So cute and had photo ops. They had many flavors I went with passion fruit gelato and it was super good. I got a small & it was a great portion. The employee was very nice.
I Scream Gelato turned out to be a nice destination according to my experience. The establishment presents a clean modern design with a welcoming atmosphere and a bright relaxed environment. The establishment provides a comfortable seating area where customers can savor their desserts at their own pace. The staff members provided excellent service through their friendly demeanor and their ability to explain all available flavors and toppings patiently. The quality of service made a significant impact on our experience. We selected waffles with Nutella gelato and a gelato cup that came with numerous toppings. The presentation of all dishes reached perfection so they received a perfect score of 10/10. The flavors and textures in this dessert reached a 7/10 level of excellence. The staff demonstrates their dedication to delivering high-quality products. The establishment offers numerous flavors including White Chocolate Almond and Cookies Original and Coffee while maintaining perfect cleanliness and creating a lively atmosphere through its unique decorative elements. The local dessert establishment provides excellent service and beautiful presentation along with a relaxed atmosphere so it is definitely worth visiting.
This place is tiny and cute. The staff was so friendly and moved with a sense of urgency. I got a small pistachio gelato. It was so smooth and good! Just effortlessly good!
We enjoyed the gelato we had after a dinner in the area. It is pricy, but the gelato was not icy and was packed full of flavor as you'd expect. There was of space to sit inside if you want to do so. The employees were nice and let us try a few flavors before I landed on Dubai chocolate and stracciatella. It was delicious and I'd recommend giving them a try if you're in the mood for gelato!

The cookies and cream my husband got was also very good. The girls behind the counter were so helpful and they let you try anything you want. There's also a decent amount of seating in order to sit and enjoy your gelato.

Absolutely delicious. There are plenty of ice cream shops to choose from around Lincoln Road. Take the extra few steps to come to this one!

Cotton candy is one of my ice cream Favorite flavors so I got this cotton candy gelato pop. It had cotton candy crumbs on the outside that were delicious! I think this was around $8 but it tasted great!

I was surprised to see they have more than just gelato! They have crepes, smoothies etc. I thought the dark chocolate would be too rich but it was really good! I ate the whole thing without a problem. They give you this cute wafer on top of the ice cream. They have a few toppings to choose from - just your classic chocolate chips, sprinkles, nothing too fancy. It is well decorated and they have these huge gum ball machines. Very modern feel, it was cute! They have spots inside to sit. Service was great and efficient. read more

Found this little gem on my way on Lincoln Road. There's not many varieties but they allow sampling. We tried their popular pistachios but it wasn't our favorite. We had the medium size and selected 2 scoops, mango and dubai chocolate. Located on the popular and sometimes bustling street called Lincoln Road, this is a hot tourist spot especially when the summer temp easily hits 100ish. Seeking relief from the heat, we ducked in here to cool off a bit. There are some unique flavors we haven't tried before, and there are familiar ones. We went with a 2 scooper; key lime pie and green apple. Both flavors were good and they paired well together in the same cup. The service was very average. Not too much personality with a cold face. She did her job and scooped the gelato. Providing friendly service to visitors to the area probably isn't necessary because they automatically charge a 16% service fee, which is written in a small font in the large menu board. The interior is nicely decorated, and the accents give this place a higher end feel. Plus, the obligatory selfie wall with their name completes this tourist spot. We achieved our goal of cooling off with some sweet treats, so no complaints. A 3.5 for a mixed feeling experience. read more

My daughter and I were looking for dessert. So we found this gelato place. Its gelato shops everywhere here so its hard to choose. This place was cute and not crowded at the moment so this was the choice. We were greeted when we entered. They give you 2 free samples which honestly it was so many flavors i needed 4. I am glad i tried the 2 i did. They tasted nothing like i thought they would. S'mores was just a boring flavor. So i went with Ferrero roch'e and vanilla. They give you a cute waffle chip on top. Theres several flavors to choose from and toppings. Oreos, gummy bears, m&m's and much more!! Don't expect to spend less than $10. My daughter thought it would taste like ice cream, but its gelato its different. I tried explaining that to her. Its more creamy and soft. She got raspberry because it was more like sorbet. She said it was good but she was underwhelmed. I liked mine. Ice cream normally fills me up but i surprisingly finished both scoops of gelato. Theres like 4 or 5 small tables so if u can get a table when they're not busy your lucky. Theres also a cute wall for photos. Customer service is good. The cashier was friendly and very patient with each customer. I'd go back for more. Check them out!!! read more

Very yummy! Great selection! I wanted two flavors, so I had to get a medium not a small. A medium was 11$. I feel like for a small amount of gelato this is a bit pricy. But, if you are wanting gelato and don't mind the price, this is a great choice read more

Stopped here after walking along the beach for a bit. I asked to sample the the KitKat and Chocolate pretzel flavors which the serve provided happily, but I ultimately went with the Mint Chocolate chip on a chocolate waffle cone dipped in chocolate chips and it was delicious! The inside of the store is bright and inviting and the gelato is wonderful. There is also outdoor seating which is nice. read more

Yet another gelato joint in Miami Beach. Lots of flavor options and loads of ways to serve your gelato (pancakes, bubble waffle, cookie sandwich). I went with just scoops in a bowl, which let me focus on the flavors. S'mores: The toasted marshmallows on top were really enticing, so had to give this a try. And I got one of those marshmallows in my scoop and it was indeed very tasty. This ice cream itself had a dominant flavor of marshmallow, but it was really subtle. Kit Kat: Also decorated nicely with little bits of Kit Kats on top. The ice cream itself was a mild and rich milk chocolate. It was really nice with the few bits of crunchy Kit Kats in the scoop. Kinder Bueno: Not really an ornate topping, but full of delicious Nutella-like flavor. Maybe my favorite of the three scoops I tried. Definitely the richest and strongest flavor. read more

I am one to like the basic flavors and I scream had a lot of mixed flavors like "donut." I ordered the dark chocolate and the Dolce - with a medium cup you can mix. What stood out was the creaminess and that satisfied. The shop was right by the Lincoln mall and on a nice day in Miami which is about every day this place hit the spot. read more
