Rush hour traffic building up along southbound hwy 163. Warm, humid Friday afternoon at Hawthorne Crossings mall. The recent heatwave eased up a bit since yesterday, which is a welcome relief. Summer climate still effective and Mini-me 1.0 requested snacks from Jamba while getting her hair did at Sola Salons. Chill, quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff got our drinks and Parmesan pretzel with minimal wait time. I like that they can still make some off-menu drinks from when they originally opened. Tasty snacks when running errands at the strip mall. Until next time :) read more

You've got to go and give this location a try!! I had a couple of gift cards sitting around, so I stopped in for a fruit smoothie after my workout ... and was pleasantly surprised to see they now have sandwiches! I ordered a Caribbean Passion smoothie and the Rotisserie Chicken Avo Ranch~rotisserie chicken, avocado, white cheddar, provolone, spinach, bacon, and ranch on ciabatta -- served toasted. The melted cheese, warm chicken, and crispy bacon on that perfectly toasted bread... all of it was so good! With this HOT weather, you might go in for a smoothie, but don't be surprised if you leave with a sandwich too The crew was awesome, and I can't believe I forgot about this location. No waiting, friendly, quick service, and clean. read more

Friendly staff. Guy with the lip ring and beanie was very helpful. Showed us how the app and points works. Had a razzmatazz and mango go go. Very fresh tasting and not too sweet. Bathroom was also very clean and well kept. read more

Tried Parmesan pretzel today and greens & ginger. I loved the Greens & Ginger it felt healthy and would be great choice if you have throat issues because the ginger warms it. Parmesan pretzel was decent they warmed it up for me. Not sure if there was an option for any dipping sauce as I wasn't offered any sauce options. If there is cheese dipping sauce or cream cheese I would buy it. I love the quick bite menus it's really convenient if you are in a rush and need to grab and go. I will be trying every single menu on the items. I come to Jamba Juice all the time. read more

3.5 stars Tasty smoothies as always, but today I tried something different. I got the Classic Handwich, sausage, egg, white cheddar on a sprouted grain bun. It was quite small and the egg was a pre cooked product. The bread was soft and nicely toasted and the cheese nicely melted. The sausage was flavorful but I wish a little more spicy. It was the bread that really made it. Ordering was done via touch pad, they seem to take a bunch of orders via the app as they were busy making smoothies despite me being the only person in there. The place has 3 tables as well as a counter to sit at. They share the same parking lot as Mitsuwa and are located to the left of Ross. read more

Order 4 drink with one person ahead and two behind all of them got their drinks before us when we went up to ask they said someone took it when we it was just those 3 other people who order, they didn't attempt to make the drink we were there The whole time they never even called my name or number so how can someone take ti I even heard another person in the ask so we aren't making those drink anymore, straight up lying to our face, so we asked for a refund and they couldn't even provide us with a receipt for the refund. Very disappointing experience read more

This Jamba has become our neighborhood go-to for a reason because it's quick, friendly, and always delivers exactly what we need, whether it's a refreshing pick-me-up or a family immunity boost. Located conveniently in Kearny Mesa, it's perfect for those errand-running days when you need something fast, healthy, and satisfying. Our house favorite is the Strawberry Surfrider--tart, sweet, and so refreshing, especially with extra strawberries. It's the kind of treat that even our little ones look forward to, and it gives me peace of mind knowing we're getting a little vitamin boost too. We've also tried the waffles, wheatgrass shots, and their chocolate milk. Everything is consistently good. The staff here deserves a shoutout because they're always upbeat, efficient, and attentive. Even when it's busy, they get through the line quickly and still take the time to get custom orders right. They never skimp on ingredients and the drinks are blended perfectly every time. The store is clean, bright, and well-stocked. If you're in the area and craving something refreshing that actually feels good for your body, this Jamba won't let you down. read more

Staff here is very friendly! When we arrived, we didn't need to wait. We ordered a large strawberry whirl, for $10.49...didn't realize how pricey JJ is now. We also ordered a waffle and some bowls too. If you buy one of their 28oz tumblers ($19.99), you get a free drink! And I believe if you bring the tumbler...you get a discount as well for the future! Easy parking in the plaza. Inside has a comfortable feel with some super high ceilings! read more

We occasionally visit this Jamba Juice location when we happen to be in the area. I wish I could just order off the app, but unfortunately my favorite drink is old school and not on the app. Pomegranate Pick me up, absolute fav! When I order here the young'uns sometimes look at me like what are you ordering and start looking around. No... it's not on your current menu, but yes you can still make it! Thankfully usually a manager is there or someone who knows what I'm ordering. During the holidays they had this promotion where you earn $5 reward cards for purchasing first cards in $25 amounts. Cool! You earn points for the gift card purchase and get a reward too! Win win! :) The store itself is a good size, always clean, but the parking lot is horrendous! Staff is friendly and Thankfully the wait is not long here! read more

