I want to thank Jay who helped people the day I went. The facility was clean and organized, so I felt very comfortable about coming here. They are next to car wash and a gas station. Also, Stonewood Mall is across the way too. The had coffee and snacks, I loved that they had Kirkland coffee pods, oh heck yea. The waiting area is not huge but enough. Jay was very knowledgeable and helpful; I overheard him helping people out. As far as value, I felt I got a good value, as I was shopping around. I was given a time estimate, and a time estimate if I wanted additional service and they were very good about meeting that. I got a free car wash at the was station next door, full service, and they did a great wash. I am already planning my next visit with them. I will update review in the future.

He answers his phone within two rings, never says no, and always finds a solution to any car issue. He's transparent, reliable, and truly prioritizes his work ethic over money. They always get me in and out within minutes. Before moving to Long Beach, I only went to the dealership for any car problems. Once I moved, I wanted something more convenient and now I'll never go back to a dealership again. Today I went in for a service, and George let me know my tires weren't looking good. I told him I agreed (they were long overdue for a change), and he immediately connected me with his friend down the street. I ended up getting brand-new tires for an amazing price, the deal was so good it almost felt unreal. Once again, it was all thanks to George and his connections. As a woman, it means a lot that he doesn't try to exploit my lack of car knowledge. Instead, he educates me and treats me with respect. It looked like only one or two cars could realistically be serviced at a time, which made the operation seem limited. Additionally, the person who initially came out to help didn't appear very knowledgeable and didn't seem like he had the authority to make decisions on behalf of the company. It's good to know this business is around and available in the area, but based on my experience I probably won't be returning here for service.

I took my car in because I had an oil leak, so I started off by getting the oil pan gasket fixed (I…read moreknew this was the problem from the start ) so they change it and tells me it's still leaking oil, then suggest a valve cover gasket. I do it then the car is still leaking oil. Dennis (the mechanic) recommends a rear main seal replacement but I don't do it and 6 months later I decide to get to the bottom of why my car is leaking oil and I see it's still the oil pan gasket so I decide to switch it out myself and i see how bad of a job these people did and tried to scam me into doing more work than needed. The oil pan gasket was the problem from the beginning I seen the gasket they used and it was a make your own gasket (later if silicone or something) very messy work some of the gasket was inside of the pan and inside the upper oil pan apart from that it was ripped and still leaking oil. Just be careful check your work before leaving the shop. I paid over $500 for the job to be done with very cheap materials.

All without the customer pre-approval. they also charged her for oil change which was done the day before at a different shop. the brake pads and rotors were replaced few months ago still have more than half life to go. On the bill they hand written, she needs spark plugs and parking brake assembly. never mentioned the OBD code nor the original complaint from the customer. She was charged $380 for work never was needed nor asked for and left with a damaged brake release handle. This is a dishonest facility never take your vehicle there.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this business. Being a woman I am always Leary about…read morehaving my car serviced. Not only do people attempt to take advantage of me because I'm a woman but also because I drive a Mercedes. I needed brakes and there was no way I was going to the dealership to have the replaced . So, I searched on Yelp and of course I came across a plethora of businesses but Bolles was the only one that had all five stars, I gave them a call and spoke with the owner's son (sorry i forgot his name) he was very polite, and knowledgeable. The next day o took my car to them to be serviced. I dropped it off and they called me a couple of hours later with an estimate. Yes the estimate was pricey but again he was using Merced's parts and we all know that those aren't cheap. But what I appreciated most was their honesty . He told me that the rotors on the back were shit and definitely had to be replaced but the front were fine and if the price was too much I could actually wait awhile (not forever, but a payday or two) before replacing the brakes . I thought this was the most honest expertise I had ever had with an unknown mechanic. If you want the job done right, with friendly, professional people I would recommend this business to you and anybody who needed a wheel alignment and or brakes .
