump past that specific action that led us to the return and he kept asking things instead like "so it didn't perform as you wanted or it didn't this or that" (he was trying to go down that specific road to put everything on the product that I purchased if it was faulty or not and NOT that it was his teaching his employee's to say anything and do anything just to make a profit and allowing them to use the tactics that they do to sell products as they do. Imagine literally telling someone that their employee "sold" you something without your knowledge and that he flat out lied to your face repeatedly about the actual main purchase you were buying and after three times each time he looks you in the face and says "I don't understand was there something wrong with the product"? That is exactly what happened no somewhat or sort of but EXACTLY how it happened. To make it worse the employee in the parking lot got my phone number directly after buying the computer whe he brought it out he wanted to buy MY old computer (which is totally against their company policy and I know that because he told me to my face "I'm not supposed to do this but I been looking for a bigger tower case" and you tell the store manager that including that this employee has my personal number in his phone right now and he can go look just to prove he's a liar only for the manager to blow me off insinuating I was just saying things at that point due to being mad. So calling me a liar. That's why I know the manager is telling them to do these things, he won't even go check a phone for proof of deception. Everything was a deflection then they had to "check" to make sure it still worked (totally get that) but after like 45 minutes in a totally empty store it became the manager trying to make me stand there as long as possible just to get me the maddest. He had literally 1 page to fill out all of which equated out to be less than a half a paragraph which (while at this point he was finally back at the counter) I stood there for an additional 20 minutes waiting on that one page to be completed. Oh you have no idea I could go on for a minute and then if that wasn't enough the district manager refuses to call anyone back (read the other reviews) because again these people have knowledge that their employees do slimy things and they let them and it's all good to them. No accountability, as long as they keep selling they don't care how they do it. All I can say is thankfully I can hold my temper but I guarantee just by the way the manager doesn't know any better when to stop pushing and as crazy as people are today I'm glad that I don't work there because it's only a matter of time when he will pull that with someone who doesn't deal with things like normal people. I've was in the military for over 10 years and have been in active zones. I was so upset I was literally shaking not from anger but just from stress you have no idea. Do yourself a favor even if you have to pay more it's worth it to go somewhere else!
