It's been literal years since I last stepped foot into Target and I remembered exactly why it's been so long this past visit. This particular Target isn't as bright as I remember any Target being. The lighting seemed dimmer and the energy was depressing. We had just moved to TN and needed toilet brushes/plunger sets for the bathrooms as well as trash cans. I had a $50 gift card that had been sitting in my wallet for at least 3 years, so I figured, why not use it? There are THREE separate locations in Target to find their toilet/plunger sets and every one of them is over $18 each. For a piece of plastic and rubber?! Target is so outrageously expensive, I don't understand the hype. This wasn't even their fancy looking ones, no...those go for at least $30. The $18 sets were just plain white plastic. We decided to shop for those things elsewhere but did grab some snacks, milk, almond milk, and paper plates until our movers arrived. Their soda-stream CO2 tanks and syrups were on sale so we bought another tank and two syrups. Stock was low on a lot of stuff and some shelves were empty. In total, we we spent $68 for two bags of chips, 1 gallon of milk, 1 half gallon of almond milk, a package of 25 paper plates, one soda stream C02 tank, and two soda stream syrups. That's insane! And not in a good way. We did self check out but one item didn't scan correctly. The employee helped us and was friendly. Based on how unaffordable Target has gotten, I'm definitely not going again unless I get another gift card. Target is just an expensive version of Walmart, for no reason at all. read more

I visited the Mt Juliet location yesterday with a return. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful, polite and went above and beyond by showing me the target app that will house all of my receipts. She is a delightful young lady and delivered a positive experience! read more

Absolutely fuck this place !! Was calling about my prescription and their dumbass automated message wasn't working so I called customer service and they didn't help me at all :)! In fact they even told me they "couldn't help me" (which isn't true, I worked there for a short period of time) You have to practically search for help, the store constantly looks like shit, and on top of that everyone who works there clearly does not care, and like I don't need a bunch of attention, but act like you give a fuck for like a few hours at least ! :) Fuck this place, it needs an entirely new team ! read more

Please, please get rid of the AT&T salespeople. Today was the third time I have been hounded by them in this Target. I already have AT&T cell phone service, and no means no when you're trying to sell me things. Electronics in this store is right across from the baby section. I was trying to shop for a crib for my baby, but the forwardness of the salesman today, walking over and interrupting me in a completely different department, then not taking no for an answer, made me so uncomfortable that I left the store altogether. read more

Costumer service is very rude. I have service dog an one of the workers in a wheelchair told me not to come back with the dog. Then she was rude the whole time while I was in the self checkout line. Do not go to this target. Go to the hermitage one. read more

