    OMG [Oh-Man-Go]
    Liz B.

An adorable dessert cafe that specializes in all things mango! I got the OMG, which is a sampling platter. The standout was definitely the mango sticky rice ice cream, it was creamy and delicious. The sticky rice was a good mix of salty and sweet. Mangoes weren't quite in season yet when I visited, so my mango was a little sour, but I liked how they used fresh ones! The interior is so cute and of course mango themed. The wait wasn't too long, but they do warn you that it will take longer if you get the shaved ice since they make it to order. Overall this is a great spot to take any mango lover!

Came in for dessert after dinner with my husband on a Sunday night and it was packed! A very popular spot, with a beautiful mango tree in the middle of the shop for those picture perfect moments with the most delicious desserts. I love coming here when I'm in the area. Don't let parking deter you away, it is absolutely worth it! We ordered the Rose Lychee Kakigori and Mango Sago. While kakigori may have a little bit of a wait for it to be prepared, very much so worth it. Both desserts are huge, very shareable and the perfect dessert for a warm summer day. The perfect amount of tapioca in the Mango sago and a variety of fresh cut mango, mango pudding and mango ice cream to enjoy! The rose lychee kakigori looks like a huge snow pile but hiding under the delicious snow is an abundance of lychee fruit and jellies to enjoy. Getting a spot for a large group can be tricky but definitely add this to your just try dessert list!

The ultimate destination for mango lovers! This is my go-to spot for shave ice and mango treats. I recently tried the mango sago and the mango sundae. The mango sago was the standout with incredibly flavorful. The sundae was good, but the cold ice cream unfortunately hardened the sticky rice, masking the texture. Overall, it's a charming little spot, just keep in mind it gets pretty busy and the wait for the shave takes time to prepare.

MNGO Cafe is one of my favorite dessert places of all time as a mango lover! It's amazing to be greated with a mango-centric decor and menu when you walk in (though if you're in the mood for something else, they've got items for you too). I cannot overstate how amazing the MNGO Kakigori here is, it's a must-try!

MNGO serves a variety of delicious Mango based desserts. The quality is very consistent year after year. We've been bringing family from out of town here for years and it has not disappointed. Desserts: - Mango Kakigori: (5/5) the go to, the gold standard, the most popular. Delicious flavored shaved ice, with a fruit filling, and topped with mango glaze and condensed milk. A must try. Often takes 45 minutes during the post dinner rush. - OMG Oh Man Go: (5/5) this one is another banger. Fresh sliced Mango and sticky rice and ice cream. This one is really well made and always hits the spot. - Crème Brûlée: (3/4) this one is a little "out there" for MNGO but we tried it to be adventurous. Solid but I prefer other dishes here. - MNGO sago: (3/5) tapioca Mango based desserts. Solid but not spectacular in my opinion. MNGO is pretty packed and loud on weekend nights and weekday nights alike. The line is usually out the door and it's very difficult to get a table. Parking is usually OK since the local pho shop in the plaza isn't as busy by dessert time. It is worth it if you love Mango desserts! It's a go to dessert spot with family for us.

Came here craving mango and wanted to leave in an instant. The second you walk into the place it's super hot n muggy. I couldn't even begin to describe how unpleasant of a scent the whole place was covered in the second you walk into the door. It's like a combination of incenses, toilet water, and sewer in combination with how the air was. This was also on May 22, 2026 at approximately 2100 for reference. Despite that, I was still craving mango so we ordered Togo. The sticky rice combination with the coconut cream is great and honestly the only reason I gave this place one star. Well I guess the interior decorations are also nice but that scent will make u want to get out of there in an instant. The mango itself was super sour how disappointing. The sago wasn't anything special. Parking surprisingly wasn't so bad but usually really packed and hard to find a spot. After tonight event I won't be coming back. I'd rather buy mango from the grocery store or even sticky rice from another restaurant that isn't as nasty as this.

Decided to give MNGO a try. Two of us had: mngo sago $11.95 mango strawberry fruit tea with boba $7.95 Mngo sago was ok, toppings were all avg. Nice that most of the ice cream is dairy free (except vanilla based on staff). Fruit tea was a bit tasteless and boba was not good at all. Limited parking during peak hours in the plaza. Open to trying the shaved ice or maybe another drink if I'm ever in the area again.

