I finally got a lackluster greeting and ordered a butter croissant and bottle of water. This cost over $13 that includes the MANDITORY 20% tip included in all restaurants. This is a huge issue in Miami Beach that a number of people voiced disappointment with this year's Seatrade. The service has gone into the toilet because the staff get tipped automatically at 20%, so they seem to care less to help. I never tip this much for counter service and would not have given any for this lack of service. The pastry was also not that good either and I wouldn't come back next year when we come back for the annual Seatrade.