I love target! It has clothes, food, blankets and house supplies! I'm a regular shopper, I like going to there Starbucks's and going shopping. They have cute stuff, and wonderful toys. It's also a great place to shop during Christmas time. Though sometimes they have expired food and that's pretty gross. The staff are pretty friendly from what I've experienced. So I head on over to the electronics department and there they are! The cellphone Vultures. Maybe they will say something kind something clever or engaging... Nope ... "who do you currently have service with?" The same pitch every salesman from every call phone provider pitches you . But they expect you to think you are signing up for something different or new or exciting. The same old line from the same old phone company. Well, we'll, well. I have an awful lot to say about a young woman here name Kaitlin. She is an atrocious human being and needs to be removed from working with the public. I was with my two young children last night and her attitude was appalling. She screams, mean mugs, and uses the F word freely. In fact, when I asked her for her name, she said "FUCK HIM" to a group of other female employees. Let me explain what happened and why she needs to be fired. I was in line with my children. Had been in line for 20 minutes since it was the holiday shopping season. As we approached the front there was a very nice young blond girl with glasses that was directing us customers to which aisle to go to for check out. There was a bit of a gap between us and the register and a few people tried to cut the line. As the young blond girl was getting overwhelmed with the cutters those of us in line were getting ignored. Out of frustration I said to my children " the cutting here is getting out of hand". At that moment a loud voice rang over my daughters ear yelling at us to "JUST MOVE FORWARD THEN. JESUS." I looked at her and moved forward. Not wanting to make a scene in front of my children I waited until I could get a second to ask her for her name. I did just that and received the attitude I mentioned above. This Kaitlin lady was not in any kind of contact with the young blond girl. She had no idea she was overwhelmed. But her solution to the problem that stemmed from her lack of communication, was to holler at me to "just move". Then when I want her name so I can speak to her supervisor she screams "FUCK HIM". It's a good thing I didn't bring my children to ask her her name because I would have lit her up for speaking like that I. Front of my kids. The worst Target I've been to in a while. Moved here three months ago and they have not restocked since. The store is ALWAYS A MESS! This location is clean, the staff all wore masks and the carts were continuously wiped down. Glad to see they're taking all COVID precautions here. This Target is great. The employees are kind and caring, helpful and resourceful. I bought a vacuum here in April and got a crack in the hose so I reached out to Dirt Devil who had me send photos, serial number etc. I also called Target to see if I had any options since I had only bought vacuum 4 months ago, I also stressed how concerned I was about the fact of having no vacuum for a couple weeks with three cats, waiting on the manufacturer to replace it. I know that Target has its aficionados, but I just don't get it. It's smaller than Walmart, has far less selection, costs more, doesn't really have anything different or special, and is generally snobby. This particular one is especially annoying since it has no express lanes or self checkouts. So if you have three items, you have to wait in mixed lines with people who have full carts. Hello? Wow! Some people really have had some unfortunate experiences at Target. I am really sorry to hear that. I hope I can influence those individuals to try Target again? My experience at Target has been fantastic! I am progressively ill and need constant medication management. I have found the most responsible and caring pharmacist in the industry at Target in Mt Juliet Tennessee. Her name is Jennifer. She is attentive to my needs, spends a great deal of time with me discussing my medicines, and is always available to assist me when I have problems with my providers. I call her every time I have a question about a medication and she obliges me no matter how busy she is. People do not quite understand that the doctors are not the last authority on medications. The PHD's that run the pharmacies are at times actually more knowledgeable than the medical professionals are. This is simply because this is their job and their only job. My sister is a pharmacist in a major hospital and saves lives every day. I do not worry about prices when it comes to my health. I worry about getting the best medical care I can for my money. My great pharmacist Jennifer at my Target store in Mt Juliet is the best I have ever had. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants the best medical advice they can get for their money. And if you go there, make sure you ask for Jennifer. You will find this a remarkable experience. read more

I don't frequent this Target much, but each time I have visited here I have always received great service. They have great deals, and I've always been able to find some clothes in my size (more than Walmart, where I never can find good quality plus-size clothes). The aisles are wider than the one I frequent the most, which is nice and doesn't make me feel cramped when I'm shopping. Only negative is that they don't keep the restrooms that clean...they need more work. Otherwise, I will keep visiting when I'm in the area! read more

Solid target. Employees are young but all seem to work hard. I've never had a complaint about this location minus one time they sent me to another target to get something they were out of only to be told they also didn't have it. What happened to customer service and cashiers?? Went into pick up a few things and not one cashier available. All self checkers were open, but all were busy. They have one aisle with the self checkouts, people crowded in with their carts blocking the next checkouts and no way to exit. In the past they at least one one or two cashiers were open, not any more. I feel sorry for the elderly man trying to buy a large item or the woman with many items in her cart and children. It is a busy store and sad they can't help paying customers. Big tax break and hire fewer people. read more

This isn't a Super Target but it's nice. They seem to have an issue with trash, as it always over flowing out of the trash cans at the entrance. The store itself always seems a little disheveled. The staff is usually helpful. The clearance section isn't as vast as some of the other target locations, like the Brentwood location. Oh well. read more

I hate taking things back. I thought I had the receipt and only wanted to exchange shoes for another size. Teresa told me I had wrong receipt. I couldn't believe it. I said well just give me the shoes back. I start to walk out and she says something under her breath. I said what is your name and what did you say? Our cashier was about the only redeeming thing about this store. Starbucks was filthy and the folks behind the counter didn't pay any mind to their customers. No greeting or "have a nice day."
