My first time visiting Salt and Straw ice cream spot. I ordered the hazelnut cookies and cream ice cream with another scope of vanilla. The ice cream was very tasty. The one who assisted us was nick. He was very attentive and provided great customer service. We parked at parking lot that you can pay at the app. This ice cream spot is open until midnight. There is a QR code outdoor to place the order. Overall the experience was good. Thank you Farah and Sofi for the invite to this delicious treat.
This was a great stop to cool down while strolling Lincoln Road on Tuesday 2/10/26. My friends and I stopped by and were immediately greeted by one of the employees and the manager on duty. The manager that day was super nice and attentive to us. He allowed us to try different flavors and recommended two of his own. The store itself is extremely clean and organized. There is not a lot of clutter and there are plenty of spoons and napkins around. The floors and windows were all very clean and without any defects. I truly appreciated the quickness and hospitality that the manager gave us that day. The three of us left extremely pleased with our experience and can't thank this Salt and Straw team/management enough!
First time coming here and just about sampled every flavor! I ended up getting a waffle cone (sooo good) and got the chocolate almond gold bar and strawberry and coconut water sherbet
It's soo nice that they opened a location on the beach. I've been going to the location in coconut grove for the longest. But this is an awesome spot to get a nice cold snack for a hot day after the beach. It's very refreshing and delicious. There are soo many unique flavors to choose from, every month there are seasonal flavors. This month is the chocolatier series, I tried every single flavor. They were all to die for and I'm not usually a chocolate ice cream type of girl. I had a split scoop of the following two flavors; Chocolate Almond Gold Bar and Chocolate Toasted Buttermilk Torte. I love that their ice cream has chunks of brownie or cake in it. They also are very generous with the amount of swirls of chocolate. It really enhances the flavor in each bite. The best part of this ice cream franchise is that they have vegan options. This is great for someone who is lactose intolerant. It honestly tastes like normal ice cream, you wouldn't even know that it wasn't made with regular milk. I love the whole concept of rotating flavors every so often. Although, they do have some flavors that are available year round. My favorite classic flavor is the sea salt with caramel ribbons. It is sweet and salty! I also love their new tacolate collab with Taco Bell. Absolutely brilliant idea! Overall, this is the best ice cream ever imo. The service is great, they let you try multiple flavors if you ask. You should definitely check them out. There is a parking garage close by and a lot in the back of Lincoln road or even street parking if you get lucky. It's nice to walk around Lincoln road while you enjoy your ice cream. I highly recommend this as a cute date idea!
Huge thanks to the Yelp team for the invite to this Salt & Straw event! It was such a treat to connect with the community and sample some of these incredible flavors. I went with a split scoop of the Salted, Malted, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and the Panther Coffee Chocolate Tres Leches. The coffee flavor was bold and robust--perfect if you love a strong brew--while the cookie dough had that perfect balance of salty and sweet. The event was well-organized and a great way to experience the menu. Definitely a highlight of my week!
An Oregon based ice cream chain, now in South Beach. I love their wide array of creative flavors that seem to always be changing. But don't sleep on the freezer section since they have the evolved Choco Taco! Tacolate: The Choco Taco has been resurrected! Though now it's smaller, super bougie and $7.50. It's still great in terms of taste and texture contrasts with the waffle shell, ice cream and chocolate. I like that the ice cream has subtle cinnamon tones. The sauce packets were a really cool innovation that the original Choco Taco never thought of. The berry cinnamon was warming and mango jalapeño had a tad bit of heat. Overall, it was a fun nostalgic interactive experience. The Great Candycopia: There were so many fun little candy bits in this scoop, I lost track. But great for someone, like myself, who loves mix-ins in this ice cream. The Salty Donut Guava + Cheese: This felt very Miami Beach with the classic guava and cheese filling, now in ice cream form. The donut pieces were a good stand-in for all the various carby forms that this guava and cheese might end up in.
We love any and all Salt & Straw scoop shops and this one on Lincoln was as amazing as expected. The ice cream is so creamy and flavorful, served at the perfect temperature giving it the perfect texture. This shop is big and clean, with incredibly helpful staff. They encourage tasting any of their regular and seasonal flavors. I went for one of the new seasonal ones, the chewy molasses cookie and it was exceptional. And of course I got it in one of their freshly made waffle cones. Treat yourself to some great ice cream and stop on in!
Stopped in for some ice cream while exploring Lincoln Road with my family. I've been to other salt and straw locations so I knew to expect some good flavors. I have tried almost all of the flavors and I would say I enjoyed all of them. I don't have a favorite it's more about what I'm in the mood for that day. As we enter this location, it was clean and we were greeted promptly. The worker let a sample a few, and I settled on the chocolate, which is one of my go to. We were able to take our ice cream outside and watch the kids. This place has a great location and a fun stop when walking Down Lincoln Rd., Mall.
I came to this really cool ice cream parlor for the free yelp event. I was able to try the chocolate Gooey Brownie. It was soo delicious. I got two large scoops and it was very filling. Nick was the associate that took care of me and he was super sweet. He gave my dog a snack and told me that they even sell dog ice cream as well. There was a line when I got there but it went by super fast. This ice cream parlor is located in Lincoln road in a beautiful busy and fun location. I love that they are dog friendly and very welcoming here.
Amazing ice cream place on Lincoln Road. You are allowed to try all the flavors you like before ordering. The ice cream shakes are amazing! The staff is friendly and efficient.
Great selection is ice cream, friendly and efficient service. Conveniently located in the heart of Lincoln Road. Only miss is there are not many places to sit. The ice cream is yummy, I'll definitely be back if in the area!
Thanks to Yelp!! I was able to try out amazing flavors. I like that you can try unique flavors and they also offer seasonal flavors as well. I was able to get two scoops in chocolate waffle cone in a cup. The staff was patient and friendly with helping me decide. I ultimately decided on the salty donut guava and cheese which had the perfect balance of sweet and slightly salty. I paired that with the chocolate gooey brownie that is a chocolate lover dream. It is very rich and has some brownie mix in with fudge. I love the salty sweet chocolate combo. Plus I broke off some the waffle cone for the added crunch. I will definitely come back to try out other flavors again.
Delicious ice cream shop on Lincoln road amid all the other gelato and ice cream shops around. This one is absolutely worth going to and they have some very unique flavors that impressed us more than a few other local spots we tried. Service was awesome and the samples they have were rather large. Plenty of seating outside the establishment. The salted malted chocolate chip cookie dough and sea salt caramel were both phenomenal. Prices were very reasonable especially compared to a gelato shop we tried earlier in the week. Would recommend trying it out for a dessert run.

