Amazing little gem in middle Ohio offering a quality of ramen you wouldn't expect, but absolutely…read moreworth coming and having. Better than ramen I've had in San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago or Dallas. The chili oil or sashuan oil is not as hot as I thought. Easy to eat, even if you can't tolerate much spice. Staff was super amazing. Shout out to the guy behind the bar. Rockin' beard and rockin' attitude. Easy 30-minute drive from Beaver Creek, Wright-Pat area, but so worth it.

I wasn't as surprised this time by the location in a neighborhood, something that gives it a very welcome feel and suggests with the addition of a covered outdoor porch with picnic tables that this is a good neighborhood hang. I was late for lunch, almost two but there were some folks still finishing up. Good vibe, good music and casual atmosphere. I opted for the Takoyaki app which was tasty and not so burning hot that it scorched the roof of your mouth. Also the right amount of mayonnaise as opposed to often an excess. The Ramen Flight was fun in principle but I wouldn't do it again. I unwisely and perhaps naively assumed there would be mini versions of the full serving of Tonkotsu broth with Mayo, Thai curry and Szechuan with scallions. But it really is just the broth and ramen. Expected the Szechuan to have some heat and peppery lip buzz but did not. The Thai curry was super salty. Just missed some option of veggies and protein. Finally I would suggest not sitting near the front near the stairs to the kitchen. The spot has competing music soundtracks with two different play lists battling between your two ears.

This place was a complete shocker. When you pull up it looks like a warehouse, but the inside is…read moreclean and appealing. You order at a counter and they bring the food out. The food was the real shocker though. Everything was sooo good. The chicken soup was flavorful and well seasoned. Salad was fresh and used excellent feta and Kalamata olives. The tzatziki was great too. It was so good for lunch that I went back for dinner, and I NEVER do that. Go go go!!!!!

We started out sharing a few of their apps. The spicy feta dip was WONDEFUL, my friend's fire feta fries were a full meal (and more!) but my spanikopita was NOT the greatest, just a little triangle with barely any filling/taste. Luckily, we managed to save some room for our delicious meals... My falafel bowl was easily 2-3 meals, and included a generous portion of their homemade hummus... Yum!! My friend's chicken shwarma bowl also was super generous, with tons of fresh veggies and lots of well-seasoned chicken. We were both too full for dessert, but the choices look great!! Nothing fancy, authentic enough, Eat Greek is a super fresh, FAR from average "Field of Springs" chain restaurant option. Tons of choices, reasonable prices, this kind of variety is EXACTLY what Springfield needs !!

They had fresh flowers on each table, which was such a nice touch. As soon as we sat down, we were served crispy pinwheels and hot sauce. The chimichanga was on specials and it was beautifully presented, almost reminding me of a giant dumpling! You can choose from a variety of different options for protein, so I chose steak. It had a creamy sauce surrounding it, and also came with salad and rice. The rice was flavorful and the salad had some guac on it, so it was creamy and good. The Al pastor torta was more like a flat bread/ pita sandwich, and was filled with diced Al pastor, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. We ordered a side of grilled onions and peppers, which were spicy and went well with the torta. We ordered jalapeños but we were served Serranos, which were even spicier! The server was really welcoming and efficient. You can pay the bill as you walk out, and credit cards incur a fee. Tips are also separate and you can give it directly to the server! They also had some desserts on display but we were too full to indulge this time.
