Above and Beyond is what you get from MK3. I went in for a $65 quoted job plus parts. I walked out the door with what I asked for plus a tune up and more for $50. I will be brining in a few more guns for some fine tuning and reliability checks as well and some sight changes. Good thing they are only open for 4 hours on Friday for walk ins. I have used these guys previously and had no real pressing issues with there services but as of late I assume due to some new income they have become totally arrogant and snobbish in reference to completing work in a timely fashion...I hired them to do some work on my Kimber and after approx. 2 weeks I called to see what had been done and to get an estimated completion date...Instead of providing me with the requested info I was told that they have lots of other work,,That since they own the business they can do what they want, When they want in any time frame they deem appropriate and that I was actually stressing him out by even asking him for this information...These idiots have totally forgotten the fact that the customer is always right and since I am the customer and they operate the business they actually work for me and not the other way around and if a customer just asking when the work will be completed is stressing them out they need to find a new line of work outside of a customer service occupation...I will never use these idiots again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

(My name is hidden for privacy I am a female) my boyfriend and I came across this place to get a .22 cleaned and they earned us a lifetime customers in one second. We've bought a few things there, guns, scopes, etc. and they've all been top quality. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and so thorough I feel so comfortable being there and buying through them. These guys are beyond RUDE they try to see how much money they can get from you and a very little help to you if you have a small problem I brought in a baby Browning 25 that I just needed a little help with the guy I talked to was so ignorant he couldn't believe that Browning made that gun then without looking at it said to me $65 I'll help you put it together and all I needed was a little help with getting it back together when he first seen it he looked at me with the look of what the hell is that thinking I had some Saturday night special that I wanted to fix it's kind of funny now but damn I would never go there I guess if it's NOT A GLOCK or an AR-15 it's NOTHING they could really do I wouldn't call them gunsmiths I would call them Rambo Smiths and bluing they don't even know what bluing is they just paint stuff and I think the only reason they get business is the lack of quality gunsmiths in Las Vegas read more
