On several massive renovation projects, I've worked closely with their team. They did a fantastic job! I wanted to specifically thank Lloyd and Derek. I appreciate that you guys worked hard on these projects and even stayed over-night at the job site to make sure you met important deadlines. On one occasion, I was looking for a contractor to completely renovate/remodel an entire house, inside and out - they delivered in spades! I kept the shell of the house (bones in great shape), but gutted the entire inside and created a new space entirely different than before. From floor to ceiling, everything was redone and remodeled. Walls removed, large bi-fold doors installed, bathroom entrances relocated, bedrooms extended, etc (see pics of before and after). Due to their extensive background, I even bounced ideas off them, collaborated with them to help me solve challenges I faced - they made creative suggestions that I moved forward with and it worked out beautifully! The project ended up completing pretty much exactly how I was told it would. I'd definitely hire this family duo to do whatever you need done, because they do it all! I look forward to working together with them on my next project - special thanks to Derek and Lloyd. Appreciate you guys!

Although initially i was surprised there were no reviews on this company, his wife who i talked to explained that although they had been doing construction for several years, this was a new company, therefore they had no reviews posted. He had also done some work for some other people in the mobile home park who were very happy with him. After talking to his wife Michelle who was VERY friendly and very helpful, i met Jacob at my moms house. He has a wonderful demeanor and seemed very confident in his capability to do this job. He estimated 2 weeks (which seemed very quick to me) 3 other companies quoted 4-6 weeks. So i liked this! Everything moved very smoothly and within a little over 2 weeks the floor was installed. Jacob did return to correct a few things that were not done properly by some of his crew, (baseboard work) and although this worried me, ..Jacob assured me he would make things correct. And he DID! he originally gave me a discount for re-purposing some of my moms shoe-base but when it did not turn out correctly, he went and bought new baseboards and installed and painted them at no extra charge. The job took more than 2 weeks, about 3.. but with the holidays, he was gracious working on the weekends to ensure the work he did was professional. Jacob was always extremely polite and very flexible. Where many companies may bolt or never to be heard of again if you were dissatisfied with something, Jacob made sure we were happy when he was done. Highly recommend this company.

The process of selecting floor plans and options could have been easily overwhelming, but Alan was so patient and helpful. He made the process less mystifying, quite easy to understand with his know-how and cool confidence. One of his best suggestions was to select 6 inch thick outer walls and the highest insulation. Living out here in Joshua Tree, with it's extreme temperatures of hot in the summer and cold in the winter, the thicker walls and great insulation has let us live very comfortably. Our home has maintained suitable indoor temperatures throughout. Our home looks beautiful in spite of having been hauled over 100 miles and delivered to us down several miles of rural dirt roads. Our home is solid and secure. We are enjoying this fine home with ease. My wife and I want to thank Alan Vargas and everyone who built, moved and oversaw all phases of operation. The wonderful staff was professional and personable, taking care of us every step of the way. We love our home. Thank you!