I loved this place so much that I literally came back the next day! My absolute favorites were the pumpkin bread, cinnamon snickerdoodle, guava & cheese donut, and sea salt caramel flavors. SO good! One of my favorite things about this place is that you can try unlimited flavors before deciding what you actually want. This is perfect because there are so many unique flavors, and you really get to figure out which ones you love before committing to one. The staff was also super friendly and made me feel very welcome. I honestly wish they had a location back home because I would be here ALL the time. Definitely a must-try if you're in the area. I'll absolutely be back! read more
I can't resist Salt & Straw, and I was excited to find one in Miami near my hotel. Unlike the other Salt & Straw shops I've visited in other cities, there was no line to order (!). Even better, the timing of my visit lined up with Salt & Straw's cereal flavor series, meaning that they were scooping one of my favorites, Pots of Gold and Rainbows. I also noticed a few flavors that sounded like local specialties, including coffee tres leches and cheese guava. Since the shop was empty, it took several attempts to catch someone's attention when I was ready to order. Once I was being helped, I sampled a couple of flavors and decided that I couldn't go wrong with a scoop of Pots of Gold and Rainbows in a waffle cone. There wasn't any seating indoors or outdoors, but the shop is located along a shopping promenade, so I took my ice cream to go and enjoyed it on my stroll. read more
Stopped in for a treat at Salt and Straw after smelling the fresh baked cones Dow Lincoln Rd. They were super helpful inside and provided plenty of samples to make sure I was confident in my ice cream choices. We ended up getting a brownie waffle cone with a scoop of raspberry cheesecake and Chocolate Toasted Buttermilk Torte. Hard to explain but I felt the flavors were similar and were both pretty good. Everything inside looked very clean. This is a good place to stop when strolling on Lincoln...give them a try! read more

Great location, friendly fast service and amazing variety of flavors. As soon as got in the employee greeted us and offered us to try all the flavors we wanted. That was so nice and awesome. Always great ice cream and great customer service! You can try a bunch of flavors. They have decent sized gluten free menu (recommend googling online), vegan options, and dairy-free options. The location is also fantastic because you can walk Lincoln Road after grabbing ice cream which is always a lively activity. read more

