I had seats in the 300 level and honestly I don't even think that's a bad thing at all. The view from up there is actually really solid, you can see the whole court properly and the energy from the crowd feels even more spread out and intense. Service-wise, everything was pretty organized. It was busy, so lines and movement around the concourse can get a bit crowded at times, but nothing unexpected for a Raptors game night. Once you're settled in your seat though, it's smooth and you can just focus on the game. Overall, I'd 100% recommend going at least once if you're in Toronto. It's not just about basketball, it's the full experience: the crowd, the energy, the location, and just being part of that atmosphere. Even from the 300s, it still feels like a really good seat. Definitely one of those experiences that's way more fun in person than on TV.

Public Skate 7:30 - 9pm Adult Skate 9:15 - 10:45pm The two skate times are in two different arenas but considering the combination, a three-hour skate is more than satisfying. The cost of such a facility is the popularity, too much of a crowd during Public Skate althought Adult Skate is more than comfortable but the Adult Skate doesn't have boards for those beginner Adults. This sports centre is Canada's largest municipally owned and operated recreation facility. It's huge, as it houses six arenas. Many hockey teams are here to practise and play, including the Whitby Wildcats. It also has two indoor pools. BarDown Gastropub is great if you want to grab a bite to eat before or after a game. Our group wasn't here for sports, so it works for lunch and dinner. The food is excellent. It also houses the largest screen in Whitby to see the latest sports games. Since the City of Whitby owns this property, it has a contract with Pepsi. You get Pepsi products at concession stands, vending machines, and BarDown Gastropub. There are banquet and meeting rooms that you can rent. It also has a pro shop to get your skates sharpened and athletic training facilities. When it's warmer outside, this place has six tennis courts, five baseball diamonds, and a soccer field open. It's huge here. There is lots of parking. It's free. I was here with friends on a Sunday afternoon. This sports complex is open every day from 8:30 am till roughly 8:30 pm. If you have a water bottle, you can fill it up at the water bottle fill-up station. It was nice checking this place out briefly. It's cool and a valuable asset to Whitby and beyond. (79)

There is lots of parking, both underground and outside the premises. The basketball court looks very new with shiny floors, high ceilings and is well lit. I didn't notice any paint fumes while there that others have complained about. Half court ($80 per hour) and full court ($120 per hour) rentals are available with advanced booking. Drop in use of the basketball courts ($15 per person) is from 3-10pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. They have membership pricing for pickleball and table tennis. Early bird discount prices ($5) for pickleball from 8am to 10am, with prices ranging from $10-$15 the rest of the day.

I have been making frequent visits to Monarch Park lately, because it's winter softball time and…read morethis is where all the magic happens. First time I showed up there, I was a popsicle, it was possibly colder inside than it was outside. The heater was broken they say and it would take a few days, scratch that, weeks to get it fixed. Weeks later, it did get fixed, but only for one week, because the following week (this week), it's cold AF in there again. Beside that, Monarch Park is a full-sized soccer field is sectioned into quarters and is ultimately an all-purpose field. The many times I've been there, I have seen full on soccer games, adults and little ones training for soccer, there are people running on the track and obviously playing softball. The only downside to this place is the turf, the turf is a mix of "grass" and gravel get everywhere. In shoes, on my jackets, in my bag, everything. For softball, they also use a different ball, it's softer, and therefore bouncier, but it hurts less if you get it. Other than that, I'm just glad I get to continue playing softball indoors.

It was my second time seeing NKOTB and first for Paula. We had a great time. The venue could have used police presence and traffic control especially after the show. Ubers and Taxis were literally blocking lanes of traffic making walking (crossing the street) and driving very unsafe. They (taxis/Ubers) left their illegally parked cars on the street and were walking around asking event attendees if they needed an Uber. They were also making erratic u-turns. We didn't see ANY police or traffic control. It was bad. The crowd was crazy inside for the food/drink and merch lines as it usually is for concerts, but we ate before going so we didn't buy anything. I went to the merch line after the show and the line went really quick. I got lucky and the merch I wanted was still available in our sizes. Also, we came to Toronto from California for this show. I wish there was more signage especially on the freeway for the Budweiser Stage. We didn't see any, but saw signage for other venues. We were using Google Maps so we ended up being fine. Would I go back to the Budweiser Stage? Maybe.

Several grab and go food and beverage kiosks were also available. If you are ever an exhibitor, check which Hall your program is in. Our ride app driver dropped us off at D, and we had a trek with our exhibit materials to Hall B! However, that area is great if you are using wheelchairs or have other needs. There is an elevator to the exhibit hall floors from the parking and street areas. This was a nice venue and the staff are all personable and professional!
