As someone that regularly repairs, and then sells computers, this place seemed wonderful, as I could easily sell my wares to them (at a slightly lower price than ebay). As it turns out, this was not easy, whatsoever. Upon attempting to sell my first laptop, I was told they would need about half an hour to run some tests. That's perfectly alright. 5 hours later though, I was tired of wandering the mall, so I left my contact info and the laptop. They told me they would contact me (they never did). Cue the next day (about 28 hours later), I headed back over to the store, where I was told that the CD drive didn't work. This came as a surprise, with the employees insisting that they tried everything and that it must be broken. I promptly borrowed a random DVD off the shelf, popped it in, and it read the disk perfectly, no problems. They then insisted that they couldn't buy it without re-testing it. I asked how long, they told me it would take just as long as before. I told them that asking another 24 hours over the already day long wait was unacceptable, and the employees promptly all stared at their feet, and made no attempt to rectify the situation whatsoever. On top of all this, when they reset the laptop, they added a password, so now I can't even access the computer. I will not be selling or buying anything at this store after this hassle, I would rather go back to selling things to people on craigslist or eBay, as its far less hassle, and pays better. read more
