We took our daughter here for some Birthday Ice Cream. Baskin-Robbins have some great flavors and my daughter made sure to take a sample of them all. I appreciate the young lady that was assisting my daughter and letting her try flavors before she made her choice. She ended up getting a double scoop cup for $7.99. She got a chocolate scoop and a caramel turtle truffle scoop which was quite tasty. The two scoop was a great flavor combination. This Ice cream shop had indoor seating and everything looked clean. It's been a long time since I've been to a Baskin-Robbins. Brought back all the childhood memories. read more

I've been getting birthday cakes for both my children here for the past 20 years They make a really easy order. I love that I can pick my ice cream flavor if I order ahead. They have quite a few cakes, pre-decorated and ready to go in their freezer when I need a last-minute cake So many cute decoration options to pick from the kids It truly is the only way we celebrate birthdays in our house Even before my kids, I would get an ice cream cake for my own birthday. Yeah, it's a splurge, but it's so worth it. I've tried to skimp and get the other brands of ice cream cake that are at the grocery store. Yeah their ice cream cake but there's something so special about Baskin-Robbins mentioned ice cream or gold medal ribbon So yeah, I guess the store about random one is fine if you don't like your guests. Haha Next birthday in our family is in November read more

Stopped by for a sweet treat. It's nice to know that there's a Baskin Robbins around. I've been a fan since I was a little kid. Of course prices have gone up (what hasn't) but they still give out samples from all their wonder flavors. And they have a flavor of the month each month. This month is their Biscoff ice cream. And that's what I ended up getting as their milkshake. Very yummy! And don't forget to download their app for specials. read more

This location could definitely be run a lot better. The way management handles situations, communicates, and deals with problems needs improvement. Leadership reflects on the whole team, and when things aren't handled properly from the top, it shows in the overall work environment and service. The staff could also use better training and supervision to maintain a more professional standard. There are also some concerns with the store's cleanliness and upkeep, including bugs/flys flying around inside the ice cream bins and waffle cones, dirty drains, and equipment that needs attention. These are things that shouldn't be ignored in a place that serves food. Hopefully the owners take a closer look at how this location is being managed and actually work on making improvements. read more

I didn't realize that a single scoop of ice scream cost more than a pint of Ben and Jerry's ice cream from Vons. Although the variety is a lot better and the ice cream is creamier, I was kind of disappointed that I was told they had the Dubai pistachio flavored ice cream only to come here and they don't. I'll come by next time to see if they have it. They told me they would have it next week (as of 21 August). The service was accommodating and fast. The ambiance is pretty chill and laid back. Perfect for indoor dining on a hot summer day. read more

Brought the kiddos here for school graduation and it did not disappoint. Haven't been here in a while and there were so many fun new flavors. Our favorite was "beach day" which had caramel filled chocolate turtles and blue ice cream plus graham cracker sand. So much fun. Lots of different cones to choose from including sugar and cake, cones, chocolate, dipped and sprinkles. read more

Baskin Robbin's ice cream isn't the highest quality, most premium, or devoid of filler ingredients and you can pick up pints of it for much less at the supermarket. But there is something fun about going to an ice cream scoop shop. The scoop shop has a large flavor variety that you can't all find in grocery stores. My favorite from the scoop shop is Jamocha almond fudge. The staff here are nice and let you sample flavors. They also fulfill mobile orders. Parking is easy and free. read more

I sampled a few flavors that were all pretty good but ended up going with my safe choice, mint chocolate chip. It was creamy with a light mint flavor and had a good amount of chocolate flakes throughout. The employee helping me was very friendly and happy to let me try multiple samples. The shop was also clean and had indoor seating available. read more

OG ice cream chain! While its appeal may have been surpassed by more gourmet, of-the-moment shops, BR brings back nostalgic memories of childhood, not to mention lower price points... :D I recently stopped by for a single scoop of Tropical Ticket (Pineapple & Guava Ice Creams with Passionfruit Swirls) on a sugar cone, and truly felt like a kid again. Don't forget to join the rewards program, and brush your teeth before bed! read more

Came in on a busy Friday afternoon. Brought my kids with me, amazing young employee I believe her name is Ashlyn? She helped us out what flavors to choose from since we have allergies We had a pretty big order, she was very patient and very polite with us. I recommend coming here. The service is always on point. Amazing flavors as well. read more

Big fan of Baskin Robbin's Oreo cake. I get a few a year just for fun. This location cheaps out. First time buying from here and they drip it in a little bit of chocolate sauce on top. All the other San Diego locations finish the top with fudge. Much better. Never buying from this location again. read more