This is one of my favorite ice cream shops. I love that the flavors are different than what we are used to in every other ice cream shop. If you like to try out new flavor combinations, this is your spot. They give out silver spoons to try the flavors which is good because it reduces single use plastic. I want to make a special note about the girl that was helping us, she had curly hair with a brown headband. She is the BEST! She recommended many flavor combinations and served really generous portions. I will definitely be back because of her and how nice she was. These things are the details that make a good experience and I appreciate businesses that take care of their customers and servers. The ambiance is nice, pretty busy area (Lincoln Road). But this ice cream shop is a good stop to then walk though Lincoln Road eating your ice cream. read more

I love Salt and Straw! By far the best chain ice cream and some of the best ice cream I've ever had. They have the best customer service with unlimited tastings and use reusable silverware (also eco friendly) for tastings. The service is outstanding with happy employees always filled with enthusiasm. Every ice cream shop is cutely decorated They know some flavors are weird but others are always a hit. I love their chocolate chip cookie dough and salted caramel ice cream for regular. They always have monthly new flavors. Highly recommend their pints! read more

Thank you for your wonderful review, Dimpie! We're thrilled to hear…
As a chocolate lover, I didn't think I'd ever find somewhere that would make me change my mind on getting my default flavor but here at this Salt & Straw they were absolutely successful in doing so. I loved how you were able to try whatever you wanted but being that I'd never been, I asked for a few suggestions. The server was very kind and knowledgeable about the different flavors and what would pair well together. I tried a few flavors but the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake was out of this world!!! Turns out, it's a limited edition flavor and boy do they need to add it to their regular menu. I thoroughly enjoyed every spoonful of this mouthwatering ice cream, more like work of art with all these beautiful flavor combinations bringing joy to your soul! I do wish they had seating as it would be helpful to dive right in, especially on warmer days. But overall, this is somewhere that I will absolutely be enjoying again. Thank you Yelp! read more

Salt and Straw Ice Cream in Lincoln Road is one of my many favorite treats in Lincoln Road. Their unique flavors ice cream is delicious, convenient location, and have a street parking nearby. Friendly and attentive staff. Cozy ambiance. Check it out! read more
This is the best ice cream I've ever eaten in my life! Delicious; no exaggeration. I indulged in two of Salt & Straw's March specials: Snap N' Crackle Marshmallow Treats and Coconut Cake with Pineapple Jam. The Snap N' Crackle flavor featured crushed krispies and whipped marshmallows mixed into salted vanilla ice cream. The Coconut Cake with Pineapple Jam showcases the vibrant essence of both pineapple and coconut. Both flavors offered visible ingredients and a creamy texture that left a lasting impression. I wish I lived locally so I could enjoy them regularly. read more

We love going to Salt & Straw and have been several times -- it's always a great experience! Their limited menu of rotating flavors makes choosing easy, and you can tell that every one has been crafted with care. The ice cream is consistently delicious and unique. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering plenty of samples and even giving recommendations based on the most popular flavors that day. It made the whole experience fun and personalized. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area -- Salt & Straw never disappoints! read more
Just what we needed to beat the Miami heat! While shopping we stopped into Salt and Straw and were greeted by the friendly staff. We ordered... - cheese, guava, and donut icecream (I know ... it's a lot. BUT it was phenomenal) - brownie chocolate Both flavors were delicious and the customer service was top notch. read more

YUMMY! I love ice cream but don't indulge as much as I used to...saving it for those few special occasions when I think it's worth it. This was one of those times. SO WORTH IT! I heard the hype so had to find out for myself. While visiting Lincoln Road in South Beach, someone in my group suggested stopping here so once I saw the menu, I knew exactly what I wanted. I ordered the salted, malted chocolate chip in a cup. This is fire! I loved it and wished I would have ordered a larger size. Wow...delicious! The hype is real! This place is a must try! Considering there was a line I thought the service would be slower, but they move through pretty quickly, which is nice. They were friendly as well which is a nice plus being in South Florida. Cute place with great ice cream flavors. read more

Hi Shawnie,…
Super excited to see that this location has finally opened! If you haven't tried their ice cream you're missing out! Just the smell of their waffle cone makes your mouth watering! Salt and Straw offers a fantastic assortment of unique artisanal ice cream served with a smile. The staff there were so kind, greeting me as I came in and allowing me to take my time sampling a few ice creams before settling on a delicious, refreshing scoop of Honey Lavender. With so much to choose from, though, I'll have to make a trip back soon to enjoy a few of the autumn flavors before they cycle out of season, especially the Pumpkin Spiced Tiramisu. This shop is a lovely addition to Lincoln Road, and is absolutely worth a visit if you're looking for a sweet treat to beat the Miami heat! read more
