All I have to say is, get an ice cream here. The service is friendly, the ice cream is well made, organic and just tastes good!

In the trendy designed TimeOut food court, this Cuban ice cream counter is inconspicuously tucked away. A little amount of space, so a limited amount of flavors. But they rotate, so best to check back often to try new flavors. Mani-Loco: A lot going on in this ice cream with cream, peanut butter and cookies. Way more delicious than any Reese peanut butter cup ice cream. I literally demolished this one. Mango: I didn't pay attention to whether this was ice cream or sobert, but it tasted very creamy to me. Almost like an Indian mango kulfi, but without the strong cardamom. I really really liked this one because the mango taste was so strong and the creamy texture was perfect. Guava: I think this one was a pure sorbet. The texture was kinda icy compared to the other two. I liked the guava aroma, but felt a little watery.

This place was recommended by our tour guide. What better way to cool off than some delicious ice cream. They have a variety of flavors. We decided to try their best seller abuela maria which is vanilla ice cream layered with ruby red guava chunks, cream cheese, guava marmalade, and crispy Maria cookies. The combination is a delight for tastebuds. I would definitely make a return if in this area.

*Rating based solely on FOOD* Presentation: 4 Texture: 2 Flavor: 2 Would return? No Must-try: - I came here because it showed up as one of the best Ice Cream in Miami, so maybe my expectations were high. I was disappointed because the texture of the ice cream is slightly icy, and the flavors were ok but nothing out of the ordinary. I'd give it a 2.5. I tried their most popular flavor (Abuela Maria), which is a vanilla ice cream with chunks of guava jelly and Maria cookies. Besides the texture of the ice cream not being great, the chunks were not mixed with the ice cream and it seemed more like a topping. Their key lime pie ice cream had an artificial lime flavor, which is always a huge disappointment for me. Their rocky road ice cream was much better, but almost not chunks so it was more like chocolate ice cream. Non-Food Stuff: the girl behind the counter was very nice and she allowed me to try flavors if I wanted. Hope this helps! Z.

I was at Time Out Market and after a delicious meal, I was looking to have dessert. I saw this place billed itself as "Cuban Ice Cream". I thought... hmmmm... what's that? I went up to the person working the stand and she was nice enough to let me try out two of the flavors I was most interested in... salted caramel and cafe con leche. After trying it... I decided to have both lol. The salted caramel... was great... but certainly nothing Cuban about it. It was creamy, though, and I love the pairing of salty and sweet. The cafe con leche ice cream... did taste somewhat like cafe con leche... more cafe than leche... though. It was tasty... and it made a perfect pair to the salted caramel... the sweet and salty of the caramel with the creamy and slight bitterness of the coffee gave me a party in my mouth. Certainly glad I tried this place out!

Came to Time Out Market on a Thursday afternoon. It was super quiet but I wanted to try the ice cream. Got 1 scoop ($5) of the cafe con leche, which actually felt like 3 scoops. I wonder if I was able to get multiple flavors for the 1 scoop? The Abuela Maria is supposed to be their best selling flavor (cream cheese, guava, and Maria cookie?). I had a sample and it was good, but just wanted something less sweet. Overall not bad but also did not stand out too much for me.

This was a great stop to cool down while strolling Lincoln Road on Tuesday 2/10/26. My friends and…read moreI stopped by and were immediately greeted by one of the employees and the manager on duty. The manager that day was super nice and attentive to us. He allowed us to try different flavors and recommended two of his own. The store itself is extremely clean and organized. There is not a lot of clutter and there are plenty of spoons and napkins around. The floors and windows were all very clean and without any defects. I truly appreciated the quickness and hospitality that the manager gave us that day. The three of us left extremely pleased with our experience and can't thank this Salt and Straw team/management enough!

Even better, the timing of my visit lined up with Salt & Straw's cereal flavor series, meaning that they were scooping one of my favorites, Pots of Gold and Rainbows. I also noticed a few flavors that sounded like local specialties, including coffee tres leches and cheese guava. Since the shop was empty, it took several attempts to catch someone's attention when I was ready to order. Once I was being helped, I sampled a couple of flavors and decided that I couldn't go wrong with a scoop of Pots of Gold and Rainbows in a waffle cone. There wasn't any seating indoors or outdoors, but the shop is located along a shopping promenade, so I took my ice cream to go and enjoyed it on my stroll.
