I had a very frustrating experience at this Verizon store. When we walked in, an employee immediately helped us even though a woman had clearly been waiting longer than we had, which felt uncomfortable and unfair to her. The employee assisting us spoke so quietly that we could barely hear him, making the entire interaction difficult and awkward. All we wanted to do was trade in a phone, but the only option we were offered was to add an entirely new line. That makes no sense--if it's a trade-in, why would adding another full line be required? The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and offered no real solutions. Overall, the experience felt inconvenient and poorly handled. Because of this, we've decided to switch to AT&T instead. I've been a customer for over 20 years. Recently switched my phone service to another carrier Verizon locked me out of my Verizon account so I couldn't pay the final bill. So I make it to the store to pay the bill and then they have tacked on fees. Verizon used to be a great company and a phone carrier now they're overpriced for crap service that you pay a lot less for through others . I would highly recommend getting your phone service from anyone else. read more

Manager has horrible customer service. She refused to let me pick up a phone I ordered and paid for because I didn't have my drivers license. Per customer service, I could use my social security card or another government ID. I had both those. She still would not allow me to get it. I called Verizon and they had me put her on the phone to instruct her that she could give it to me with my ID's. She still wouldn't. I think she doesn't realize that the equipment doesn't belong to her, and she can't pick and choose who to give it to. She was not knowledgeable and frankly I believe she just didn't want to admit she was wrong. If possible, use another Verizon store. I was able to get my phone at another store after cancelling and reordering at another store. read more

Very efficient operation. I needed to transfer phones and customer service was excellent. I process was a bit lengthy but not the store's fault. Ray was very patient with me and walked me through the process. Everyone that entered the store was greeted and signed in in order that they arrived. Very kind to a few elderly customers that were in to have some assistance. They didn't try to up sell an elderly gentleman with more data than he would ever need. I was very impressed. read more

This Lebanon location is the K-Mart of Verizon Wireless. Understaffed, SLOOOW and inconsiderate. This is from the GM down which is who my poor experience was with. A piece of advice for those considering Verizon, DRIVE to the MOUNT JUIET location. I have yet to have a bad experience with Verizon except for the Lebanon store and the GM. Update: because Verizon places customers on hold for an hour or so to talk to a customer service rep they now punish you with chat. I was on chat with Verizon from 5:37 to 10:14 and it could have been handled with a phone call. Verizon seems not to care about customers with any type of issue. The GM at Lebanon TN location transferred service to an upgrade for me, when I changed my mind on the phone he didn't think it was necessary to transfer the service back to the phone I brought in. This is the GM people, how can a company put someone like that in charge and expect anyone below him to preform better. After dealing with this GM and the relentless chat I have decided to move everything I have and anyone I can talk into going with me to any other carrier. I figure that if I am required to pay a Premium for the service with Verizon I have 320/mo to cover my cell service needs and find a company that understands what Customer Service should be. I believe the GM was Robert Nichols, if you see him at any Verizon Wireless location I would advise you find another store or carrier before he "assists" you with anything. read more

Verizon stores are usually holding cells. You think you'll get taken care of because someone at he door catches you instantly and asks why you're there. When you answer, you're plugged into a system and encouraged to browse. Not so at this joint. Jennifer caught me at the door and walked me through the buying process. We came in with an Apple ID issue and decided to upgrade while we were there. The whole staff was friendly and helpful but particularly David Halliburton who spent over an hour with us patiently working on the Apple ID problem and then transferring our phones. Courtney was amazing too, unlocking the Apple ID. Great experience. read more

If I could give zero stars I would...this place and our salesman Alvin Jackson has n o ethics or morals and when done here I am contacting the FCC.We were lied to about the monthly costs,I clarified it 4-5 times,instead of saving money its costing us more,which is not in our budget..An illegal way to make a sale and screw someone.When we contacted Alvin Jackson our unethical and slimy salesman he never responded and ignored us,he got his sale so why does he care.We contacted customer service and got nowhere,they could careless,they have in a contract,even though it was entered into illegally by the Alvin Jackson our salesman lying to us and they dont care.apparently Verizon may train their employees this way....stay away form this store and from Verizon...most unethical wireless company out there. read more
