I showed him my current car (which I was selling) and explained exactly how I wanted the leather seats in my new car to look. He personally inspected my vehicle, including the backseat, so there was no confusion about what I wanted. When I got my car back, the back seats were not done the way I had clearly specified. I brought the car back and explained the issue, but instead of addressing it, he argued that the work matched what I had requested. I reiterated that this was not correct--we had provided photos and he had even seen the original seats in person. On top of this the dealership, de Paula did not do anything either. Instead, this turned into a much bigger issue. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately started experiencing electrical problems that were never present before. My voltage was dropping dangerously low, my stereo system began cutting out, my amp failed, and even unrelated components like my fog lights started acting inconsistently. When I brought the vehicle back, instead of taking accountability, I was told my amp was bad and ended up purchasing a replacement through them. I was also advised that my alternator might be the issue--despite my Tahoe only having around 66k miles--so I spent additional money replacing that as well. None of this resolved the core problem. To make matters worse, when I scanned my vehicle myself, I found multiple BCM (Body Control Module) faults that appeared after they worked on it--something I never had prior. I've made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with them, including reaching out again today after being told the owner would speak with me. Instead, I was told he was unavailable and "getting on a plane," which felt like just another excuse and more runaround. At this point, I'm left with a vehicle that has ongoing electrical issues, money spent on parts I likely didn't need, and no accountability from the shop that caused the problem in the first place. I strongly recommend anyone considering this shop proceed with caution. What started as a simple install turned into a costly and stressful situation with no resolution.

You dont have to own a Mercedes to get a quality install, he treats all his customers with the exact same respect and understanding. From the consult appointment of KC to installation, we are pleased with the excellent customer service. Initially, KC made a visit to consult on our needs. No charge for home visit! He listened and answered our questions. He prepared an estimate that was emailed to us. We approved and paid a deposit. Shortly, after an appointment for installation was set up. The plan-- *Install a new 55" Samsung TV mounted on brick wall above our fireplace. A sound bar was attached to the bottom of the TV. It will improve sound in the large family room with a vaulted ceiling. *Move the 46" Samsung TV we bought from Towne four years ago to another room, the office sitting area. It was mounted on a wall. Service men were efficient and professional. (They removed shoes in the house.) They checked with us about details including appropriate placement. After installation, an informative clear explanation of the remote settings for the tv and for the sound bar were given. They cleaned up. We highly recommend this family owned local business.
