All original scope work was completed on budget and additional work orders were documented and signed off on as we made progress, there were no surprises. The remodel was quoted with an entire work schedule for 10 weeks, we tackled a few additional items at the same time and the work was done in 11 1/2 weeks. They we also very good about working with us while we were living in the home. The crew did an excelllent job of cleaning the site as much as possible each day and they would coordinate plumbing, electrical, laundry and other outages with our personal schedules. We were never without something over the course of a weekend. In hindsight, we could not imagine doing the project with anyone else! We will certainly us them again for future work and would highly recommend Burgin Construction to any friends or family in the area.
