The guy not helping me, only suggested that I delete the Mail app and reinstall it. He wouldn't check any of the phone settings at all. It's BS when you pay almost a car payment to them each month but they don't want to help you at all. This Verizon store is horrible.

After two weeks he called me to say that it would be $179 because he was wrong on what model of Air it was. After another two weeks I called and he said the new screen hadn't come in. I waited another week and still nothing. The next week, he said that the screen had been discontinued and he would have to build one. I waited another month and when I called again I was told that something happened and it couldn't be fixed so he would have to replace it with a new iPad and he wouldn't charge me for it. I kept calling and every time I called the new iPad had not come in. They kept telling me it would be in tomorrow, then tomorrow again, etc. Finally I went in person and he said it was in but he left it at home. I told him I would be in again tomorrow to get it. He did bring it the next day. When I finally got it, I'm not sure what they did. It is a white iPad like mine was but the home button is black and the fingerprint doesn't work. The serial number is different from my original but my photos and apps are the same. This could have been handled so much better. I feel like I was lied to and they did not do what they promised. It is definitely not a new iPad and does not have the functionality that my original iPad had. They had my device for a total of 4 months and still did not do what they said they would do.

The guy looked at it, tested it, and said he thought it just needed cleaning out - not a new port. He gave me the cost and said if it didn't fix the problem I owed nothing. Turns out he was right - some small pieces of grass clippings I couldn't see had gotten into the charging port and was preventing a good connection. Phone is as good as new. The guys were helpful and friendly. My only complaint is they made me wait on the "fix" to wait on some guys who came in after me. First come first served in my book, but that's my only gripe." 10/10.
