He said "Yeah, his name is Bl0W ME".........he proceeded to call me a f@gg0t so many times I lost count. After advising him my family is made of police officers he handed the phone over, but told me to "nail my f@ggot dick to a cross".....Seriously! The next "gentleman" went next. I already knew there was not a chance I would do business with these people......but quite honestly......the things coming out of their mouths were INSANE! I actually plan on filing with the Albany Police Dept, The BBB, and State Attorney Generals Office. This place will absolutely not get away with that behavior. Complete animals. I dont think they qualify as a LGS, but they do sell the crack for cheaper than the big boxes, so im sold. i picked up a bundle box and hit a few goodies, but thats not their doing. staff was just surly enough for me thank you, nothing too out of control, but now you know too. sorry to say, since you read it, this review is no longer mint.

My experience with NYC Phone Buyer was extremely frustrating and lasted 5 weeks. Long story short,…read moremy employer decided to switch carriers and said I could do whatever I wanted with my work iPhone 14. I found NYC Phone Buyer on Swappa given that he offered the best price. My barely used iPhone 14 was in pristine condition and had always been in a case with a screen protector. NYC Phone Buyer received my phone on May 10th and the problems began when he claimed that there was a tiny scratch so he wanted to pay less than offered. Bait and switch. I said ok because he had my phone and could have walked. But worse was to come..... Unbeknownst to me, even though my company wiped my phone, NYC Phone Buyer informed me a week after he received my phone that "Remote Management Verbiage" remained on it and must be removed. I sent him instructions on how to remove it. No response. Turns out that the "Entire NYC Phone Buyer Office" (1 guy) went on vacation during the 2nd half of May and no emails were answered during this time. After much cajoling and many emails, ONE MONTH LATER (June 12th) he followed the instructions and removed Remote Management. YAY! He then sent an email that he had paid me. NOT TRUE! When I emailed to say that there had been no payment, he merely said that he had reached his Zelle limit for the week. No apologies for stringing me along or sending a false email about payment. He said he could pay via Cash App so I set it up and sent my CA info on June 13th. Crickets again despite chasing and NO RESPONSE! Finally on June 17th, I asked Swappa's to contact him and MAGICALLY payment from NYC Phone Buyer arrived a couple of hours later. To recap, he got my perfect condition iPhone on May 10th and didn't pay until June 17th, 5 WEEKS LATER AND ONLY BECAUSE SWAPPA MADE HIM PAY.
