The shop is conveniently located in Warwick, inside the Walmart at the R.I. Mall on Bald Hill Road. Surrounded by cell phone accessories, one woman sits at a desk that is also her workshop. Magic happens here ... She quickly diagnosed that my phone needed a new charging board/port, and explained the repair in a straightforward manner, with a clearly quoted price that was very reasonable. She keeps parts for many phones, but happened to be out of the part for my particular phone, so I had to return a couple days later, when it was re-stocked. No problem, though, she said my phone was also capable of being charged using a wireless magsafe charger (which I didn't know about). She sold me a wireless charger at a very reasonable price, and she was so thorough that she tried it on my phone to made sure it worked, before I left the store. I was very grateful that I was able to use my business phone again, while I waited for the part to be ordered. As promised, two days later, the part arrived, and she contacted me. I returned, left the phone with her, went to do an errand, and when I returned about 45 minutes later, my phone repair was complete, and my phone was fully charged, with a new glass screen protector installed (which I requested) and my phone case reinstalled. The phone was good to go, and instantly begins charging when I plug a charge cord in it. I am beyond happy, and would recommend this business without hesitation.

However, that attitude can quickly change when customers question something or decline to purchase additional products. Nick's temperament and treatment of customers can become extremely unprofessional, involving bullying, intimidation, and threats to call the police if customers question the service or product. False Accusations of loitering or causing a disturbance should never be used as intimidation tactics against customers. Customers are encouraged to come in with the impression that service is available, only to be told there is no appointment spot or that the technician isn't available, yet the sales team handle both.  Their focus is more on selling. They spend considerable time pushing products, store credit cards, and unnecessary purchases rather than on the repair. Beware of the quality of replacement parts and materials, it's a temporary fix.  Ask about safety standards, and if a warranty is provided. Cheaper materials should never come at the expense of quality or safety. A repair business should prioritize honest service, reliable repairs, transparency, and respect-not misleading expectations, aggressive sales tactics, credit card pressure, and intimidation. May management takes these concerns seriously to make meaningful improvements for greater business.

Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. Took only a couple of days for parts and they replaced the cooling system and all the thermal paste. Work was done well and for a reasonable cost.
