1 star -- Extremely frustrating ClassPass pickup experience I selected Nutri Juice through ClassPass today because we were already in the area running errands. I used my ClassPass credits to order three drinks--one for myself, one for my husband, and one for my son. I scheduled all three orders for pickup at 5:15 PM. I arrived at 5:07 PM, but there was a sign on the register stating that the employee would be back at 5:20. Since I was early, we left to run a quick errand and returned at approximately 5:38 PM. When I came back, I showed the employee my ClassPass screen and explained that I was there to pick up my three orders. Because the scheduled pickup time had already passed, ClassPass required me to rate the orders before proceeding. I rated each order 4 stars and showed him the screen, which clearly showed the three orders I had placed. Instead of helping me, he told me there was no way for him to verify that I had actually ordered the drinks and that he couldn't just give me "free drinks." I explained that these were not free drinks--I had already used my ClassPass credits for them, and ClassPass compensates participating businesses for these redemptions. What was especially frustrating is that there didn't appear to be any system on his end for him to verify the ClassPass orders. If the business knew it would be unattended during a period when customers could schedule pickups, there should have been a way to block those pickup times or otherwise prevent customers from placing orders. Ultimately, I left without receiving any of the three drinks, despite having used my ClassPass credits for them. I also recorded the interaction, including confirmation that the drinks were not given to me. This is particularly upsetting because ClassPass does not provide refunds for food and beverage purchases, so I am now out the credits I used for three drinks that I never received. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that Nutri Juice figure out a reliable system for verifying ClassPass orders and managing pickup times so other customers don't end up in the same situation. read more

Oh wow - this place is a massive concern. Idk that I could call this a smoothie bar... Both items I ordered were pretty horrible and the woman looked like she has 1 powder and banana to work with for the entire day. read more

This shop is INSIDE of LA Fitness (on the left as you walk in). I almost gave up looking for this place because I couldn't find it from outside, but I'm so glad I went into LA Fitness and asked. Nutri Juice - Strawberry banana smoothie with try protein powder - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - San Diego, California

I accidentally went here one day as my toddler had been on a smoothie kick. Apparently he is the only child who does not like fruit and berries, so in a bid to get some more plants in his diet my husband realized the kiddo likes smoothies. So I yelped nearby smoothie spots, and this one came up, and as we walked up I was confused because it is literally a small section within the LA Fitness gym. You don't need to be a member to get a smoothie or juice though, and I wasn't about to repack my toddler into the car without the goods. We got a blueberry/banana with protein (my kid is gonna be swole one day), and oh my gosh it was so good! Anyway, at the time I was about 3 months postpartum, and decided to join the gym in no small part because of that fateful smoothie. Yes I wanted my pre-preggo body back, yes the gym is conveniently close to our home, but my kid and I get tasty smoothies almost every time we go because they are so good. Both of the gentlemen there who we have been served by are Roy and Israel (hope I spelled your names right!), and they are both so kind and patient, and they give me an extra small cup to share with my kiddo. We have only tried strawberry/banana and blueberry/banana with protein, because I am boring and he is a kid. But one day I'm going to go crazy and try the mocha peanut butter or a juice. They also have preworkout drinks, water, and protein shakes in the coolers, but the juice and smoothies are your best bet. Anyway, this is a long-winded way of saying that even though the location is strange, it's worth it to pop in and try it out! read more

I almost didn't find this place, it's inside the la fitness building. I asked the receptionist if the juice bar was in side she said yes but said she wasn't sure if it was open. It was open... The service at the juice bar was none... The lady that was working there looks like she was depressed lol, she didn't even ask me what I wanted... She just said yes and looked at me. I actually had a good conversation with a random person who was standing there, I say that was the best part about this juice bar.(in my first time experience) The juice came in a foam cup, can't see the beautiful natural colors. I don't like any real juice places that puts their drinks in a foam cup..... It's not very appealing and it shows that they don't have the enthusiasm for juicing and healthy diet. It was 5 bucks for my juice, not sure the size because she didn't ask me anything or told me anything other than "5 bucks", no please no nothing! I'm sure this places does much better on normal days so ill give them a 3 star I drove around just to look for this place. I don't see myself going out of my way to come here again. read more

Yazzi's customer service is through the roof. Super personable and kind, someone you can talk to after you work a sweat and just wanna relax. She makes great smoothies, can't taste the protein, they have coconut water options, chia seeds. Overall happy with their selection. One of the things that can't be discounted is the ease of transactions. Everything is a solid even price. If it's busy just drop exact change and be on your way. Example, $5 smoothie is $5. I was in the area so I decided to try this place. I'm glad I read ahead and found out it was IN the LA Fitness. It get a 3 because the smoothie was good! But if this review was based on service I'd give it a zero. I waited in line patiently, which is fine. But when it was my turn to order she let some guy cut in front of me that strolled up to the side of the juice bar and took his order first. I mean really? I have places to be too, but I didn't feel the need to cut in front of anyone. Geez. Looked like a crush she had I guess by the way she was doting on him. Completely unprofessional. I also didn't like they just assume you want the large. At least ask. read more