"Man, we should have ditched that RV months ago. It's all like shiny up in here." -Jesse Pinkman No, I know Jamba wasn't started in a RV... but my point is that, "It is like all shiny up in this place!" This brand new Jamba opened around beginning of the new year January 2022. For me, it's a nice addition to the area because the location in Mission Valley closed (was a few doors from Einstein Bros Bagels). I mean who doesn't like a smoothie or acai once in a while? Menu is pretty much the same. Looks like they just upgraded the aesthetics of their menu display. I ordered one of my favorites... Peanut Butter Moo'd. Still delicious! As far as seating, it looks like they could squeeze a few more tables and chairs in here. I count 3 tables and bar style seating with 3 chairs. It could be they are limiting seating due to COVID though. One thing I noticed and liked immediately is that the tables have outlets including USB charging! Great for students or people that want to do some work outside of home. Didn't see any outlets at the bar style seating though. The service here is good. The gal behind the counter was friendly. The guy that made and served up our smoothies was nice as well. Only negative about this Jamba is the parking at this shopping center is not very good at peak times. And spaces are small so sometimes people purposely take up two spots or do so inadvertently. 4 / 5 - Smoothies 4 / 5 - Service 4 / 5 - Cleanliness 4 / 5 - Atmosphere 4 / 5 - Overall read more

Came here this morning before work and got probably the best customer service. The young man behind the counter was super sweet, especially since it was so early in the morning (7am). I ordered the PB & Banana Protein. One of my favorites. I was in and out of there in less than 5 mins. He was fast and sweet. Thanks Jamba Juice for a great start to my day. read more

A new Jamba Juice next to Ross on Mercury in Kearny Mesa. I've been wanting to try their Bold N Cold Brew with a Sweet Cloud Whip. It was tasty, perhaps a little sweeter than I would of liked, but still quite good. The cold brew itself was very good. It flavorful and smooth. They do put a lot of ice in the beverage, so if you are not into that, you may want to have them reduce the amount. The young lady at the counter was very nice. This location offer nice seating inside, but no outside seating yet. That would be a nice addition. read more

This Jamba Juice is located in a small plaza and has a decent amount of parking! The lot does fill up on busy days but it's not too crowded to where you can't find parking. This location is very clean and spacious. There's a decent amount of tables inside and staff is very friendly! I love Jamba Juice but their prices have dramatically increased and their sizes are just getting smaller and smaller. I ordered a small Pumpkin Smash (seasonal drink) and paid about $5 using my $3 coupon from the app. If I were to pay full price, it would have been about $8 for a small smoothie that wasn't even filled to the top! Sadly, this is not the only location I've been to that does this. Despite the drink not being filled to the top, I enjoyed the Pumpkin Smash flavor! This drink tasted like a Pumpkin Spice smoothie. It wasn't too milky to be a milkshake which is why it tasted like a smoothie! It had the perfect amount of sweetness and I definitely wanted more! I definitely recommend trying this flavor before it's gone since it is a seasonal drink! read more

How are you gonna be running a shop and not welcoming people when they come in or at the least looking happy to be at your job. I understand if you're having a bad day but l've had plenty of those and I don't ever let my guests feel unwelcome, or like a burden. Handle your Ish! Definitely walked right out and I'm not coming back to this location if I see this person at the front again. I usually have a wonderful experience here but because the doordash doesn't have any single place to add customization comments, and because I had to order ahead because of work, I wasn't able to have them take out a single ingredient of a fruit that I hate. I didn't even want a substitution, I simply wanted to remove one ingredient and it's not an option in the ordering process either. Hopefully they get this updated to be customer . :( It's also crazy expensive through the doordash app because in the store selling 10 bucks for a large and I added one scoop of protein to mine which ended up being about 16 bucks !! read more

This review is solely on the baked goods. Pros: Store employee very friendly. Cons: Waste of money Pretzels and Twists were BEYOND dry. Yes, they are a dry product - but this was ridiculous. I was at Sola Salons getting my hair done and my bf wanted to bring me a quick snack. Boo Jamba. read more

Great staff, greeted upon entry. The cashier was extremely friendly. Cleaner location than some Jamba juices especially college grove and Chula Vista on H streets. This location is located in Kearny Mesa next to dollar tree and Ross. The mango a go go is temporarily unavailable. However the plant based watermelon breeze and smoothe talkin mango are delicious. I get them both with soy vanilla it adds an extra level of creaminess. Parking can be a nightmare at this location due to several business in this particular plaza. read more

The seasonal watermelon smoothie is incredible!! We stopped by initially just to grab a water for one thirsty kid but the whole group ended up with a watermelon smoothie in minutes. The staff was very helpful and upbeat. The place was very clean and organized well. I have to make sure my evaluation is not about the employees or the products they use because is not their fault that corporate set prices that literally offensive to those who work hard to make a living. I went to order a power green juice which is based on cucumber, green apple, orange and spinach, Not sure if I am missing one ingredient. A cup that is large, perhaps 20 or 26oz, is $9.20 after taxes. I think the green salad in the most expensive restaurant is around $5.00, and has the amount of greens that could make that amount of juice. The great greens does not include protein or any other boost. I am sure my business is not relevant for a corporate like Jamba but I think people should know better where to invest their money. Or be aware of what is the cost of their purchase. read more

I just love going to Jamba juice. There's nothing better than the feelings you get after you finish a nice cold Jamba juice smoothie on a hot day. It's so refreshing and just hits the spot. I've been to a lot of Jamba juice and I think the service here is the best out of all of them. The cashiers here are always friendly and patient during the ordering process. With so much to choose from I sometimes get overwhelmed and not know what I want. I love seeing their seasonal menus. I always order something from that menu. I recently had a watermelon smoothie here that was so delicious. It had the perfect amount of sweetness and the watermelon flavor really did come out. There was also a blue raspberry lemonade drink that was really good. It had a good amount of to it without being too sour. I think I'll try that again next time I'm in Jamba juice. This location is so convenient for me because it's close to work and they make their smoothies really quickly. read more