After living in the area for almost 15 years I finally started coming here with my partner. The employees are so sweet and helpful particularly one guy I think named ryan? we had lots of questions about the flavors and were wanting recommendations and he fully delivered! the guy really knows his stuff! we'll definitely be returning. Oh ryan also went above and beyond to give me the inside scoop on when beach day (my new personal favorite) would likely be leaving so I can stock up before it's gone for the season. read more

Amazing service. Genuinely one of the best baskin-Robbin's ive ever been to. The kooner family rocks

Horrible service! Manager argued with me about the cake that turned out horrible and discolored. Done ever order a picture cake from here, mine turned out green and looked like my little one year had a virus on his first bday. No discount given just an attitude from management. read more

I'm not someone who usually leaves bad reviews, but after the complete disaster I just experienced with Baskin-Robbins, I'm honestly left with no choice. I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my fiancé's birthday--paid extra to have a custom image printed on it--and followed their requirement of placing the order at least 48 hours in advance. Pick-up day comes, and I'm handed a completely blank cake. When I asked what happened to the image I paid for, the employee shrugged and said, "uhhh I don't know, I think our printer is broken or something." So for two whole days, no one thought it would be a good idea to let me know the image couldn't be printed? No call, no text, no email--nothing. Trying to salvage the situation, I asked if they could at least write a simple "Happy Birthday" or my fiancé's age on the cake. The response? "Sorry, we can't do that until Wednesday, our decorator isn't here." Seriously? Writing a few words requires a specialist that's unavailable for three more days? I even asked if they had any "Happy Birthday" signs or decorations to throw on top of the cake. Nope--nothing. No help. No apology. No solution. DO NOT use this business for any special event unless you're prepared for disappointment and to have your event completely ruined. They will take your money, botch your order, and make zero effort to fix their mess. They ruined what was supposed to be a meaningful celebration. read more

I love this Baskin-Robbins, great service. If I want ice cream nearby, I go to this location!

Best Baskin in San Diego! Quality is so good and never disappoints. If you are in the area I definitely recommend.

Super friendly service and clean environment! Ice cream was a 10/10 on consistency and taste, overall a great experience

We had the best birthday celebration because of their character cake! Cake was beautiful and extra cold/frozen so it made it home with plenty of time to sing and cut with friends -and that says a lot during a hot summer night. Best surprise was that Barbie had legs!! I had no idea it was a full doll to keep when I purchased. I didn't think to ask. Assumed it was just the top half since the dress was the ice cream cake. Lots of cakes available in the evening to choose from last minute. Customer service was great, they made a sign for Barbie to hold that was a cookie. See pic! They boxed it as best they could but unfortunately the cake was too large so the dress had parts pressed up against the box all around. Still made for a great cake! read more

My last experience at Baskin-Robbin's Mira mesa location was already amazing. However, this location was even better! When I got inside, I was greeted by friendly staff, and noticed that the place was really clean. However, the ice cream was absolutely delicious! I ordered one scoop of Twix caramel crunch along with one scoop of their Oreo n cold brew flavor, and both were sensational. The Twix caramel crunch had great caramel flavor and a good crunchy topping, which texturally paired really well with the creamy ice cream, while the Oreo n cold brew contained mixed in Oreo pieces that added a great element to an already phenomenal coffee ice cream! Overall, considering the relatively low prices, this spot definitely worth visiting! read more

Very quick & prompt service, even with a line! Came in for a scoop a few nights ago on June 14th & there was only 1 gentleman taking people's orders and handling the cash register. 1 woman was making a cake in the back. I wish i got his name because he was awesome. He's a young African American gentleman who had nothing but a smile on his face, even though there was a line. Thank you to that gentleman. read more

I ordered a Birthday Cake from this location and a day later I received a Voicemail that the ice cream I had picked was not available. I called the person who called me back However no one answered. I decided to leave a message with a new ice cream of choice and my contact information. The next day I went in to pick up the cake I had ordered and was told it had not been made. I requested a refund but was told I could not receive one that day because the manager was not available to provide one. Super frustrating and inconvenient. read more

Mid at best. Went on a Sunday night and the place is crowded, no biggie we all want ice cream on a Sunday night. The service we got from the young lady was abysmal. I wanted some samples and I felt like I needed to apologize for wasting her time. We tried a couple and she rolled her eyes at least once that I saw. Then we made our selections, one was scooped wrong which is okay mistakes happen we got the correct flavor. Now I'd like to swing my review from the service to the product. The Dubai chocolate bar was so bad. Hard dark chocolate on hard pistachio almond ice cream. Should have been good, I'm impressed by how bad it was. 10 bucks was wasted and I shan't be coming back to this location, read more