1000/10!! This cafe is so cute! Plenty of parking and the cafe is decorated with mango theme everywhere!!! I loved it so much since mango is my favorite fruit!! The service was quick and the food was delicious!! We loved the black sesame ice cream! The mango was ripe and perfect. The tri color rice all tasted the same but I don't mind bc it's my favorite part! Mango jello reminded me of the jello I ate as a kid from the Asian store. I'd definitely come again! Would be a cute place yo study, date, bring the kids/fam!

First things first, there is free parking and it's in a huge shared lot. I'm not sure what the two recent reviewers are talking about. We parked and we stayed for as long as we liked. There was no security and we went around 9:15 pm on a Tuesday. Second, we ordered two items and none of them were overwhelmingly sweet. They were way less sweet than any American dessert place. We ordered the black sesame dessert and mango sago. I kind of wished the pictures looked like what you got, to make it look more accurate. They were huge servings, you can easily share with 2-3 people. I liked both desserts equally. The staff was very kind. Apparently, it's a big hangout for teenagers and tweens and they dirtied up the place by leaving their dishes on the tables. The food and service is a 5 out of 5. Ambiance is like a 3 out of 5. The total score is a 4 out of 5.

After a delicious omakase experience at Matoi (located in the same plaza), we were looking for round two of dessert. I was pretty excited to try this spot because it's been bookmarked for over 6 years but I haven't had the chance to try it until now. Usually I would order 2-3 desserts but since we were pretty full, we just opted for the mango shaved ice. I love the cream on top and the pudding that is inside the shaved ice. They also give you a side of mango sauce and condensed milk in case it's not sweet enough for you. It was a perfect portion size for about two of us and maybe because it was a late thursday evening, there was barely any wait for us. Lots of seating inside, so it's great for big groups. I'll be back to try more shaved ice and other mango desserts during my next visit!

i've been coming here throughout the years. I'm so glad this place has stayed open. They are consistent, great service, great quality food. they improved the interior of the café and it's so cute with all the hanging mangoes, etc.

Every single time I come here the desserts are delicious. There is always a wait, because this place is so popular. We came on a Monday, and there was still a wait. But safe to say, the wait is SOOO worth it. The ambiance is super cute inside, very cafe vibes. I love their basic stuff so I usually go with the mango sticky rice or the sundae. Parking easy, staff are super nice

It could just be me, but I wasn't completely impressed with this place. Don't get me wrong the menu is absolute GOLD. I love it and there are so many options to choose from but I didn't love everything I tried. I ordered 3 macarons: pistachio, chai tea and strawberry For $2 the size was fine, the crunch was there and every bite was super soft w/ a good amount of filling. I think it was just the artificial flavoring I could taste that I didn't like. I'd probably give it like a 2/5. The mango sticky rice was actually a sweet deal. I like that it came with ice cream of your choice. I got the mango flavor and it also came with either a custard or pudding in the box w/ 3 scoops of rice and mango. The only thing I didn't like is I wish there were more mango pieces and I wasn't a fan of having to scoop it off the peel. I'm used to it being already cut and w/ way more mango. Buttt I do like the aesthetic of it it's a really cute vibe. Inside is huge with a lot of space. I love the setup of the mango tree and seating around it, it totally fits the whole theme. Lastly, I had the creme brulee vietnamese coffee. It wasn't bad or amazing, kinda in the middle. I'd rate it like a 6/10, but this is just me! Service was really good and I was able to adjust my sweetness level of the coffee. It is strong which i enjoyed but not super memorable to me. Definitely give them a try though! Overall, the style, vibe, plating, logos everything is a 10. I just wasn't wowed by anything. Would I come back? Possibly.

It felt like talking with a wine sommelier--someone who truly understood flavor and wanted us to find the perfect match. You could tell he genuinely loved his job, and that enthusiasm made the whole experience even more memorable. We took our gelato outside, sat at one of the sidewalk tables, and spent the evening people-watching. It was the perfect way to end a beautiful San Diego night. The shop itself is casual, with just a few seats inside and several tables outside. It's a great stop whether you're on a date, out with friends, or enjoying a family night in Little Italy. Definitely a five-star experience. I'll be back the next time I'm in San Diego.

After a lovely dinner at Sugarfish we walked a block to Bobboi Gelato…read more They had some interesting flavors. I sampled Rose Almond (Lebanese Rose Water with Organic Almond Butter), Pure Watermelon and Stracciatella. The Rose Almond was fragrant, Pure Watermelon refreshing and Stracciatella was a classic. I chose Rose Almond and Stracciatella in a Piccolo cup which was perfect for me. The gelato was dense and delicious - I really enjoyed every bite of it. It was nice to be able to sit near the windows and people watch.
