Has been over two weeks now and no call from Joe! Do yourself a favor and avoid Volmaz for any auto repairs especially if you're trying to get in touch with anyone besides the rude gal answering the phone!!

Hello. I am writing this review based on my nightmare experience with this shop. I brought my…read morevehicle in to have an alignment and suspension checked out. It was on Friday November 30. They diagnosed my vehicle and told me that they would lock my vehicle in the bay and start the work on Monday. I found out that they left my vehicle in the back of the building over the weekend. Not secured or locked. Cameras don't work on property. My vehicle was left outside all weekend. When I arrived the manager was very defensive. I paid the $60 to get my vehicle. Was very upset about being lied to about my vehicle being locked in the shop. After getting my keys and leaving. After driving not even a mile down the road. My vehicle was making a loud clanking noise from the rear. I immediately turned around and headed back to the shop. They refused to look at my vehicle after I paid for service. To see what is wrong. I called the Police to make a report of the incident.. After taking my vehicle to a certified shop afterwards. I found out that not only did I not need $2,800 like Full Line Autocare was attempting to charge me. That my brake caliper was hanging from the bottom inside the rear rim. There were no bolts at all .. This could of caused a hug problem had I not addressed this immediately. They took parts off, and never put the parts back on my vehicle.. I would NEVER TRUST A SHOP WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR INTEGRITY.. I encourage to really seek other options before visiting this shop. I was heading on a trip. Who knows what could of happen had I got on the freeway..

I explained exactly what I needed before handing over my keys. The mechanic took my car, came back 15 minutes later, and asked me to pay $120 -- with zero prior discussion about pricing. My issue is not the price itself. My issue is the complete lack of transparency. A basic standard in any service business is to inform the customer of the cost BEFORE doing the work -- not after. I was never given the chance to agree or walk away. That's not a mistake, that's a choice. I only came here because a close mutual friend recommended this shop. That trust made it even more disappointing. I would not return, and I would strongly advise anyone to ask for a written quote upfront before leaving their keys here.

I get there it gets pulled around, he slammed the car door, slammed the keys beside me and had a attitude. Well. I leave. Its leaking waterfalls. Obviously something was done to my car out of anger and i will never be coming back AND told others what was done to me there. My car was in worse shape then it was before i took it in.
