Long story short Louis got us a great deal on materials and we were able to move forward with the project. Louis was patient with my design and questions and brought samples of stone with him. He listened to my ideas and added some of his own. Louis was fantastic and so was his team. They not only did the job at hand but went above and beyond helping with some plumbing outside of the master bath. Louis is an amazing plumber. We couldn't be happier with how everything turn out. Since taking over as president of the homeowner's association a few years ago, we have had a few different managers. In the last year or so we were blessed with Heather Eisfelder as our Community Association Manager. Once Heather became familiar with our community's concerns, she has been on it from day one. She is responsive to our needs and works in tandem with our Assistant Manager, Jane. Both Heather and Jane respond so promptly, even to last minute and after hours request. For a small community like ours, the value for our money has been worth it. I would not normally review a company like our management company...in fact I would never have thought they had a Yelp! page. What prompted this review was that during last night's meeting, Heather saved us about $50 / month on our street sweeping expenses. However, she went on to tell us that she had also identified nearly $300 in expenses that we pay per month and we do not use. For a small community of 75 homes, trying to keep dues low during this current economy, this is the kind of monthly savings that helps balance the budget and keep us out of the red. Heather also gave us other ideas on how to easily modify a rule to meet our communities updated needs. Thank you Heather and Jane! Your efforts don't go unnoticed.

My experience with Crummack Huseby is that they are worse than any other HOA that I've ever…read moreexperienced. I've been with over 7+ HOA's including many in Irvine (so I have a point of comparison) and this HOA is the most incompetent and dishonest group of employees that has managed a community where I've lived in. Here are few of the things that I've personally experienced and witnessed: -They issue violations inconsistently throughout the community. Some neighbors received a violation that their front lights were out, yet they did not send notices to everyone in violation. Moreover, even the board member (Tonya) was in violation of an issue yet, they did not send her a notice. -They mailed me a stack of violations that were addressed to other homeowners throughout my community and blamed it on the error of a third party while also stating it wasn't the first time this has happened. This is a major privacy violation as I wonder if I'm getting all my HOA notices or if they are going elsewhere. - They let a Board member (Tonya) who lives in the community go around yelling and threatening the neighbors that she would call the police for parking in the wrong spot. Several neighbors have moved out because the community is unlivable. -Again, they requested that Tonya come by my home to take photos of the exterior for compliance. She did so with her dog unleashed, which is a violation in my city. -They are quick to make violation notices but they do not take care of the requests you make. For example, they took out some flowers in all dirt bed in the front of my home and left an empty patch of dirt for over a year without replacing them even though I sent follow up emails. -I've emailed them multiple questions and requests such as asking for the CC&R's and they do not comply. They hardly answer the phone if you try calling the office as well. -They raise the HOA fees every year and there seems to be no difference in how they've improved the community. These are among a few of the issues that have recently been noted and that I've experienced which leads me to conclude and have the opinion that Crummack Huseby is not worth hiring for HOA management. Please note that I do not usually write negative reviews for this type of business unless I feel strongly that the business is in violation of ethical business practices. They are not a BBB accredited business as well.
