Without a doubt this was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. The team, the work, the communication, and the price were all unbeatable. Our chimney was falling apart - the crown was crumbling, we had no working dampers, and then the mortar started to disintegrate. Johnny and Benjamin got me a quote quickly and came in well below the 3 other companies I got quotes from. Additionally, they didn't try to upsell me and at one point they told me I definitely didn't need an expensive addition another company had recommended "If this was my house, I wouldn't get that because it's not useful at all in your case". I've rarely experienced such a genuine sales moments like that. Our chimney now looks fantastic - the mortar is crisp and strong, the crown was completely rebuilt and came with a better warranty window than the competitors, and the stainless steel caps and damper look perfect. Ruben, who did a lot of the mortar and cement work was a great guy and Benjamin walked me through all parts of the finished product in the end. Overall MK Home Services was great to work with for our chimney repair work. Trish was very responsive in her communication. Zack was great at teaching us about the parts of our chimney that needed repair so we are more informed and knowledgeable, and took pictures of the work that needed to be done. Zack was friendly and quickly got us an estimate for the job. MK Home Services did the work on the agreed upon day for the estimated price. The only negative about our experience was that MK didn't show up at the agreed upon time but apologized after and came out the next day. I would definitely hire MK Home Services again. Benjamin provided me with a quote for maintenance/repair of two chimneys -- new crowns, new flashing, washing, and water sealing. Of a handful of quotes I got from a few businesses, his price was the best. We got the work scheduled for about a week after signing. His subcontractor came out and took care of most of the work, and Benjamin came later to ensure the quality of the work and help with finishing touches.
