Avoid this location. Defective screens, no warranty support, and zero integrity. This is the second…read moretime a replacement screen from this store failed with a black dot within three days. The glass is flawless and the phone wasn't dropped; it is a defective part! Instead of honoring their warranty, the manager refused to fix it and told me to file another insurance claim or "take my work someplace else." To make it worse, I overheard the same manager telling another customer to buy insurance from him, wait a few days, and then bring in an already broken device to get it covered. I decided on the screen and it took about a week for it to be received and replaced. I was told that the computer would be ready at a day and time. I showed up and was relatively calm when it wasn't. The woman in the shop called the tech guy and he offered to have the laptop delivered because I don't live in the area. The cost to repair was lower than the estimate so I am less peeved about the delay, and we did receive it the same evening. And the tech managed to manipulate the cover so it fit together. All in all, I'd try Lopez Computer again, but now I know to be less definitive with the timing of the repair.
