Dear Office Depot Management,…read more Today, I visited your store location and had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. I came in to print logos for my daughter's birthday party, but the associate working in the Print & Copy department was extremely unhelpful and displayed a poor attitude throughout the interaction. While I observed her assisting other customers--going as far as walking them to the products they needed--I did not receive the same level of service. She seemed visibly annoyed by my questions and made me feel as though my presence was a burden. Additionally, I noticed that she provided other customers with their labels to check out at the front counter. However, when it was my turn, she required me to pay in the back with her, which made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. The entire experience felt discriminatory and disrespectful. I have always shopped at Office Depot and never had an issue before. The fact that I still spent $59.23 in a place where I felt unwelcome is very upsetting. Unfortunately, due to this experience, Office Depot has lost me as a customer.

It is now 2/9/2024 and my package is MIA. There is no record that FedEx even received. I called the Office Max store only to be told by some guy that it wasn't their issue. The package wasn't in their store any longer so it is on FedEx. This place is trash-if you don't want to lose your packages and want someone to give you good customer service-go across I20 and go the real FedEx store....I have learned my lesson.
